Neil and Austin are such professionals. We were new to Simsbury and needed a general check of the house/outside area and to obtain preventative services for mice, as we saw a couple in our garage and didn't want them entering the house. We set up a regular preventative maintenance plan. They always text the night before to let us know that they will be coming and text again when they are on their way. After one call to Green Pest, the peace of mind we have received is beyond words. Unfortunately, when we bought our new house some unwelcome new tenants (mice) decided to move in as well.I tried many DIY traps and deterrents I could find in stores. I would solve the problem temporarily, only to find new mice again after a short period. I sought professional help and Green Pest came the next day for an inspection. They were very knowledgeable and came prepared to install the service same day if we decided to proceed that route. The first night it sounded like a horror movie with the amount of mouse activity i heard in the walls/ceiling . It’s true for every 1 you see or hear there are 10 that you don’t. The second night and ever since it’s been quiet with no issues at all. Thank you Green Pest!

We had field mice scratching around in our walls, and then they finally figured out how to get into the house! I tried sealing all openings around the perimeter of the house, inside and out. I even caught a few mice in traps. But they were persistent. I should have called Green Pest Control sooner. Austin came out, setup bait stations and sealed spots that I didn’t realize were problem areas. I’m happy to say that the mice are gone! This whole winter went by without a sound coming from the walls. We opted for the quarterly bait trap plan, so once a quarter, Austin checks the perimeter and re-baits to traps. It’s truly working well, and we’re very grateful! We highly recommend Green Pest Control!

We have been using Green Pest Control for several years. Previously we used a different company for a long time but became unhappy with their methods and lack of responsiveness. We changed to Green Pest Control because of their very positive reviews -- the fact that they are local -- and because their methods are MUCH more modern than the other company we used. I am terrified of mice and we have heard NOTHING in the walls since we started using them. They are available 24/7 and while chances are we will never need them on off hours -- there is definitely a feeling of security knowing that they are there! Highly recommend!

We reached out to Green Pest Control and we were contacted back right away and they came out assessed the situation and mapped out a plan to address the problem . We were given prices for every service needed - followed their instructions and soon the mice were gone! . We are now on a maintenance plan and no problem this year !! I had used a big National chain company years ago and was not satisfied at all. It is so much better doing business with a local, well run, well trained group of professionals !! I could not more highly recommend them !!

For multiple years in a row we’ve dealt with more wildlife and unwelcome pests in our home than I care to recount. We live in a heavily wooded area so we just accepted that these things were to be expected and tried to ignore them. This year I finally had enough! I posed the question to my local community regarding who they all trust and recommend to keep their homes as pest free as possible and it was almost unanimous… Green Pest Control! Neil came out right away, inspected the house, thoroughly explained what was happening, why it was happening, what things were within my control as a homeowner, and factors out of my control due to the area we live in. A few days later Austin came out, explained everything he was going to do, walked through the home with me, treated our house indoors in a few problem areas and outside in totality! Within about three weeks all of the pests stopped finding their way in and it’s been much more pleasant to live here! We continue to receive scheduled services from them because their products WORK they’re safe for my small kiddos and dog! Also, the guys over at Green Pest are SO friendly, responsive, courteous, reliable, professional, and just awesome! Effective, responsive, and reasonably priced! They always text me the day before they come and when they are on their way (even though they aren't disruptive at all!) I had a really bad mice problem at the house and I haven't seen a sign of one since! Highly recommend this business for your pest problems! My wife and I like to support local businesses when possible. We tried Green Pest Control based on recommendations from a local Facebook community page. We were having problems with mice and carpenter bees. We could hear the mice digging and scratching in our walls and attic above our bed at night. The bees were digging holes in our roof. One month we caught 4 mice in our house. That was when we decided to call the professionals. We were told it could take three weeks or so before we would notice a decline in the mouse population but we have not seen one in the house since Green installed the exterior mouse feeders. The bee problem was also taken care of immediately. The guys that we have dealt with have been very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Green to anyone looking for help with pest control.

I am very pleased with Green Pest Control's service and technology. They are very responsive to your calls/texts and try to fit you in right away if you see something needing immediate treatment. Also they're innovative in that you receive text alerts with maps that show you when they're about to arrive and their estimated arrival time which is way better than a service window like some companies who tell you "between 12-4" for example. We had carpenter ants and lady bugs by the hundreds and they were able to treat them within a couple days which helped ease our nerves over them. Their product is effective as well and lasts long. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs pest control!
