We just had our house serviced this week, so I can’t yet speak to the effectiveness of the product, but looking forward to *hopefully* less bugs in our future! Wanted to comment on how professional and helpful Adam, Dee, and George were in explaining the process and answering any questions. They were very polite and knowledgeable! Shin was able to adjust my contract according to the agreement made with the salesperson within just a few minutes. He did an excellent job and I would give him a 5-star review. I cannot give EcoShield as a company the same review. Although the product seems to work, I have been frustrated with all the other customer service representatives I talked with because they could not seem to get the contract issues resolved despite numerous phone calls and emails. I have spent more time on this contract than is reasonable and for that reason, rate the company with three stars.

We had a huge wasp nest at the peak of our garage. When the nest was sprayed the wasp relocated to another area of the exterior of our garage. ECOSHEILD came back 2 times until the wasp problem was rectified.

It was replaced immediately. This attests the honesty, concern and understanding of the company and employees. My second treatment is tomorrow.
