Can I give 10 stars? Wow, this company was a life saver. I walked down to my basement to grab something and promptly had a squirrel jump out of nowhere. Freaking out, I called several local business and the city to see if anyone handled wild animal removal. I struck out several times before finding Eliminate ‘em Pest Control on Google. And they saved me. I called and within an hour, Darryl arrived and went to work. He was incredible. He put us at ease and assured us he would get the squirrel out (safely), despite my disbelief that it was possible. After some wrangling, he did indeed eject the squirrel from our basement and set it free unharmed. I was impressed with his professionalism and calm demeanor. If I had the unfortunate luck of having another wild animal in my home, I would specifically request Darryl if he’s available. Absolutely the best. Super nice guy and he even helped me fix my fireplace! Can’t say enough good about his work, and I highly recommend this company.

Marco was great. He was able to come within 24 hrs and helped figure out how a squirrel got into our house. he helped set up a trap to catch the squirrel and came immediately when we caught it to remove it. would highly recommend their service.

Daryl is the true definition of a professional ! He went out if his way to ensure I felt safe in my home after a Raccoon entered my living space . He immediately came out to inspect my dwelling , the perimeter and determine exit and entry ways . He checked the trap daily and called to make sure all was well . More so, and what left the greatest impact upon me is that I was quoted an astronomical fee for this job and Daryl made sure I wasn’t taken advantage of by the other party . It was endearing to know that a professional such as Daryl also genuinely cares about his clients . My father used Daryl’s services my whole life and now as a homeowner I understand and see why ! Ed was able to come out before I moved into my home. He walked around the whole property and was able to put traps down for the rodents and to spray for spiders since the basement had not been used in years. When he came back to check the traps he explained what he was doing and how much activity there was. He even sprayed for spiders in the 3 season room- which when opened up had a lot of them coming out of the cracks. I will use continue to use them for pest control on my property.

Chris was thorough, professional and congenial. He looked at what I had thought was probably a woodchuck hole under my deck and told me it didn’t look like an animal den. His guess is that is is a sinkhole resulting from the recent torrential rains. He advised me to take daily photos of the hole for a week to see if there are any changes that might indicate animal activity and to call if I observed anything. I appreciate his candor and his advice. I will definitely ask for him if I have any problems in the future.

I really wanted to like the service the gentleman that came was very friendly and knowledgeable but paying over $400 to spray just under a small deck for bees for it to only last 3-5 months is insane. The inspection and spray took like a half hour all together. I really needed them gone as they were blocking our front door but I had the same results from spraying with Home Depot solution for $30 a few times and it lasts as long so I’ll just pass and keep doing what I’m doing. I liked all of the reviews but I can’t help but feel the service was not worth the cost. **UPDATE** Collin got in contact with me and explained the price is based on a treatment for ants and bees and was kind enough to reduce the bill in good faith. He was very responsive and cares about his business and ensuring his customers are happy. I still feel like it’s a bit much even with the reduction for the area covered for me to use the service again but I admire and appreciate the customer service and therefore have changed my review to a 4 stars.

The company rep came out two days after my call. In my case, I had squirrels entering the attic through a single entry point (bathroom fan vent without a cover) that I had already identified. Company installed a one-way door over the opening, so that squirrels could exit but could not return. Unfortunately, squirrels gnawed a second opening near the first and were able to get back into the attic. Rep returned again to close up the second opening with very sharp wire covering. I was pleased that the rep was very responsive, returned several times to ensure that the solution was working, and he finally installed grid over the original fan opening and I think the solution has been achieved. Area was very difficult to work in; on the roof, requiring ladder to be laid along the roof; a very confined area so that it was difficult to even install screws. I’m pleased with the solution.

Ed is the best. Very knowledgeable of all issues we were having. Since having Ed come to our property all our issues are gone. We had a ton of leaf litter close to the house and lots of unmaintained garden beds. Working together with Ed to chemically treat with pesticides and we cleared the property up we were able to get everything under control. Any oddball issue we had I was able to speak to Ed about and he gave me great advice for it that actually worked, not like the DIY hacks all over the net. We also have 3 kids, 3 dogs 3 cats and he is very accommodating to their sensitivities with chemicals and helped to identify what would be safe and effective. Thank you so much Ed.

While it took three calls to get an initial response to set up an appt., the technician with whom I was finally connected was amazing! Not only did he keep me informed as to his schedule and timing in keeping our appointment, but when he arrived, he was polite, professional, and extremely thorough in his inspection. He was also reassuring and explained everything in detail. Prior to his arrival, the technician was extremely accommodating in doing whatever he could to fit us in for the bed bug inspection ASAP. I wouldn't have even noticed. Took a look at the wasp nest and happily it was an old one so no worries. He offered to spray the roof line but didn't try to pressure me into it. We had, what sounded like, multiple possums or raccoons wrestling literally in our bedroom walls at 1am. Having moved into this house (area) months before, I have no idea what to do. I don’t have a pest control service on standby. I scramble to a google search for 24/7 help. Eliminate Em was not the first company I called. They were the first to answer or not hang up on me, though. My wife and I are so thankful. When Romano from Eliminate Em pest control arrived, he was able to locate an entry way that our home inspector, a roofing company, and a general contractor all missed. He also ruled out many other areas that I had assumed were entry ways, when i tried to take care of it myself. He educated me on the process, set up an amicable game plan with effectiveness and finances in mind, and what I truly appreciated was that he didn’t promise the world. He prepped us that it may get worse before it got better but he believed it to be squirrels, set traps, and insisted we call or text day or night if he can be of any help or pick anything up. It’s been 2 days since the traps were put in and although we haven’t caught anything yet (which I’m not looking forward to, if I’m honest) the noises haven’t returned since he’s left. He also took time to note other areas of recommendation, like where possums (which we’ve seen) are more than likely tunneling under our deck. They’re local, family operated, and as of this moment, 100% effective, day or night. Highly recommend.

We contacted a service we had used for over 20 years and received absolutely no help. We were told that no one was available for at least a week. They are no longer our service. These guys are top notch! No kidding. I'm a business owner ( food service), and of course you get mice and rats. I was trying myself with rat traps, smoke bombs, all kinds of things. I killed about 15 rats and thought I was making some progress but no way! Ed came by and laued out some bait boxes. There was about 60 baits out. In a week they were all gone. Pretty serious! He re-baited me up with another 60 baits. A week later 1/2 were gone. Re-baited and just a few were gone. He estimated that we killed about 90 rats!!!!!! That's crazy!!! I would never had gotten this under control without these guys! Trust me, I have a very short tolerance for BS! It worked and worked well. I haven't seen another rat since! Thanks Ed, we'll done!

As a first time owner, moving from apartment I did not know the first thing to do in removing wildlife under my shed. I have seen squirrel, groundhogs, and opossoms but didn't think they were squatting on my property rent free. Upon inspection of my shed, I notice 3 entry points. Did some research and tried to handle ourselves but to no avail. My wife contacted Eliminate'em and was connected to Romano. Talk about a class act. This young man knows the business and really takes his time to get the targeted results. Some vendors may use come do a job, lay a trap and come back when something is caught or not with bill in hand. Romano set the trap, explained the process, set up daily check ins and came back a couple days to rebait the trap when nothing was caught. Our target was a groundhog and within 5 days the groundhog was caught. The best part about Romano is his knowledgeable professional laid back nature. He connects with his customers building a trust and a partnership to resolve the issue with intended results. I appreciate his honesty and his amazing follow through skills. Now that we got our squatting tenet , we will be looking at options to prevent wildlife under our shed. Troy is thorough and amazing. His concept is: “deal with the issue BEFORE the problem enters the home.” Bait on the exterior. Last night he went beyond “the call of duty.” We had a kind of Hitchcock scene in a room we had recently renovated. Suddenly, there were about 12-15 wasps swarmed on a window on the inside! Troy came out to extrude a family of brown bats. He was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. We had other pest control companies give us an estimate but they suggested adding new siding, sealing, etc. when all we needed was to close off the louvers of our attic with some screening after the bats snuck in through a hole in the old screens. All said and done, Eliminate ‘Em came out to about half the price, granted there was much less work quoted. About 2 weeks after coming by to give an estimate, Troy took a few hours adding outer screening to our lovers and setting up a trap door for them to humanely leave. A few days later he came back to close it up and clean out the guano. Can’t speak to them staying out for good, but happy so far! It’s a relief not having them in the attic making a mess everywhere.

We recently began using “Eliminate’Em” because I was tired of dealing with mice in our attic (not so much anywhere else inside the house). For 3-4 years, every time it got cold, we had called other pest control companies, but all they would do is trap and bait inside the house. The mice that didn’t get removed from the typical snap trap, would find its way to the poison bait-stations that were left - and while we were told by these other companies that they would get out of the house for water or fresh air, they would simply die up in our attic. Of course, I had to then go and try to find them. I was sick of it and realized that our previous pest control company just wasn’t working. When I called “Eliminate’Em”, their customer service line was helpful and as promised, connected me with a technician who called me within 10 minutes. From there we scheduled an appointment the next day. Our technician, Richard, was great and helped us understand that the best way to combat a mice problem is to prevent them from getting inside (something our old company suggested, but did not respond to). After inspecting our house and taking a look at our layout, Richard suggested we install several bigger bait stations outside to lure mice to this new food supply and allow them to take it to their nests outside where they will share and eventually die. Within 3 weeks, Richard came back and filled any openings he could find in the siding of the house - allowing mice to get out of the attic (that may have been there previously) and prevent any future critters from getting in. Overall, there will be some who say that “Eliminate’Em” is very expensive, but in my eyes the money is worth it especially since I had others charge less, but only cause more problems for me in the long run. Previously, I was only given a “band-aid solution”. With Richard and his team, I feel like we’re actually making progress to solving a problem. Thank you!
