My rep “Race” is very thorough and attentive to detail. He’s willing to provide any special service I need such as ant and grasshopper treatment, and sticky traps at no extra cost. I get notification of upcoming service and doorbell ring when he’s done. While service is somewhat pricey it’s worth never having to worry about pests.

We like the company BUT we always ask for a 30 min notice before arriving ,that never happens. WE always have to call and ask eta....person shows up and within 3 min MAYBE 5, he is gone! Makes us wonder how good of job spraying he h as done?? We respray our door entrances just in case.

I have been using TruForce for 4 years and love the results. We use them mainly as a preventative, but one time when I did notice a little more activity outside they came the next day to spray again and didn’t charge me. We recently moved into a brand new development and I was told by many that expect to see a lot of bugs and insects because of all the construction. I must say I had TruForce come out right before we officially moved in and I have not really seen anything bigger than my thumbnail. The spray they use dries within minutes and is safe for my kids and dog to be around. Their service techs are always polite and professional. Their price may be a little higher than other companies that I have seen flyers for; however, the results speak for themselves.

I have been using TruForce for close to 5 years for routine service. They are very professional and responsible. I've never had to call to ask where they are; I am automatically added to their schedule at a time that I request! They accommodate changes very quickly. Though they only come every other month, I have never seen any pests in my home since starting use...even when it starts to get hot and insects try to get relief by coming inside. Their staff always asks if there any special requests or issues since their last service. My technician is Dennis Lloyd. He is awesome, personable and very professional! Quality service isn't very easy to find these days but I sure get it from TruForce!

We use TruForce to control the scorpion issue we have. They spray every visit and apply the powder to the corners and fence area every other visit. They normally change out the glue traps but did not have any with them this time. Communication is good and the ability to reschedule is great. A new technician serviced our property this time and he was thorough and very professional.
