The past few weeks have been horrible in our apartment. Our dog got fleas from the apartment grounds and carried them into our apartment. We’ve never felt with fleas before and our dog is treated monthly with a prescription. It didn’t take long for the fleas to get bad and the complex would do nothing to help us. They wouldn’t treat the grounds and only offered to send their bug guy out which was going to cost over $300 for just one treatment. We called terminix and they agreed to come out and on the date of, they called and canceled saying they couldn’t treat an apartment. Needless to say we didn’t know what to do, so we started making calls. I called Mint and got an answer within minutes. Matt (the branch manager) answered and gave us a great deal similarly to terminix and even sent a guy out that same day! Since then we’ve been flea free and our lives feel normal again!

Carson was very cordial and ask detailed questions about the bug issues I was experiencing and was clear about what the chemical was in the spray and granules used inside/outside my home. He and his partner were thorough with the areas they applied the chemical and made sure that if I saw anymore activity after 10 days to reach out immediately so they could come out and re-access/reapply the solution to any trouble spots. I was very happy with Carson’s visit and the service he provided. Peter was the Sales Representative and great with explaining the services offered and assisting with getting the first application scheduled. A+ group of young men representing Mint.

Darin (our technician) was incredibly thorough and professional. This was our first time getting this type of service and my wife and I are really excited to feel a sense of comfort that our ant issue each year will be no more. Our 2 yr old son was a concern with the treatment, but we decided to move forward with mint because of the safety of the materials used. Overall, we're super happy with our service and appreciated Nathan who came to our door to offer the service, as well as Darin who answered all of our questions and also was great with our 2 yr old that was running around.

I called Mint and asked for a quote. Pricing was reasonable and they were able to fit me in the following day. Carson arrived in the scheduled time frame. He was very enjoyable to talk with as well as being professional and efficient in his work. Time will tell how the spider and ant populations diminish, but initial indications are that Mint’s treatment does the job.

Moved here a year ago and had tons of ants in the house, but haven't seen any (ants or other bugs) since our regular treatments. They're friendly and accommodating with our dogs, usually letting us know 30 mns before they arrive so we can get the dogs in the house and close the doggy door. And they don't mind that they have to get our key from us each time they come over so they can get into the back yard.

UPDATE: I gave a 3 star rating this time, because within an hour of me leaving a negative review, the company called me to correct the situation. Scheduled yesterday with Peter for service today between 12pm and 1pm. Carson came on time and was done with his work within the hour. Carson was very enjoyable to talk to to and was very knowledgeable about his work. Informed him of the spider infestation in the shed and he throughly sprayed the shed. He said to give it a few days and we should notice a difference with the insects. We shall see.

He was very detailed with me about what he was going to do and then recapped everything he had done and found after he sprayed. They're very friendly and professional, communicate well and in a timely manner, the billing is exactly what they said it would be, I could go on... *Unexpected bonus: One of our techs, Donald, went out of his way to let me know that he smelled natural gas in our yard. I called the utility company, and sure enough, there was a gas leak bad enough to have had devastating consequences later if not noticed in time. Donald should get praises and raises!!!
