Aaron was amazing! We just moved into a new build. I signed up with them and chose green force because of his caring and honest demeanor. I loved how educated he was and so helpful. We ended up seeing a scorpion in the house before we were set to start services with them. As a new mom, I was really scared. He way went out of his way to make a stop at our house mainly because of how scared we were. He came and did all the necessary protocols. We highly recommend aaron at green force. This company truly cares about their customers.

Love this company! I just bought a home. So, I’ve had to deal with random critters getting in the house because whoever owned before me hadn’t serviced it in a while. Ricky came over to service my house. Great guy! I found out he’s been with the company for two years, -sounds like it must be a great company to work for if he’s been there that long. He took care of ant hills and wasps nests, and spider webs. Sprayed all over, put granules and traps out. It felt like he was here forever. I absolutely recommend these guys.

The technician, Jakory came out yesterday to do the annual termite inspection, and he was on time, very professional, and also offered me advice to keep the termites away, mostly regarding the leaves that are in the flower beds. A representative from GreenForce came around in late 2019 meeting the new homeowners and telling them about their service. The meeting left a good impression on me of their company. Almost 3 years later when I was in need of a new exterminator service, I thought of GreenForce company and reached out. Spoke with Gordon, who is one of the owners. He was very professional, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of pest control, and booked me for service 2 days later since I was dealing with an ant invasion. Ironically, he was the same person who completed the service. I’ve only had an encounter with two people from the company and both experiences were great. They are providing great service and an exceptional customer service experience.

We bought a house, renovated (never saw ants) and on the first night we moved in I was making dinner ants attacked. So my daughter had fallen asleep in my bed while I was cooking. Then she woke up screaming. Not any scream but that scream that every parent knows is serious. I ran to her and pulled her out of the bed and I was looking her over. It took me a minute to realize her skin was moving. She had hundreds of fire ants all over her. They were under her clothes and all in her hair. I was swiping and mashing and getting bit on my hands but I kept doing my best to get them all off of her. My boys mean while flipped the comforter back and in a very slow, scared voice said, "Mom." After helping my daughter I looked in the bed. There were hundreds of ants. These were fresh clean sheets and bedding. I look behind the bed and they were everywhere. I started looking around the house and they were coming in everywhere. So I packed up what dinner was done and we moved back to the old house and slept on the floor. I cried and I was overwhelmed and exhausted. I tell all that to explain how massive this invasion of ants was. I was telling a friend this story and she recommended this company. I called and basically cried telling them my story and Adam came out that evening after all his other appointments bc he was so concerned about us sleeping on the floor at the other house. He saw how bad the ants were and set up appointment for the next day to start treatment. He and the owner of the company came out. They were so nice. I think I'm gonna have them and their families over for game night. Literally the best! You will not be disappointed with them or the service. Yall...I havent seen anymore ants. I am beyond pleased. My new house can now be made into a home.❤

I have been using this company for years and so glad I chose to go with them. Their products are environmentally friendly and insanely effective. I live in an old house and since I’ve started with them, I have not had any roaches or bugs inside my home. They don’t even treat the inside! The bugs die before they even get to my front door. Green Force has been our pest control group for 5 years. We moved into our current location over 4 years ago because of a terribly infested initial building. Fearing these insects would transfer to the new location we contacted Green Force. They had a long list of services they performed to ensure no insects would relocate from old to new location. The work was amazing. No bugs, not one has ever been seen our new location that was associated with the old. We have had several different techs from Green Force perform our monthly inspection and contol service. Everyone of has noted how incredible it is that they never find evidence of typical restaurant infestations in our building. We work very hard to maintain an extremely clean work and dining environment and our partnership with Green Force has resulted in a restaurant with no roach or rodent activity of any kind for over 4 years. Green Force is constantly innovating and offering new services. We have used their exterior misquote service in the past but recently changed to a new option that they presented that is much more effective, longer lasting and less dependent on airborne chemicals. One example of how they are always looking to provide my establishment with new, improved and more effective services.

Great custom spraying. Our technician took the time to look over our home to look for potential issues and other bugs that we didn’t even see. Then gave us a custom spray, to target the bugs we were seeing. Not like most who just spray for everything which always seems ineffective. With this custom spraying we have seen a steep decrease in ants and this is only in 1 week. Great value and awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

Gordon was excellent from the very first time I spoke with him on the phone. I expressed my concerns with these Houston pests. I have been in Houston for 1 year now, and I tried using Home Defense as it worked perfectly fine in NC. Well, the Pests here need something stronger than Home Defense. When Gordon came to complete my initial treatment he went over the treatment in detail and let me know what to expect in the coming weeks. Google does not list all of the pests they control with their quarterly services, I clicked what was applicable based on the options Google provided me with.

The process of scheduling our first service was great. Everyone in the group was very friendly. The paperwork was super easy. The cost was reasonable. So why only three stars??? I have two dogs. Both were kept out of the way while the product was being applied. I did not let them out of their kennels until 1 hour past the time the pesticides were applied - this treatment also included a granulation treatment in the back yard. The technician said as soon as the product indoors was dry (about 15 -30 minutes) it would be safe to let the dogs out. I doubled the amount of time as a safety measure and then let them out of their kennel. Within 15 minutes of letting them out, both of them started vomiting everywhere. They both started showing signs of mild to moderate cholinergic crisis. I am disappointed that the expectations provided to me by the sales team and the exterminator did not match what actually occurred. The service was yesterday, and 14 hours later, one of my dogs vomited again this morning. I currently have her quarantined in an outdoor kennel until the toxins are out of her system. If it continues, I will have to schedule a Vet appointment. I would like to know what to do differently for the next visit that is supposed to occur in 30 days to prevent them from getting sick again. If I can't find a way to keep them safe, I will need to cancel service. In the end - the safety claims for pets that were provided by the sales team AND the exterminator were not consistent with my experience.

I do not have to keep track of my pest control schedule as they always send texts to remind me a few days in advance as well as upon completion. This company, their products and customer service of their staff is awesome. I signed up the first day the sales guy knocked on my door. He explained the differences in their chemicals that make their product more safe and their new home maintenance process. I believe their first service targets active bugs, the second targets any possible larva and eggs then the next quarterly are for maintenance. Maintenance is basically perimeter service. I was starting to see a few critters in and around my newly constructed home last summer after purchasing in May. There was still tons of construction going on across the street months after I moved in and that environment is basically a breeding ground for rodents, reptiles and insects. I have not seen one bug in my home since signing up months in 2016. I have however found tons of DEAD bugs around the perimeter of my home. A week after the second indoor/outdoor service, their sticky trap in the corner of my garage caught a snake!! I didn't even know the trap was there but they are simply that thorough. I was getting in my car when I spotted the tail moving wildly outside the trap. Let me tell you something... If I didn't have that trap that snake would have gotten in my belongings, my house, my car or worse it could have bitten my 8 pound Chihuahua. I can't really tell you how thankful and blessed I felt y'all. I was still terrified but their stellar service renewed my confidence. Never saw another snake after that but I'll be asking for more traps now that the weather has warmed up. Not only are their products effective; they are safe for you, your kids and pets. That was really important to me. I recall how much my dog would sneeze even days after the exterminators sprayed at my loft before I moved and once she was actually poisoned. Things got ugly, rugs were ruined and I vowed to look out for her better going forward. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are knowledgeable, dependable and priced very fair. I actually got quotes from 5 other companies via Yelp a week before they randomly showed up and I wasn't satisfied so in a way I feel like it was meant to be with Greenforce. Ask about their discounts of your initial service for prior military personnel. Still in 2019 I LITERALLY have no bugs in my home.
