All top notch customer service from the quick response this morning on yelp, the first representative I spoke with for scheduling and Josh my technician coming out the entire experience with X-out was great! They took care of the ants and were both informative and kind. Best prices (I signed up for their bi monthly services) and great people!! I love the feel of a mom and pop business, like each individual customer is important. Needless to say based on the care and consideration I was given today I will be a long term customer

We are so grateful that they helped us on. Sunday when we had a pest emergency. After calling approximately 25 companies, they were the only ones that offered any help. When they came out, their service was professional and very thorough. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our home. We highly recommend their service!

Was on a search for a pest control company and this was the only company who got back to me right away AND it was around or after 9pm. I was given the best customer service, all my questions answered and then some, amazing pricing and had someone here right in the morning. The tech was great, informative, professional and trusting. My friend recommended this company and I'm glad she did. I had called last week just to get the details and when I called back today to set up a date and time they said they would make it out today. A couple hours later he was here to deal with my ant issue. I would recommend them to everyone. Besides great customer service the price is great.

James saved me today. Today my neighbor came knocking on my door saying that he got stung my bees while cleaning his pool. He noticed that the bees came from my backyard. When I took a look, there was clusters of aggressive bees hanging from the light socket on my porch. So I called around to get someone to come get rid of bees. Josh took my call. At first he said they were fully booked for day. I asked if they can do it today so Josh squeezed me in with one of tech in the area. James came 20 minutes later. He put on his suit and started. The fight was fierce. James got stung couple times but the fight continued. James did such a thorough job. He made sure that he got all the bees. He removed the light socket and puffed them real good in all the holes. He said to give him a call a week later if the bee comes back. This service has a 60 days warranty. Thank you James and Josh. You made my day!
