BUGCO has my highest recommendation! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous! We had a minor infestation of roaches and after their first service, we saw the positive effects of their visit. They're very dependable as a few months later we saw a few roaches but they immediately came back and took care of it no questions asked and no charge b/c of their guarantee. We decided to use them again after a year for a follow-up (roach sightings were close to rare as we'd see a few small dead ones) and the same professional care was provided. Their service techs were all great and easy to communicate with! 10/10!

Lawrence is the best! He really went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed and my questions answered. Our technician, Corey, was simply terrific. He showed up a bit early after calling first to let us know (nice!), was professional in his approach, offered specific advice about the pantry moths we have been battling, and helped us clean out one additional cabinet in the pantry we hadn’t yet emptied, and VOILA! He found the ONE expired dog treat bag that we “thought” had been sealed but appears to have been the problem source. He then sprayed everything and told us to watch for now - cautiously optimistic that the problem should be solved. He made sure not to “overpromise”, however - and I appreciated his candor. He also educated us so that we won’t have this problem recur. All with a smile. If only every service person had the same approach, the world would be such a nicer place. Thank you, Corey!!

After using one of the largw national pest control companies for the last 2 years I contacted BUGCO for pest exclusion inspection due to uptick in bug activity in my home with no concrete plan from my current company. We’ve been using Bugco for several years and very pleased! Recently, we saw ants in a particular area of our house and grew concerned because some buddies on a text thread identified them as crazy ants. We called Bugco, and they promptly scheduled Daniel, who I will say is a true expert in this field! He easily identified them as rover ants and explained the subtle differences between them and crazy ants. Daniel had the exact bait, particular to rover ants, and conservatively treated the spots of concern and the weep holes outside, from where they would most likely be coming into the house. Daniel also explained how the sighting of these are not uncommon once larger competition (fire ants, spiders, etc.) are no longer around….but these are very easily treated. Glad I called Bugco! I called BUGCO on Thursday 9/8 to ask about a mosquito treatment for my home. I talked to two staff members on the phone, both were very helpful and friendly. BUGCO had Gage to my home by Tuesday 9/13. Gage was awesome! He called to let me know he could make it the appointment early and to ask if that was okay with me. He was extremely thorough with his mosquito treatment, termite inspection, and measurements for a mosquito misting system. Great service, they gave us a window of when to expect tech. He called to let us know when he was on his way and even texted when 10 minutes out. Tech checked outside of my house throughly for any kind of infestation while sweeping house of spider webs and knocking down any bee's nest. Sprayed exterior and interior of home and knew his stuff explained everything we should expect after spraying and what to look for in the future. Very knowledgeable about the business answered all questions we asked. Company gives a 60 day guarantee and will also give us courtesy calls every 3 months to check if any service is needed. No expensive contacts. And service was a reasonable price. Definitely will keep using them 😊

I moved in on Sept 01, 2022 (coming from Dallas). The house is charming, but the backyard and front yard were interested in mosquitos to the point that being outdoors for less than 5 minutes was impossible. Cory with BugCo treated our yards and did an excellent job; he was very clear about what to expect and the costs. I also got the inside of my home treated for roaches and spiders. BUGCO is so responsive, I always get an email reply very fast and 3 months after the first service I can still see bugs dead at the entry points of the house (garage, front and back door etc) but without a doubt the best thing is the amazing service I get from Jermaine the three times he's been here, he's very through and always explains everything so well and is always patient with my many questions, I mean even my dog wanted to leave with him! I had a great experience with BugCo. I chose them to install a mosquito misting system. They were very open and carefully explained everything. On arriving to do my installation a few months ago, the technician suggested that it would be far better if the system was installed on a fence, considering the wind direction and layout of my back yard. Since I did not have the fence installed but intended to, BugCo gave me a free yard treatment and waited the three months for me to finish the fence installation. They installed it last week over the course of a long day and were very professional and thorough, taking me through their progress and answering all my questions. Many thanks to Cade who lead the installation plus CJ, Daniel, Cory and Matt who were onsite across the day. I'm now looking forward to a mosquito-free back and front yard as the misting system does its work. This should be a game-changer for my family.

I've been a customer since March of this year and have been satisfied with their service. My quarterly service was due and Mr. John Sullivan came out but was only able to do the exterior since we weren't home. A little over a week later I called to see if I could arrange for someone to come out and do the interior and the representative scheduled me with no problems. The technician was very courteous at the door and listened to the concerns then proceeded to address them accordingly. Mr. Jason Murphy explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to treat the interior. He then went as far to express concern for the exterior to prevent further intrusion and explained how he'll build a proposal when service concludes. He was also very professional with conducting on the job training of a new hire. I overheard him giving tips on how to maneuver around furniture and hard to reach areas for treatment. He also gave great presentation with his instructions as they moved throughout the house. Once the service was concluded, Mr. Jason Murphy returned to the front door as stated and explained his recommendation for the proposal and informed me it will be sent to me for review. Overall the experience was excellent which is what to be expected from this company.

I wish all businesses were this thorough and helpful! I called Bugco out to help with a suspected rodent problem in my neglected garage. Daniel went above and beyond what I expected. He even trimmed away some overgrown bushes, so he could inspect thoroughly and caught a young possum! After inspecting the rest of the house, he noticed I have a carpenter ant problem. Daniel came back again and spent at least an hour treating the entire perimeter and searching for the ant nest. I immediately saw evidence that I indeed had a carpenter ant problem, and I am so grateful Daniel took the time and effort to figure it out!

I just want to give my recommendations to BUGCO after the last 3 quarterly treatments. The field guys and gals that come to do the treatment are very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. The office staff is also great where they can be very flexible when scheduling for a visit. I love how everything is billed to your credit card automatically and am very impressed that they send you a very detailed report on the job done and the types of chemicals used. I can't say much about the price as I didn't really compare with other companies, but for the quality of service that they do, i won't hesitate to give them my business again.

Everyone I came in contact with was very polite and professional. Isaac did a very thorough job and was very friendly. I was satisfied with his service. However, a day after the service was done it was raining nonstop for two straight days so I'm afraid whatever he put out there on the yard and foundation area was washed out by the rain. I haven't seen the ants coming inside the house yet but my husband saw a mountain of fire ants in the front yard two days ago. Instead of driving by and fogging my family he stopped and asked if I needed any help. Called and spoke with Chris the owner to schedule service. He handed my information over to dispatch and they called to schedule my appointment immediately. I called on Monday and I was scheduled for Wednesday. They sent a super friendly and knowledgeable guy Chris out. He asked about my concerns and then explained what he was going to do. I was able to pay for my service right then and he completed the job. As I was driving back to work the office was calling to schedule a visit to check the rodent traps in my shed and backyard. Quick response, knowledge of what needed to be done and an explanation as to contact for pets and little ones. He was about 10 minutes early for the appointment (which is awesome because I didn't have to miss much work to be there. Fingers crossed they rid me of ratatouille and his family soon! Great Experience with Daniel from BUGCO Pest Control. He was super friendly and tackled a very unusual situation of rescuing a squirrel that was stuck between the walls of our house. I made an appointment 7 am before I go to work . Daniel arrived on time and we chatted while he’s getting his stuff ready . He sounds knowledgeable , very friendly and loves what he’s doing. He inspects to check if there is any problem first then he treats based on that. He sprayed the inside and outside of the house and gave me some advice about the yard. They guarantee their service for 90 days. Now it’s almost a week and everything looks good so far .. will see how it goes over the three months and will update my reviews

We have been using Bugco for 3 years now for quarterly pest control. They have always been exceptional and professional. From the initial call to day of service. Email reminders are sent for upcoming appointments and completed services with details (i.e. technician name, targeted pest, products used, etc). Anytime we had a question the technician would stop without hesitation. One time my husband had asked where these American Roaches were coming from into our new built home. He walked my husband out to the front of our home where a storm drain was and dropped some pest bomb and those critters came out like fleeing from daylight. He said don’t worry they will be dead and we never had an issue since. Recently we moved into a slightly older home and I gave them a call. Yesterday evening we received our first treatment from Rachel. She was wonderful! My husband and I chose to go with BugCo after our previous pest control company wasn’t getting the job done. WOW!! That's my first impression with Bugco! We were having issues with some frequent pests. We called several companies for quotes. Bugco was one of the few who didn't want to lock us in a contract and had an exceptional rate. Contracts are difficult when you aren't sure if their services will work. A few examples - I was running late from my dr. appt yesterday, called them 30 min before my Bugco appt because I wouldn't be home in time to meet the technician, and they helped me re-schedule my appointment to today, no hassle! Cory did my last home treatment and did an excellent job cleaning out my cob webs (I have a bungalow with rafter tails everywhere, not a small job), explaining how the spray works and thoroughly treating the interior of the house. I will keep giving them my business and I do recommend them (price very reasonable too).

Very thorough and professional, he went through every room and every corner with the spray, into cabinets and places where he suspected entry of insects and also into the attic, garage and outside perimeter of my home. He was knowledgeable and gave advice to seal up areas where insects may be able to enter. 4.15.2020 Moved to a new home since the last post below. This house came with a forest in the backyard. Had BugCo come out again. Our tech Sam came out and laid some rat traps along our fence perimeter, fogged our yard and put some other pest deterrent systems out based on our proximity to the woods and the creatures that call it home. When done, he was very thorough in his recap of work performed and provided suggestions for future treatments. We ended up signing a very affordable service agreement due to confidence and professionalism in the BugCo team. 3.01.2020 BugCo was prompt to answer all my questions regarding our pest infestation. My tech, Justin was thorough in explaining where our pests were coming from, what was attracting them and also was informative about the chemical to be used and best practices to keep our Dogs safe as well. I highly recommend them for any service. They are prompt, informative and very professional.

Daniel came go service my home. Before I had terminix and well, it was post-3months and there are still a lot of roaches, spiders, etc etc. He was very thorough, explained that I needed to caulk under the sink, and explained how close off any entry into the house. I also opted for the yard treatment. I will update in 3 months. Okay so not only did he spray my house but I had a light switch installed but just opened, another entry in. I've been using BugCo since they opened 3 years ago and I've been nothing but happy the whole time. The technicians are courteous, professional and always show up on time. When I built my house I had problems with ants in my dog food and laundry and silverfish brought over from our older home. Since I've used BugCo I haven't had a single problem with those, nor any other problem. I also love with how inexpensive their services are! Had a bug problem that was making me crazy. Called 1 company who wanted 500 to assess the problem. Talked to Bugco who sent out CJ who solved the issue. That was for under 100. I bring them out here about 3 times a year now and we are OK. CJ is gone now but Daniel has taken over his region and is also a good problem solver. This was my first time calling BUGCO last week to ask them if they could come spray the outside and also the inside of my home. My technician was Justin who not only was profesional but early for my appointment today, He took the time to explain in detail what he was going to do and educating me about various ares where I would of never of thought they would be hiding. Let me tell you when Justin talk about the anatomy of a specific roach and how this special made pressurized insecticide actually does what it does, I was blown away. I complained about ants in my kitchen; he donned booties over his shoes to prevent tracking dirt into my home and he wore a face mask, both greatly appreciated. Then he fixed the problem. Highly recommend. Our inspection visit from Daniel was absolutely top-notch! The level of specialized training and knowledge with which this company invests their technicians regarding the full array of buggy pests: how to identify them by their appearance and 'signs,' their life cycles, how best to deal with them, and how the products actually work against them -- was impressive and expert. Bugco was also very flexible with regard to scheduling in a diagnostic visit on short-notice, in the timeframe our hectic schedules could accommodate. Plus Daniel was sensitive to the possible impact of their treatments on my autoimmunity and recommended an extermination treatment that would be targeted, effective, and minimally intrusive, both to us and to our historic home. He explained to us that Bugco does not go in for the nightmare approach of tenting a house and pumping in noxious chemicals at a cost of thousands when that's not necessary, and all for a result that might not even last beyond a few months. Their inspection was tailored to targeting the specific problem we had observed: it was as thorough as it needed to be, but not more extensive than it needed to be. Charges were specified and cleared with us in advance, even though in our case those charges turned out to be so minimal that neither to diagnose our problem on the first visit nor to fix it on the second cost us above double digits!! (When was the last time an exterminator ever told you that?) Facing any bug problem is inevitably stressful and unpleasant, but Bugco seems to go the last mile to try to minimize the pain. I do not think it would be humanly possible for an exterminating company to do a better job than these folks are doing.

Someone (can't remember his name :( )came out to assess our carpenter ant issue ASAP and was so nice and thorough. Bobby came out to do the work and did such a great job of avoiding my monarch butterfly garden (he even rescued on escapee) and my vegetable garden. Like any paid services, I hate trying to find a reputable pest company as it's hard to find truthful technicians. We were suspecting termites and Bugco sent over Brandon and William to do an inspection. Right away they determined it was drain flies and let me know what I needed to do to get rid of them. To any unsuspecting customers, they could have easily said, "Oh yeah, definitely termites. Let us treat it for you for a fee." Thankfully they didn't. Both Brandon and William provided useful information and didn't try to sell us any treatments that were not needed. I've read countless reviews on Google and Yelp and finally decided on Bugco. We have been super pleased with this company. They installed a misquito misting system around our property about a year ago and come to our house for regular maintenance. I have had two treatments done by Bugco in the last six weeks and both times I have been very pleased. The first service was a general pest control service. The second treatment was for American roaches. Brooke Cornewell and Jerry (don't know Jerry's last name) came to my house and were very professional. They went above and beyond spraying chemicals in my house. During the visit they answered all of my questions and explained how and why we may have these insects. They also pointed out additional precautions my family should take to alleviate the problem. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. They even adjusted which chemical they used after figuring out I am pregnant to make it more livable for me but effective for the bugs. So there I was in my driveway stuck in my car. I had seen a wasp lingering by my front door on my way out of my house earlier but I dodged it.
