Chandler came to service my home today and he was on time, which I appreciate compared to other pest companies. He was kind and courteous and he walked me through what he was going to do today for the service. I requested for Chandler to remove some spider webs and a bees nest. Chandler was able to remove the bees nest. Overall, I am pleased with my initial service and I am glad they came. I want to say thank you to Bailey, the sales rep, who helped start this service and he has been very helpful and responsive throughout this whole process. Bailey was very professional and knowledgeable about the services. I would recommend using Anthem for their services and customer service. Very satisfied.

Austin and Dylan were amazing! They were both very friendly and easy to talk to. Austin made the pricing work for me and my limited budget getting me the best care I could hope for! He gave me his personal number and told me to call him any time I find bugs in or around the house and he would come out free of charge to take care of them. Dylan worked quickly but not in a rush. I am happy to have them as my pest control!

Called for re-treat of home inside and out--and was able to get us in, in a timely manner. Got a 2 hour window and a phone call 50 minutes ahead to plan accordingly (putting dogs up). Excellent coverage with the outside and thorough with getting the cobwebs down (in HIGH places too)!

Tribe was wonderful! He was very knowlegeable and made us feel very confident about his being there to help! He checked all around the kitchen and was able to find a few tiny holes that ants may be coming thru. He put out baits and gel and said that that should do it but if not to call them back! I had one minor issue with them and it was handled quickly otherwise for three - four mths in with them we are being handled well via customer service still seeing spiders though however they come right out to remedy since our neighbors also are having issues (new construction sub too) with the spiders I’m giving the benefit of the doubt … customer service is awesome though which was a huge deal for us!

I wasn’t happy with them, so you guys showing up at ny door with a better attitude and competitive deal sold me. You even gave me a tip of how to get out of ny older contract with the other company. What I love about these new guys and that when you say you’re coming, you do. And also how well you go over the Inspection. I felt with my precious people they didn’t do anything detailed and wasn’t reliable. The guy that came today was named Tyreik. He was respectful and such a happy person. Oscar is the person who came to give us the service today. It’s been couple years since I moved to this house and we’ve been getting service from Anthem and service was fairly good. Today I was impressed how he responded to my request to get rid of spider webs on the window. Other people seems to just briefly clean and miss many spots or not do much at all when asked but Oscar was so helpful to hit all the spots that was needed to be cleaned. When you see a person who does one small job so well wether someone is looking or not you know he/she will do so well in the future. Anthem is so lucky to have an employee like Oscar! Denis was BY FAR the best, most detailed, AND informed technician that has been sent to my house since I subscribed to this service. Services that I'd been paying almost $200 dollars a quarter for, he's the FIRST one to actually do all of it. We have been using Anthem for 2 years now (just at the tail end of our contract) and before today I would have rated them 1 maybe 2 stars. The person that sold us on the service had apparently only been employed through the summer and gave us lots of false information regarding how the company operates and and what I could expect from my service. I never saw a technician and was having to place my own bait traps for ants and other pests. It was also very difficult to contact “my” Anthem office as I had to play phone tag between being passed from one representative to another. However, after my service today (Nick and Matthew were my technicians) I am willing to give this company a few more months to treat my property. These 2 guys were not scheduled to treat the inside of my house, but after asking if I could set up a time to have someone come back out, they offered to take care of it on the spot with zero hesitation. They were professional, thorough, and very helpful in making sure I could get in touch with someone if I needed. If this type of service continues I have no problem giving 5 stars in the future.

First service was good. After that, it has been downhill. We find spiders and other bugs at least once a week in our home. I appreciate the company’s policy of coming back out anytime we find a pest in between treatments but we are having to retreat way too frequently. I spoke with a sales representative yesterday, April 14th about potentially signing up for a pest control plan with Anthem. I was certainly not against the idea but cautious about making sure I was picking a good contract with a good team of people. I spoke with Adam (the sales rep) for nearly an hour making sure that I got as much information as possible before I was finally convinced to make the commitment. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was with everything he was trying to sell and despite his persistence I did not get agrivated with his salesman's spirit at all. Overall had a good experience talking with him and greatly appreciated how much he cared about me feeling as though I had a trusted ally in the pest control industry. Today I was greeted 3 minutes early by Hunter, the technician sent to spray down my yard. He was a very nice guy and had a good deal of patience with my specific requests. He was understanding of how I wanted my yard treated and took good care of everything I asked. He worked fast but I do not feel as though I have been cheated of the money I am paying. I hope to see great improvements overall. I'm patiently waiting to see how the product that they use works. I will update this review once I have used their service for longer.

I knew from emails that you were coming here today. The only way I even know that I am dealing with you is the receipt in my email. Noone knocked on my door to let me know they were here to do the service. I don't even know that someone was even here so I need the service done so that I know it is actually done. If your service person had knocked or rung my door bell my dogs would have let me know. If this person had treated my backyard for fleas as you are supposed to, then my dogs would have let me know. He cleaned the spider webs and put down insects traps as well as sprayed inside my garage. Mr Young was the first tech to do this, every other tech just sprayed my house I really appreciated that. Generally service has been adequate but communication has been poor. Service appointment confirmations are sent by text. In my case, I request (via text) interior service and a shorter time window for the service... rather than all day Saturday. I've had two services and the response is generally the same (via text), " Interior service will be included. The tech will call 30 minutes prior to service." Both times the tech simply shows up. I'm not home, but I'm easily within 30 minutes. The tech claims to know nothing about the communication I had with his company. The interior does not get done. I express my frustration to customer service and they schedule another day. Net result: They don't do as asked. they don't do what they say they will do. Just now on the phone with customer service to cancel... apparently I need one more service to end without penalty. Which is hilarious since they don't actually do the services anyway.

I've used this service for almost a year. I've had good techs and some extremely lazy techs. I was supposed to get termite control the first time and never did, despite the promise. I was about to cancel my service upon completion of the contract terms. However, Todd came out today and may be the biggest redeeming quality to come out of the company. Honestly, had I reviewed yesterday I would've left 2 stars at best. But Todd alone is worth 5 stars. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and I hope the only tech to return. He is a wonderful asset. The Techician was very nice. He explained what he was doing as this was the initial visit. I’m still seeing bugs and ants. So hoping the follow up in a month will get them. I like that they tend to the entire yard not just around the house. I am very concerned about my contract as it was screwed up from the start. The technician fixed it and yet I was still sent the wrong contract. They send out a sales reps trying hard to get your business and offering services that apparently ARE NOT free. This technician got right on the phone to try and figure out what was going on. It is out of his control but the fact he made attempt was Good customer service. Later in the evening instead of getting a call, the sales guy actually came back to my house. Explaining. Mistakes are made and he is new at his job, I get it, however, he offered a service for free if I signed up with Anthem. I did sign up and now they are not wanting to provide. I can only rate the technician. He gets 5 star kudos. The company, however, is under scrutiny. Will they come through with the promise or will they be just like the reviews I’ve read. Hold you to their contract but not not themselves. I’m really hoping it works out. A handshake is a handshake where I come from.
