Advanced Wildlife was recommended to me and they’ve so far lived up to the recommendation. The woman I initially spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule a technician visit. The technician was also really enjoyable to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Explained everything really well and answered my questions. The service fee was reasonable. I anticipate that their solution will be effective and they’ll likely be my first call should I have future pest problems.

After nearly 30 years in my home with no pest issues, I ended up with mice in my home. I was in a complete panic! Called Advanced and they were able to get a technician out right away, despite them having to work around my work schedule. Dylan was prompt, professional, courteous and informative. He found a hole in the chimney wall where the mice were entering from as well as several possible entry points. All were sealed up quickly and carefully. I definitely recommend this Company and will use again should the need arise. Nice to work with such a professional and courteous company!

Great exterminator service. I had used another company in the past and they are so much better. Eric is very professional and normally on time for the appointments. Hornets had built a nest near the house and they were able to come quickly and remove the nest and its inhabitants. Great for bug and pest control. I had issues with raccoons using the trees in my backyard as their residence. They would run across the roof at night and cause my dog to bark. I called Advanced Wildlife Control to take care them. Brenton Page was the technician who came out to investigate the issue. He was very professional and called ahead of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. He got my the appointment right on time and was knowledgeable about the critters. I would definitely use Advanced Wildlife Control again, and ask for Brenton!

So I had the company out in the springtime of this year for some loud noises I heard on my roof one evening. They came out within a day or two. I was so relieved to find them a reasonably priced and truly knowledgeable company. Both with Erin on the phone and later, Mitch and Michael at my home, they spent a lot of time addressing all the concerns I had. I had a long list of questions and they patiently went through each one with me even walking the perimeter of my house so I could ask about other situations as well. I was very unnerved by having woken up to bat in the living area of my home and I was so happy to see Brenton pull up to the house to help me solve the problem. After a thorough inspection of the roof, attic and overall exterior of my house he devised a plan to help me rid my home of the bats. Live on a horse ranch and had a major fly issue in my place. They were keeping me up at night buzzing around. Would have to vacuum up dozens every day that I came home from work. It was gross!! AWC was great in fixing our bee problem. The technician arrived on time and quickly identified two different types of bees that had made a home in and around ours. He walked the property several times to make sure he understood where the issue was and after one treatment our issue was resolved after 24 hours of treatment. As he left he gave assurance that it will work and if it doesn't he will be back to take care of it. It was a very pleasant personal experience and I never felt like he was rushing or he somewhere else to be.

My property was sprayed for mosquitos last week. Within several hours there was significant rainfall. I left a message questioning the efficacy of the application and received a response that the spray would have dried within 30 minutes and that any re-application would be at my own expense. Regardless of expense, the information provided by your own posted note describes the toxicity of the chemical to fish and that the materials should not be applied if there is a substantial threat of rain and run-off. My question now is not only of whether the service will be effective but whether it should have been applied at all in the setting that day ??? I had been having trouble with woodchucks for years, and this summer one had been burrowing under my 3-season room. At first I was able to deter them by dropping large rocks into the holes until there were no rock-free paths left, but after a brief period of feeling victorious, a woodchuck came along that was able to move the large rocks! I often had to plug a new hole or two every day! I called Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control and Ryan was out the next day with a trap. We made an appointment for him to come back to dig a trench and bury a wire mesh fence underground and secure it to the bottom of the building. The woodchuck was still at large and possibly still under the house, so Ryan left an opening at the end of the wall and set up a double-ended trap to catch a woodchuck either entering or leaving the area. One woodchuck was caught and taken away for relocation, and the trap set for a possible second animal. Sure enough, the next day another woodchuck was caught, one AWPC nicknamed "Moby Chuck" because he was the biggest woodchuck they'd seen! It's only been a few days, but no more woodchucks have been seen in the area. AWPC is responsive, professional, and really knows how to catch and control problem critters.

Had the experience of a bat in the house suddenly Monday...we knocked it down, covered it with a box and got it outside (it landed on the dogs bed without the dog in it) so we decided where theres one.. Eric was very knowledgeable and did a through inspection. No colony in the house but this spring we may have them plug some possible holes in dormers and ridge vent. Very professional group and helpful...explained that bats are hibernating now except the warm weather may have awoke this one but he didn't think we would have any issues going forward. But of course call them. Great business for these special little critter issues!

Dylan performed an initial assessment of our property, and checked out the roof which was my biggest concern since we had a new roof installed 2 years ago. We have a stream of water behind the berm, a number of pine trees, and a retention pond on the north end of the property, so wildlife is abundant. We have used PJ and Advanced Wildlife Control for at least 15 years. I believe we called PJ initially when we found squirrels in our attic, and went from there to regular servicing for spiders/centipedes/other indoor bugs and mice. Since then, I have contacted PJ for multiple other problems, including wasps in the attic, carpenter ants destroying the insulation in our garage doors, and unknown critters munching through the interior walls of our garage. In each instance, he has come out promptly, even between regular service times, and has taken care of the problem, even if it meant multiple visits. Most recently, we have used Advanced Wildlife Control for mosquito spraying, and they have been most accommodating when we've needed to change the service dates to fit in with our lawn mowings and weather. I can't speak to the other AWC staff, as we have dealt mostly with PJ, the head of the company, but he also is extremely knowledgeable about a wealth of other household concerns, alerting me to problems with our siding, our roof, and even our plantings. He has noticed things we never would have caught. I cannot recommend Advanced Wildlife Control more highly.

We purchased the house I grew up in and because the area was somewhat rural and surrounded by fields, we always accepted that mice in our house was just something that we had to live with. The house is a very large property with a lot of architectural flaws that made keeping mice out impossible we thought. I had tried to contact multiple pest companies over the years but without much luck. One company recommended thousands of dollars worth of useless home repairs, and another had straight up lied about their methods of pest control. To complicate matters, I prefer a humane approach to dealing with pests whenever possible. I had spent a lot of time tracking/trapping mice to try and thwart them on my own, but I still was not getting the best results. I stumbled across a listing on Nextdoor App and was blown away by how many people in my neighborhood had solved their mice problems with Advanced Wildlife Control. I was pretty hesitant to call figuring either they would be obscenely expensive, not really be able to deal with the complexities of our very problematic property, or just not interested in working with someone who preferred a no kill method. Thank goodness I called because from the first moment we had our expectations exceeded. I was blown away! They got us on the schedule much faster than I expected and Brenton did a thorough walkthrough explaining everything he found along the way. What really surprised me is despite how many access points I found on my own, I NEVER would have thought to look in the areas they were actually getting in. One of the biggest problem areas we had was the new block windows installed in our basement. The window company had forgotten to caulk areas that do not look accessible to mice (but are). Not only did he caulk up all the access points but he also gave me tips for how to maximize my live trapping techniques. They came out whenever I had a question or concern and helped guide me in the right direction. It was also so great that they were so accomdating in dealing with my preference for live trapping and release that made all the difference! It has been over a month with no sign of a single mouse- something unimaginable for this house! Advanced Wildlife Control took away every excuse I had not to utilize a pest company and it was one of the best choices we have made while working on our house. We literally could not have done it without them. The cost was very reasonable and saved us thousands of dollars in useless repairs the other pest company recommended. If Advanced Wildlife Control can make this house mouseproof, I think they could do it for any property. My only regret was not calling sooner! Thank you Advanced Wildlife Control!!! *For anyone looking to do a live trap mice situation we used multiple Tin Cat traps and Avantina Mouse Mansion Trap. We also found a lot of luck using an Arlo Pro 2 camera to monitor mouse activity in our attic to ensure no mice remained.

Found the person spraying our yard with Lambda (insect treatment) which is Group 3 Insecticide this morning. We never use insect treatment or any other chemicals on our yard, and we do have organic raised garden bed. Apparently our neighbor ordered the service, and we, by mistake, get all the poison. I contacted Advanced Wildlife Control to help get squirrels out of my attic. They were very responsive and even sent someone out the next day to set up a trap. They told me that we should call them to have the hole patched up if we didn’t hear or see any signs of squirrels a few days after catching the 3rd squirrel. We called them 3 days after not hearing or seeing any squirrels, and they told us they’d have the hole patched up “early this week” (we called on a Sunday). A week went by and the hole still wasn’t patched up, but another squirrel was in the trap. We really don’t think this squirrel came from our attic since we went over a week at that point without hearing anything in the attic. Since they charge extra for every squirrel caught, we had to pay extra for this 4th squirrel. I wouldn’t have had an issue if they originally had told me that we need to wait over a week with no caught squirrels before patching up the hole, but they told me they’d patch it within a few days of me calling. Everything else about our experience with them was amazing, but that’s the only reason I gave them 3 stars.

Although setting an appointment time may be tricky in this line of work, PJ called us in advance of his arrival to make sure that the timing was convenient for us. He arrived on time and clearly explained both the products and process that he would use to take care of our problem. Not only did he take care of the nest that we called him for but he found and treated three additional stinging insect nests around our house. Pj was very kind, courteous, and professional. PJ took care of that very quickly and helped throughout the years to ensure it is sealed up and free of pests. Between visits Sara called to find out what progress was or was not happening with the traps. The screening of the garage went well. I know that Sara had other calls to address but stuck to the job until it was finished. Sara gave me some choices what could bee done to help complete the raccoon scenario.
