Ace Exterminating always does a great job providing extermination services for my home. I initially called them last year from my friend's referral to handle a wasp nest above my front porch. They came out quickly and took care of the situation and I have not had that problem since. I have a yearly agreement for quarterly extermination services. My service tech, Jonathan, is very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and patiently answers all of my questions. He does an excellent job exterminating the inside and outside of my home. I look forward to continued service with Ace Exterminating Co.

Our experience with ACE exterminating was wonderful. We were moving houses on a Friday and found these tiny looking bugs in our couch. Obviously this made us very uneasy and was freaking out at the possibility of them being bed bugs. We tried calling multiple extermination companies in the tristate and none of them were very helpful. When we called ACE they were very friendly on the phone and understood the time crunch we were under with moving. We were able to send a picture of the bugs to them via text message. Instantly they were able to put us at ease by telling us they were varied carpet beetles and were common with new furniture that was kept in a warehouse. They put us on the schedule for the next morning, the technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They treated the bugs in one treatment and decided it was a very minor case. We were able to finish moving the same weekend.

Based on other positive reviews and their low price, I chose to go with Ace. They were friendly and responsive from the start and promptly scheduled my services. Dwight was extreme professional, friendly and COVID conscious. He walked me through my home and showed me where he saw critter activity, put down traps, and explained how I can fix it from happening in the future. He took care to explain to me the processes he was working on for remediation and for the future preventive maintenance. Going with them was a great decision and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my very first time using ACE exterminating and I will for sure be using them again. Super helpful and very personable I thought. I had Dana (account manager) come out and tell me step by step of what to expect when my tech comes out. This was very helpful since this is my first home and I know nothing about termites. Marcus (service technician) came out and he was extremely nice! We talked for a bit and laughed! He explained everything he was going to do and was in and out pretty quickly. He was also on time! We had a yellow jacket wasp problem for quite a few weeks on the outside of our home where they were also making their way to the inside. The exterminator had to treat the outside area two different times before they were gone. It’s been almost a week now and we haven’t seen any! I was not overly impressed with my service. When I purchased my package I was given thorough details of what would take place upon arrival (I.e. thorough inspection of the house for signs of rodents, spraying around my house for other pests, etc). In my case, I kept getting asked what would I like them to do...as if they weren’t sure what to do next. I had to keep bringing up the services I was told I’d receive on the phone...at which point it would be performed. For the price, I expected more and unfortunately I paid for a yearly package so I’m stuck for awhile.

When I choose a company to service my most valuable investment (my home), I measure them not only by the quality of the work performed, but also by metrics that reassure me they are a solid company, that invests in the business, such as 1) low employee turnover, 2) newer vehicles, 3) uniforms /professionalism of frontline employees 4) office staff that is polite and thorough 5) accurate billing services. In all the years I have dealt with Ace, they have never let me down on any of these counts. Given that pest control is a repeating service, I would highly recommend going with Ace. They are there if you have a question, they value your patronage and respond quickly when you need them, they are trustworthy professional, and as a bonus, reasonably priced.

I found some termites in my back yard a week ago and was quite concerned about it. So I did a search online for local professionals who can help control it. The ACE Exterminator was the first result of the search with the highest number of reviews and ratings. I sent in a request email and got a call back very soon. The caller, Mr. Plau, was very nice and sounded very professional. He came to my house to survey the situation as scheduled. He was indeed a very nice guy and answered all my questions. The installer came to install the termite stations right on time as scheduled and also very professional and friendly. I did also get a call from another company to try to get my business. They scheduled a come in survey but never showed. They also said they would send me a quote and it never came. Between that company and ACE, the choice was very clear to me.

They were on a twice a month contract for rodent control and always did a very good job. When we had a situation come up with other pest they would respond within a few hours. We had SQF audits and never had a pest control issue. Their employees were always professional and friendly when they came in. We used their electronic rodent stations inside the building and they worked very well.

We had Elvis came in to our house to exterminate our mice problem. Elvis is very experienced and professional so that He was able to put the baits in right places. We can see the quick results within the first 24 hours.The mice issue in the house completely resolved within one week. Elvis Certainly provide a thorough service and follow up visit was as good as the initial visit. All of the customer service people were very helpful and very responsive as well. We had the shocking experience of a rat getting into our home! I called Ace Exterminating in a panic explaining that my husband had been alone in the room with the rat trying to take care of it. Ace rearranged other appointments in order to send Jeff out to see us right away. Jeff came to our home wearing a mask, gloves, and booties over his shoes to protect our carpets! Within minutes Jeff was able to trap the rat and get rid of it. He thoroughly inspected our home with us inside and out to try to discover how the rat got in. He set several other traps and was planning to come back 2 days later. That night my husband thought he heard 'scratching' sounds in our pantry, he texted Jeff and Jeff made an unplanned trip out to set more traps and look around! That wasn't even part of the plan we paid for so he just was concerned for us! He came back two more times and recommended we tape up an old cast iron pipe in our laundry room which could have been a means for the rat to get in. I was super impressed with how professional and thorough Jeff was and how kind the people were (Dana and the sweet woman who called me back). They had a lot of empathy for our situation and took immediate action to help us. I would HIGHLY recommend Ace and their technician, Jeff. Thank you for the great work!

This time the situation came up again UNFORTUNATELY and I called several other agencies that took all day to call back and the cost was double. We have used Ace Exterminating for moles in our yard and mice in our house and have been extremely pleased with both services. The mole situation is now under control after four initial treatments and an additional follow-up. Kevin our service rep walked the yard each week, left thorough report and texted summary of his findings. A week later, we discovered mice in our pantry. Kevin came back out within a day of our call and set traps, gave us tips and knowledge on what to expect/what typically happens. He also did thorough inspection of house, inside and out, to find source of the problem. Wore footies over his work boots to protect inside of our house, clean, respectful, explained the plan, knowledgeable. Set follow ups and clearly communicated when he would be back and when to contact him in the interim if needed. There are no gimmicks, they know what they're doing, and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend.

ACE is a great company , and David " King Of Pest Control " King is a great addition to my arsenal. . I am the director of maintenance for a property management company . I only use ACE for my pest control issues. There have been a few times that I have pest control issues on move in day . David has always been right there for me. I was very dissatisfied with Ace Exterminating. I had a rodent problem and they did not the tools, professional bait nor do I feel the expertise. I paid $285 and after almost 3 weeks contacted another company who took care of my problem within 36 hours. I am adjusting my rating and modifying my review. After the previous review the company contacted me and issued me a credit of 160. The initial amount I paid to bring in the second company. They did not want such a dissatisfied customer.

So, I signed up for Ace’s quarterly service over a year ago and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I’m also not a fan of chemicals in my house, so I have them spray the exterior perimeter of the house and the detached garaged only, and it has worked like a charm without them stepping foot inside. I like the owner, I think he is great personally but I was disappointed the results of the service. It didn't work out for me. I gave it a try for approx. year. I feel like I wasted my money. Still had the same problem even after 1 year of consistent service. I called in to complain, was told it would get better. It didn't. And to add insult to injury when I called in to cancel no one seemed to even care that they had an unhappy customer. I was very disappointed. But I do hear great things about Ace. The owner does care about the business and he assured me that he would continue to work diligently to make sure all his customers get the best service possible.

I will change my rating if they return my call back. I found fleas only 3 days after they exterminated. I’m not sure if he didn’t go everywhere or what happened. The gentlemen was super nice and my representative is super nice as well. This is about the service being done getting rid of the fleas and that has not happened apparently. I don’t enjoy paying for a service that doesn’t work. I hope they call me back and take care of this issue without charging me again I will not pay again for them to come out to exterminate again

I discovered suspected bed bugs in my apartment (sitings and bites). I alerted my landlord immediately who said the exterminator wouldn’t be available until the following Monday (this being a Friday night - perfect) and that I would be responsible for 100% the costs. Seeing as I was covering the costs anyway, I found Ace on Google and called. I was able to talk to Dave on the phone for a solid 30 mins talking about the signs I’d seen and the description of the bugs. He educated me on what I imagine is everything I’d need to know with my situation - even allowing me to send pictures of the signs and 100% confirming I had bed bugs and even went so far as to providing me a Prep List of action items I needed to do to ensure quick eradication. Unfortunately, my landlord would not allow me to use my own Exterminator, but I am still blown away by the education and guidance provided by Dave. I was able to take the precautionary steps to prep the apartment for treatments and I’ve not seen signs of the critters since. So HUGE shoutout and thanks to Dave. There’s a reason ACE has both the most reviews as well as the highest rated reviews on Google. 15 out of 10 - can not recommend ACE highly enough.
