Miss SWe are super happy with the quality of work by this company! He did not come through and just spray everything with one spray and call it a day like most major pest control companies. Christian had multiple solutions to get the job done. We recently purchased the home where the service was performed, and had no idea we had a trap with a dead squirrel in our attic from the previous owner, but he also removed that. Do yourself a favor and skip calling big name companies. Tailor Made Pest Control was on time, polite, professional, thorough, and we highly recommend them for your extermination needs!
Judy BurenThe service Tailor Made has provided for us has been incredible. We had a huge problem with mosquitoes and flies in our back yard. We have a drainage ditch behind our house. We began using Tailor made just about a year ago. This was the first summer with them. We were able to sit outside without being eaten alive! It is wonderful to enjoy our deck and patio. They have also taken care of any fleas and ticks. Having 3 dogs, this is a very helpful service. Tailor Made is extremely professional. They give me notice on when they will arrive and after servicing our yard, the explain everything they did and anything they may have found. An example, we had a spare tire in our backyard. Our service tech noticed water inside. He dumped out the water and sprayed for any mosquito larvae that may have been in the water. I feel secure knowing my family is safe from these pesky bugs. I tell everyone about them and feel 100% confident in their service. If you're looking for a pest service, try Tailor made. You will not be disappointed.
Gayliene OmaryChristian and company assessed my property throughly and plugged up all the holes squirrels were getting into. The squirrels created a whole after the service and I called and Christian came out and remedied the problem and it was covered under their warranty. They live up to there contract. I recommend this company and have been satisfied either service.
Jeff KulasChristian had been out here a couple of times, checking for any kind of pests or rodents that I may have thought have got in. This last time he did a thorough inspection using a camera and checking. They went above and beyond always coming out as promised, and always on time!

Derek HowardGreat communication: text, email, prompt notification, responses, etc. AND we had German roaches, the worst kind, they're gone! Wish I called Tailor Made a long time ago. Better than my previous service company who could not solve the problem. Seemed pretty easy for Christian to get it done.

Due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to move forward with having services done at this time. When we spoke about setting up an appointment I explained my qualm and he offered to answer questions and suggestions to tide me over until I am able to utilize Tailer Made. He could have hung up the phone and moved onto a paying customer but he took time at the end of his work day to help me. That is the mark of a true professional and one I will certainly be using in the future!
