I have been with Aptive for a few years. They have always been efficient. This last time we had a technician by the name of Corvallis. He was very friendly and helpful. I tried to tip him and he said no thanks he’s just doing his job. I wish more people were this nice when it comes to customer service. Thank you for keeping a smile and positive attitude!

We found 2 scorpions in our home, we have a 1yr old. I called they came out the next morning. They inspected and sprayed EVERYWHERE! I feel so much better now knowing they triple protected our home and I can call them to come out at any time between services, free of charge! Great company! I’ve been using aptiv for years for my desert bugs: cockroaches and scorpions mostly. They’re reliable and professional, and whatever they’re spraying is effective for keeping bugs out of my house. I have cats and a child, and a few edible plants outside, so it was important to me to use a company that wouldn’t be spraying heavy toxins on everything. My understanding is that it wouldn’t be harmful if we accidentally ingested their spray. Now, naturally, I still have them avoid the area of the yard with edible plants, and I wash everything before eating it, but I feel comfortable that I’m able to keep the bugs in check without risking our health.

Aptive has been great. Our tech today texted me to let me know they were on the way and asked if I had any particular concerns so I let them know we had seen roaches in the garage that I'm sure we're coming in from the sewer in the street so they put down bait and sprayed for them. I was concerned about this with out dogs and grandchildren but they assured me this would not be accessible for the dogs or kids. Very happy with the communication with our tech and with Aptive.

We’ve had this company since April 2018, originally for scorpions (but haven’t seen one in a couple of years knock on wood). The last 3 services in particular have been super thorough and the technicians were great guys! Even took the time to tell me what they caught in the traps. The company is trying to be very corporate but the technicians that have been there all along are still providing the personalized customer service we’ve come to know and love. I even received a text message prior to arrival today. You’ve never experienced a more personable and considerate pest control service.

I took this Pest Control hoping it would help with rodent control. The bait boxes helped but they have not refilled them? I have asked several times and as of now they have not refilled the boxes with poison. I asked Eric to refill them with poison and he promised that he would. Waiting to see. Technicians Service people have been great other than taking care of the rodent bait boxes.

Been using them for more than 2 years. Come every quarter, no price increases yet. Pesticide dries quickly and never had any issues with 2 small dogs I. Or around the house. After 2nd or 3rd treatment completely forgot we had a pest issue until I had to delay an extra 2 months and fi ally started to see pests again. No spiders, silverfish, creepy crawlies, roaches etc. On time and polite. Gives a call ahead.

Called on a Saturday when I spotted a scorpion in my home and the company was able to schedule a follow up service for Monday, at no cost ( as I just had a tech come out 2 weeks prior). Tech, Jerome, called 30 mins prior to arriving, and besides being on time, was helpful, courteous and quick! Great company !

I’ve been using Aptive since 2017 and they are amazing! I had scorpion sitings shortly after moving into my new house and they treated the entire area and continue to do so. I haven’t seen a scorpion since. They will treat your house both inside and out and will come back between treatments if needed at no additional charge. To this date I have not had to call them back out but it’s reassuring to know that option is there. Ken was my most recent tech and he is great! They always call before arriving and ask if there is anything I need them to focus on. They also tell you when they are leaving. Great company and highly recommend!

I really like this pest control company. They have good customer service on the phone when I need to change my appointment time. The technicians who come to spray are also great. They are able to answer all my questions, they call me to let me know they are on their way, arrive on time and notify me when they are done. I really like that they only come once a quarter. I only have them spray outside mostly around the doorways and In the garage. In the 2 yrs I have had them I have not seen any scorpions or other insects in or around my house. I recommend them if you are looking for a good pest control company.

I have used these guys for about five years. I hired them particularly because they use environmentally safer spray (I still have wild lizards) and they kill scorpions. I had 32 scorpions over three years before them and none since. There has been no significant bug problem outside or in since using them. One complaint, I think they are a little expensive for only coming four times a year. It their service does work. Staff has always been polite.

I always receive a text and email about a week before my appointment date confirming the date. Then another text a few days before to once again confirm. The day of, I then receive a text from the tech that will be coming. This last text is much appreciated because it provides the name of the tech coming to my home, narrows down the time window which I can expect them, and I have a direct number in case something comes up last minute (I have to pick up the kids but go ahead and start the outside, etc). We haven't had issues with any pests between services since starting with them about a year ago!

I received a call from Preston today as he arrived at our home. He noticed the hone was for sale so wanted to contact me to make sure we wanted to continue service. As he informed me that some owners discontinue service once they have vacated but will forget to cancel their quarterly service. I switched to these guys almost a year ago to give them a shot. I wanna say that every time I needed anything g from Aptive, they have bent over backwards to not only help but solve my problem. I never had an issue with Terminex, I just wanted to see what the competition could do. The people at Aptive are responsive, explanatory, and solve every one of my problems. I’ve had to call them 3 times after initial service to deal with something more specific and each time they replied ASAP, came out to my home with no charge, and took care of my issue to completion. They’re an excellent alternative.

They are very efficient and pleasant. I’ve been using Aptive for a couple of years and we have had no infestations since we started. They come when they say they will and are punctual. When you need other services that you normally don’t use they are quick to address the problem. You didn’t mention scorpions in the above services and we have had them come out and spray for these pests and am happy to say we have had no sign of the scorpions since. I can honestly say we are very happy with the service Aptive provides.

Joseph actually arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok of course) which was better for our schedule. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and taught me a lot about both the products he was using and the insects they were targeting. He even taught me a little about the plants and trees in my yard since we are new to Las Vegas/southwest region of the US. He also went completely above and beyond by repairing our gate that was previously unusable. If you are trying to decide between companies who offer similar services, I would strongly recommend Aptive for their superior customer service and employees like Joseph!

I’ve used active for a few years now and it’s one of the best things I’ve signed up for. The people who come out are always very nice. They get in and out quickly - to stress the dogs out the least. One of my guys even collects all the dog toys strewn around the yard and puts them together. I’m sure it’s more for their sake - as not to spray them- but it makes the yard look a bit more cleanly. I never see bugs in between services and they will come out a respray for free if you ever do see any. He asked me what specific areas of concerns I had regarding pests so he could be sure that what he applied would cover those areas. Careem was very friendly and professional. Not only do we not like pests and scorpions, we don't want our dogs exposed to them. Aptive only uses "green" products, and 20 minutes after application, our yard was good to let the dogs out in. They have very competitive rates for pest treatment. They got rid of my rats & mice I had because I live in the outskirts of Las Vegas. They come do service once every 3 months but if you have bug or pest problems between services, they will come service that problem area again for no extra charge.
