We’ve had EcoGen as our pest control company for over 4 years now. Our current technician, Jose Cruz, has been the best yet. He shares an appropriate amount of info on his process and asks thoughtful questions about our pest issues. He always ask about my concerns or areas that need special attention. He is always on time and incredibly friendly. The companies communication is exception- I get text reminders for service (and can easily reschedule via text) and email reports after service visits. They never charge extra for special attention or if I need a quick visit to handle off-cycle service issue (ant infestation in the summertime on our pool patio!). Thank you to Jose and the company. They have secured a customer for life.

Ecogen has been a great pest control company for us. From the onset, they were upfront and answered all my questions about the safety of their products. They've been consistently helpful, especially Vinny our technician, who is incredibly friendly and professional and answers all of our questions. It's nice that they will promptly come in between our regular service calls if something comes up and have helped us tackle a cricket and ant problem. Would definitely recommend them!

I just had the first floor of my house remodeled. Long story short, the project took longer than expected with doors and windows being open for long periods of time which resulted in various bugs deciding they wanted to be my roommate. I found EcoGen off Yelp. After a conversation with the owner, I pulled the trigger on making EcoGen my pest control provider and I'm glad I did. After the initial treatment, I still came home to bugs in my house. EcoGen stands by their services and came back again for another treatment at no cost. I recently had my third treatment (or I guess my first bimonthly treatment) and bugs are nowhere to be found. In the situation I do find one, odds are they're already dead. I would highly recommend EcoGen. Everyone I encountered has been extremely friendly and the service seems to be working.

Cannot recommend this company enough. They are easy to work with, provide affordable services and the technicians are always professional, courteous, and on time. In particular they are very accommodating when scheduling appointments. Diego has been the technician who has done the majority of the services at my home and he's always friendly, professional, on time, and patient. I have a real phobia about bugs and so I ask lots of questions lol, and Diego has always been kind and understanding and he makes sure to do a great job laying down good coverage. We have not had any creepy crawlers inside our home since hiring Ecogen.

Everyone we have dealt with at EcoGen has been very responsive and willing to go the extra mile. We first called them because we had ants in the kitchen and a small beetle invasion. We established regular service, our wonderful technician came to our home, and we haven't had those visitors again!

We just moved to Las Vegas and found a few scorpions hanging out in our backyard. We called EcoGen and they immediatly had an opening and came same day. The pest controller did warn me within 12 hours I will see a lot of dead pest around. That evening we came out and saw the scorpions but they didnt look too good. The morning after, the scorpions were dead as a door nail. Great customer service, easy to reach and you can pay online! Love them. Highly recommend.

Moving from Colorado I was not prepared to find a scorpion in my house. After a sleepless night I was referred by a friend to contact EcoGen pest control. I spoke to Phil who put my mind at ease by staying on the phone with me until all of my questions were answered. He then made me a next day appointment. Tom the technician showed up to the house with an amazing attitude and absolutely the best service. He loves what he does and made sure that we won’t be bothered by any pests. He stayed at the house as long as it took to ensure that every spot was covered and double covered. He walked me through every move he was making and I now will be able to sleep again. Everyone I've interacted with - from Tatiana and other customer service reps to the different technicians that have come out to the house, recently with Jose -- they're all really friendly, responsive, and very helpful. On top of that, their product works! We absolutely hate bugs and can't stand them and we've only seen 2 bugs over the last 8 MONTHS that we've been using their service. I cant even being to say how thankful I am for finding EcoGen. I found a scorpion crawling up my curtain in the middle of the night and promptly freaked out and contacted them via yelp literally in the middle of the night. The owner Phil reached out to me right away at 7am (which i was still up since i was still scared). Phil thoroughly explained the process and gave me the prices of each option and it was very reasonable. He was able to send someone out the SAME DAY!! My superhero Cesar G. arrived promptly within the given time frame and was able to take care of the scorpion that was in the bedroom immediately, all while I was literally screaming and crying behind him. I wish i was exaggerating but I'm not. After he was done saving my life and sanity, he proceeded the spray down the rest of my house, inside and out, and checked under all my beds for any remaining monsters. Seriously, so thankful for Cesar and this company! Highly highly recommend them!

They do an excellent job every time. They communicate well and send friendly reminders of upcoming service dates. They will even give you a narrow window of time that the technician will arrive if you ask. You don't have to be there, as long as they have access to the entire outdoor perimeter. If you need them in between visits, they are easy to contact and will come right away. I wish I could remember my service guys name, but he was the nicest the first day I met him. Haven't spoken to him since, which is the way I like it, lol. He comes, does his job, and leaves without interruption. They give me a heads up before arriving, as requested by me, so I can make sure the doggy door is closed ahead of time. They've been amazing so far, and I've been using them for about 8 months now. Easy to make payments online, very friendly staff, and excellent communication. 5 out of 5 recommended!

I've been using EcoGen Pest for quite a few years now. I used to have a black widow spider problem, which doesn't help with multiple dogs and kids. It only took one treatment for our property to be cleared of critters and their service has always been consistent. I keep up with their pest control treatment to keep the bugs at bay. I have also used their weed removal/spray service before and it works great!! Their communication is also amazing! They are quick to respond and also friendly and professional. All their technicians have been professional and respectful as well. AND he was able to get someone out THAT DAY! I am very glad that I found this Gem of a Company ! 💎 I wanted and looked for a Pest Control Company with my Pets Health in Mind. Apparently they use Effective , but Safer Products to accomplish their goals. I have been a Client of Ecogen for around 2 Years Now. I have the Every Other Month Plan with Free Call Backs. It is very Reasonably Priced too. It gives me Peace of Mind knowing that the Company has my back with Free Call Backs. If , I have a bug issue in-between Service Calls, then I just pick up the Phone and call up Michelle. She, schedules me for the Free Call Back Promptly. Although, I only have on had to use it a few times , in all the time I have had Service with the Company, it's a great benefit to have ! The Serviceman shows up on time for each appointment, and in many cases early, and if I need to set up a certain day or time or reschedule, they are very accommodating at that too ! The Serviceman is Polite, Eager, Attentive, and knows his job well. He works with me and my needs , and handles the job in a very professional manner. My wife and I look forward to seeing him because he is so personable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this Company and the same service plan that we have also. My hubby and I love absolutely love EcoGens service techs, office staff and owner. We have never had a bad experience, everyone is amazing. We have a dog as well and the reason why I researched what they use and the other companies that are in competition with them, we ended up going with Ecogen because of the spray that they use that is friendly for our animal and also potent enough to protect our place. I use them bimonthly but they will come if any bugs/insects pop up, and for those in Vegas near the outskirts it helps since there has been more scorpions around more with new builds! Although all the people who have come to the house are professions & friendly, I really enjoy when Tom comes by, he’s super friendly and we get to chat some sports & being from Washington state, he’s always friendly to my dog & really gets to know if any issues in the home to help or concentrate on. When we moved to Vegas a few years ago we hired EcoGen for pest control and their representative Mike Clark has always been a pleasure. They guarantee their service and should you need them back for any reason they respond and take care of everything. It wasn't long before we added weed control to our service and there have been several times when Mike pointed out when this wasn't necessary which added to our appreciation of ecogens sincerity as well as saving us some money. My husband and I moved to Vegas for medical reasons and though we own a vehicle we rarely drive and we do not know anyone who lives here. Vegas requires an annual smog test before vehicle registration can be renewed and our renewal came up right about the time of our service call from ecogen so I thought about Mike and asked him if he would take our car for the smog test on a day he was not working and even though he doesn't live close to our home, he easily agreed and set up a day and time to do this for us and this was taken care of today! This and the way ecogen conducts their business is genuinely appreciated.

I have tried other pest control services in the Las Vegas area but found that EcoGen is without a doubt the best out there. Customer service is second to none! I cannot beat the price with anyone else! We started quarterly spraying which cost about the same as we were paying for three months of individual sprays. The office staff is very friendly, always returning messages quickly. I started with EcoGen in early June 2017. James arrived on time and was so courteous as he explained the products and sprayed outside my home. Shortly after EcoGen did the initial spray, and the summer sun loomed hot and heavy overhead, I noticed ants encroaching on my property. I did not raise alarms, as they had not yet encroached within the interior of my home. But once they began to sparsley crawl onto my office desk, I placed a call to EcoGen. They have a policy that allows me to call between treatments if I notice critters. So I called and they sent James back out the same day. He did a quick spray around my office and I thought nothing of it. The ants weren't crawling around and I thought the issue was resolved. I was wrong. Because we have a newly built home, we have foundation ants that have colonies never before dealt with by homeowners until myself. So when I noticed them in my bathroom and making their way into tiny crevices within my floors and walls, I called EcoGen again, and again they sent James. Poor James. He was still as kind as ever, and luckily because there were more than the sporadic ant here and there, he was able to diagnose the problem and switch up the solution. He even left a few bait traps so that if they moved again, we could guide the little devil's to their death. In my first month with EcoGen, James made three trips to our home, one initial, and two in-between services. July was our next service date. I got a text letting me know to expect the service, and the next day James showed up, still smiling and asking how the ant problem was going. Because of his last trip, the ants had mostly subsided, so James went to spray the outside. My husband saw some more ants and James came back in to add more bait and give us another movable bait trap. As of now, it appears the ants have successfully taken some bait back to the nest and assisted in their own demise. I'm giving EcoGen five stars because the staff is friendly as hell. When I called them irate, they were still kind and eager to help ease my frustration. I love that they will come between treatments, and they seem interested in diagnosing the problem to actually solve it, not just spray and charge. Also, in spite of the hell fury that is Las Vegas summer, James is thorough. He sprays the perimeter of my house and even looks around to see that he's getting into all the books and crannies of my backyard landscaping. If you need pet friendly bug killers, they are the service to go with, and for a first-year home buyer that's never had a pest control service before, the between treatments offering is really appealing and eases my mind that the investment is sound. Not to mention I no longer see roaches crawling across my concrete wall!

We had a bad scorpion problem. We only have about one or two every few months now. That’s a drastic change from the 20 a week we were seeing! And the black light thing didn’t work, it has to be a SUPER strong black light to work or to be really close, and who want to get close to those?!?! We like these guys! They only come every two months and if we think we might need them they are only a text message away, and they will even come out the next day!! Very polite, understanding of bug fears and they even use stuff that won’t harm our small zoo of animals. I highly recommend them for services they offer, products they use and the price is great!!!
