I had a skunk that decided to burrow into my egress window well. Jake came over the same day I discovered it to set a live trap. I really appreciate his fast response as dealing with a skunk can be tricky.

Rick was very quick and efficient. He responded quickly and seemed concerned when I told him that we had a yellow jacket nest in our window sill. He didn't want us or our dogs to get stung! We will definitely use Rick and his business again!

Rick was wonderful at tending to our needs. We discovered that the vents on the exterior of our home had been destroyed by birds and that they had made a home in them and started nesting. This is particularly important to take care of as soon as possible - as the birds can leave droppings in the vents and subsequently bird mites can grow, which can even make their way into the bathroom and are grounds for causing potentially serious health conditions. Rick came out right away and removed the nest, even bringing a shopvac up the 25’ ladder to completely remove the nests. He also sprayed pesticide in the vents and replaced our vents for us. He is coming today to “finish the job” (however he is really just going above and beyond) as we decided we’d like to add a so-called “cage” that attaches to the vent which will prevent the birds from being able to do this again. My neighbors also saw his great work and asked him to do the same for their homes. I would highly recommend. Thank you Rick!
