Chris provides hands-down the best pest control service I have ever had. He personally follows up with his clients, is flexible with scheduling our services, and remembers the issues he's resolved for us before. Our first service with Surefire was because our back yard was infested with sitch bugs, and they we flooding into the house and kitchen. After the first service, he offered to follow up within two weeks to spray again to ensure the problem was remedied. This was last year, and after my most recent service (yesterday) he mentioned that we could call him to come out if sitch bugs started appearing (because of the season) before his next scheduled appointment. He values us as customers, and goes above and beyond any pest control service I've experienced before.

He was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, but most of all, he was respectful and polite. I felt zero pressure from him regarding sales. Hi neighbors! We recently moved here from the East coast - the insects/pests out here vary quite a bit from what we were used to..! So, when we found 2 (HUGE) black widow spiders living in our rear yard, we determined we needed someone to come take care of the problem. But, we didn't know anyone in town to recommend one of the million pest control companies around our area, so we were feeling pretty overwhelmed on who to use/trust/etc. So, I just wanted to share my opinion to hopefully help someone else out there from having to do the tedious research. :) Surefire Pest Control ROCKS. In addition to our pest problems having been completely solved..their prices are great AND the owner and his staff are just genuinely nice and trust-worthy people. Very highly recommended. Big thumbs up from 1 very satisfied customer! :)

When he came to our home, he was very courteous and we discussed how plan for treatment would be implemented. Technician took care of our problem promptly and efficiently and even checked back later to ensure we were problem-free.
