Had a great experience with Chris this evening regarding a general extermination. He was super friendly and even went out of his way to entertain our very curious toddler. Our toddler loved following Chris around the house with a ton of interest in what he was doing and Chris played along with him! He even took a couple minutes to come say hi and show our toddler his flashlight and tools. Above and beyond expectations for customer service and he was also so informative on what treatments he was doing and what treatments halt for the winter. Highly recommend!!!

Chris Ross was better than spider man! He was so positive and energetic throughout the appointment, even though it was early in the morning and he had to venture into my dark and gloomy basement. He was very friendly, even with my yappy dog, and thoroughly sprayed around the house. He also listened to my concerns and asked me if there were any specific places I wanted him to cover. We contracted with Seaport Pest Solutions back in May 2022 and couldn't be happier with the service that they provide. We used to have problems with wasps, stinkbugs, and mice but after the first treatment there was none to be found! We just had our third quarterly pest application and Chris Ross provided the service. He did an absolutely fantastic job! He was able to identify and find where the mice were getting into the house as well as give some pointers of things that needed to be fixed so that we don't have any issues with pests in the winter. Chris was fast and efficient and had a great personality! I look forward to continuing to use Seaport Pest Solutions in the future!

Update 1-12-23 Chris returned for our routine service and, once again, did a great job. Thank you, Chris! Previous appointment: This was the second time Seaport took care of us and the service was great both times. We needed an extra visit between our routine service because we discovered an underground bees nest and an additional nest on the eaves. With a family member who is allergic to bee stings, we were glad that the non-routine visit is included in our service. Chris was sensitive to our concerns and promptly took care of the problem. He went the extra mile and also treated for spiders that he noticed around the porch. Our first visit with Jared and the woman who did the service (sorry- I don’t remember her name) was also great. I know this is a new company and I wish them well.

Chris Ross performed my home insect and bug prevention service. He was enthusiastic and friendly. I pointed out an issue where wasps were nesting in a retaining wall and he took care of the nests and treated the surrounding areas as well to hopefully discourage them from returning. It was was very refreshing to find a technician who takes pride in his work.

I had Chris Ross from Seaport come to my house yesterday. Unfortunately I was unable to meet him on time due to work, but my man took the time to sweep through the property of his own accord. Went under the deck (covered in sawdust from resurfacing), around the house, onto the front porch, the deck, and pretty much everywhere else. He took the time to rid me of some wasps that had made a home in the cornice of the house. Overall, I'm happy with my first service, provided by Chris. Very pleasant and enthusiastic guy. Would definitely recommend him, and I'd sure like to get him back soon to do a sweep of the house's interior.

Update - Chris came back to treat the interior of our house today. As always he is very professional and personable!! Haven't seen any mice or ants since the original treatment. Chris arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did a thorough review of the outside of our house. Gave us a good explanation of what treatments were being applied. Because we were just getting over covid, we had to reschedule treatment and inspection of the interior of our house, so we'll have to wait a bit to judge the overall effectiveness. But we are pleased with the overall professionalism at this point.

As I was entering my driveway in my car, Chris Ross was literally on his hands and knees looking for and filling holes in the frame of my garage with copper mesh wire. He went around the entire exterior of the house looking for entry holes for rodents and other pests. Seaport came to my house last Wednesday , I’ve been having a problem with sugar ants(really small ants) so I gave them a shot! They email me Saturday telling me they would come Monday (Aug. 8th )for just the outdoor treatment. I quickly email them back telling them I wanted them to do everything after 10:30am . Got what looked like to me an automatic response saying they would get back to me soon! Never heard anything so I called Monday at 10:30 am on hold for 15 minutes (my time important too) left a voicemail. I was going to tell the person when they came at 11:30 am forget about it!!!! Chris Ross the tech was so good and professional I let him do the job! Chris is the only reason I let them in !

Woodpeckers were pecking at my shingles. I was told they were attracted by grubs and the insects under my shingles. On my first visit there was an inspection inside and outside. They sprayed under all sinks and other general areas inside. Outside, they sprayed around the exterior of the house. When I noticed spider cocoons under my deck, I called and they came out and did an additional spraying. Since I began service, there have been no Woodpeckers and no seasonal ant issues.

Chris is the man! Super professional, highly knowledgeable, and just a nice, friendly guy. He took the time to walk me around my house and explain in detail all of the problems he identified and how he was going to fix them. As we were doing our final walk around (after the initial treatment) he noticed some wasps congregating at the peak of my roof where he had just knocked down a nest. He went back to his van, unpacked all of the equipment he had just packed up, and climbed up there to hit the area one more time. He truly showed a lot of pride in his work and I felt like he went above and beyond to give us the best possible service. We used to use another company (not going to name names, but believe me; what I'm saying is tru) and they were twice as expensive and nowhere near as good with their customer service. I'd highly recommend Seaport to anyone unsatisfied with their current pest control company.
