You guys rock!!! Thank you for always taking care of any problems I have with my rehab properties. Anytime I've called you about one of our properties having rats, bees, scorpions, roaches, or even bats, your team always gets us taken care of in a timely and effective manner, and at fair price. All true qualities of a well put together team. Michael & Joseph - thank you for always going to extra mile. We've worked with lots of pest control companies in the past, but we love that you do it all. Keep up the great work.

I went to visit my elderly father and noticed that there was a rodent infestation at his home. I may have called in a panic after google searching rat removal companies- and settled on Desert Squad Pest after reading the Mike was a “Rat Whisperer”. They made time for us that day. Mike, Joe and Ryan did a thorough investigation of everything and the invasion was extensive.They outlined a plan and took the time to explain it to my Dad and show him pictures they had taken of everything. We moved my Dad out and they performed the work. As I live out of state and was only in town for my Dad a couple times a month they made sure to communicate every visit ahead of time, detail the work they were doing, send pictures when appropriate and meet me at the house when I was in town. I honestly do not know what we would have done without them. They are thorough on the monthly maintenance and report everything so efficiently. I cannot recommend them enough. My entire family is so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail. Thank you Ryan, Joe, Mike and Tabitha.

I never write reviews but I had bats flying around my house and was worried they were living somewhere in my home and when I called this company, even the woman that answered the phone was able to answer all my questions that i had about bats. When Steven and Joseph came by to do the job, they showed up on time and they both spent close to an hour going through my entire attic and every inch of my house but found no evidence of bats. They did find a few places where rats could possibly come in and needed to be repaired but they were small fixes. Even though I called and was concerned about bats, they examined my house for any potential issues of wildlife. So for the amount of time they spent and all the information they gave me, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Everyone is a true professional. They all went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with the quality of the work. Pigeon removal after 10 years of nesting was extremely difficult but they all took on the task and succeeded. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

I originally called because I heard noises in my attic. They were the only company I was able to get in touch with to come out and look. They noticed a large opening into the attic area and remediated that for us, ensuring that nothing was currently in the attic. They offered to set up video cameras but it wasn’t necessary. Problem was solved. I got a discount for signing up for bi-monthly service and I have been extremely satisfied. These people know about all kinds of critters and they are enthusiastic about it. Very thorough in checking our eaves for wasps. If I ever have a problem in between, they will come out right away. I also love their text service. No surprise visits. They let me know a day out and send another text when they are about 15 minutes away. No waiting around. Great customer service! Great people! LGBTQ friendly. Great value too!

Everyone at Desert Squad P&W is excellent!!! from the staff that answers the phone to the experts that come out to evaluate and treat your pest problems. All of them are very knowledgeable! I moved from one house in vegas to another and I made sure to get desert squad again to do my service. At our current house we had a major scorpion problem mostly because of the palm trees we had in the back (didn’t know they lived there) and they were inside the house too but they did a night inspection and got rid of 25 of them and less and less every time and now I hardly see them anymore so my husband and I are truly happy with their service! Thanks Desert Squad! : )

Super thankful for desert squad pest and wildlife! Called them late night on a Saturday, amd they were out first thing monday morning. Stephen was super helpful, efficient and friendly in taking care of my house for the rats that decided to come over😭. Will definitely be using them for any pests in the future, and have already reccomended them to my friends!

I had rabbits digging under my gate, and getting at my bushes in the backyard!! Steven put in a concrete barrier under my gate. It worked perfectly-no more rabbits! Very professional job! Highly recommend Desert Squad!!

Desert squad is very knowledgeable was able to determine source of entry with regards to rodents last fall. Seal my house and continue to follow up with servicing. Today, Tiffany arrived on time serviced rodent traps, explain the status of them, she is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
