Cypress Creek Pest Control provided prompt and courteous service. A technician was quickly dispatched to set-up a live trap and our problem critter was relocated to a better environment. We called back a couple of days later because we trapped another unwanted guest and Cypress Creek Pest Control quickly came and relocated the critter and returned our trap. Super easy to deal with, will gladly call them again, if necessary.

A day of inspecting access points, sealing up entry holes, caulking up around seams, and 10 traps later, we have ourselves a fortified house and bagged two hefty roof rats. Instant results. Definitely would recommend.

Cypress Creek was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so grateful they were! After my very first treatment I saw a few bugs that came out of the woodwork trying to flee, as is normal. Since that initial time 6+ months ago I haven’t seen any pests! They are wonderful. They additionally spotted a wasp forming a nest on my porch in their first visit and promptly removed the but of nest created at that point. We called when we were caught up in a termite swarm. I had gotten a quote from Terminix already and it was 3 times the quote from Cypress pest control. Ernie’s explanation of how to treat the termites made sense to me. Also had a treatment for moles at the same time. It’s only been 3 days since treatment so it’s too soon to tell if it worked or not. However, the company has been in business for 55 years and has good reviews so I don’t think they would have lasted as long if they were ripping people off. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Every service technician that has come into my house has been courteous, efficient. and personable. Some of them have even put booties on over their shoes so as not to dirty up your carpets. Pro: Quality work, nice customer service Con: Questionable billing strategy. The $65 to get a quote was waived by the man who came to our home. He wouldn't take a check and said it would instead be included in the cost of the work if we chose to use them. This seems nice, so then you pay for the job. The trap is they call you a month later and say you still owe $65 for the first visit. You tell them the story, and they say the price they charged for the work didn't include the $65. In effect, they tell you upfront the fee is included in their quote for the work, making their work seem more affordable, but afterwards they say just kidding and take an extra paycheck.

Reached out to Cypress Creek pest Control earlier in the year and they helped with wasps problems. Recently the wasps returned and we called them back for help. The first visit was quick, they focused on inside service spraying attic and chimney. A few weeks followed and we still had wasps. We called for a return visit, which they covered at no cost, but the new guy was reluctant to do anything different. We had to ask him to spray doors and windows, outside, etc. My wife wasn't quite home yet and our babysitter asked him to wait until my wife arrived (5 minutes) he refused and sprayed while or 2 year was near by.

I looked for a new pest control company for a little while after we moved to cypress from tomball. I was tired of the one we used in tomball. They would come without telling me and if I wasn’t home they would just do the outside and charge me the full amount. Very frustrating! So I saw a van parked in our neighborhood and it had cypress creek pest control on the side so I gave them a call. They were a little pricier than others I called but they do the attics and spray a ton outside and garages and every other nook and cranny you can think of. And like others I called they have a 90 day warranty from service where if we have a problem they will come back out. Hoping I stop seeing spiders and stuff soon. We moved in a few months ago and I doubt the house was sprayed before we moved in so we had a few buggies running around. Hopefully this company maintains my standards and I continue to keep them after the contract for the first year is over.

Update: quarterly service is great. Update: pest control seems to be working but quarterly service is definitely needed for our area. Some technicians are great, thorough and explain what they are doing, others are not as thorough. Very disappointed. We requested a quarterly pest control ($60/ service) to treat the exterior and interior perimeter of our house for household pests including small ant species, cockroaches, etc. We were still seeing ants and spiders two, four and 7 days after treatment. When we brought this information up with the pest control service four days after treatment they said it should take one week to work and if it doesn't work they would come back out. Either they are not using effective chemicals, or the staff is not familiar with the application of the chemicals, or simply did not do a good job treating the area. Regardless, having someone come out multiple times for one treatment is very inconvenient and indicative of poor service.
