They left the place better than they found it. I can't yet know what percentage of the bugs got dead, but the techs were certainly professional and the equipment was in good condition. Just one thing to be aware of, evidently they've got a way of disabling the techs' phones when their vehicle is in motion, so if they are running late it can be hard to get an updated ETA. We were told to expect the crew at 7 am but in reality they were getting equipment then and got to the house at 9.

If Taylor, our technician, is any indication of the quality of Evergreen Pest Solutions as a service then I feel very reassured that our first service and inspection will be phenomenal. Cam was very nice and very knowledgeable! Broke down specific chemicals that are going to be used around my home, very comfortable prices and availability that work around me! I wanted to schedule that same day and no more than an hour, a technician was at my door! Taylor was very nice as well! Inspected my home and got right to work! Inspection and cleaning were all done within 30 minutes to an hour! I am overall very please with their communication, knowledge and work ethic! Highly recommend!

Our first encounter with Evergreen was with the sales rep Chase - he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This continued when the tech Taylor visited our house the next night on schedule. He offered the same traits as Chase. We were very impressed to receive this level of professional due to the fact that Chase and Taylor are both young. To us, this is indicative of the type of company Evergreen must be- they seem to have a great customer service training program and have high expectations of their staff. So far, we are very pleased!

Great service. The sales rep, Taylor stopped by and talked to us about on going exterminator services. He was polite and professional. He explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. He scheduled for the technician to come out and when I accidentally missed that time he personally called to reschedule. When the tech came out, Tyler, he was on time, professional and got all of the areas needed and discussed. Very happy with the service. Looking forward to being relatively spider and ant free this year.

We are very happy with the service from this company. We are on a quarterly service and when I spotted mice over the weekend, I emailed the company to let them know. I got a call on Monday, and one of our regular technicians came on Tuesday to set traps and bait. Very thorough, friendly, and responsive. I was very happy to not have to deal with the bugs over the summer as well!

We have used Evergreen Pest Control for over a year and are very happy with the service. No spiders or bugs of any kind in the house since the first treatment and the control of bugs outside is awesome. And absolutely no oder inside or out after treatment! We have used this company for many years and when we moved into our new home they were the first people well called to get a good base treatment done. The product is safe for my kids and all of our pets. We have a lot of allergies and we havent had a bad reaction with the products they use. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

These folks are the best! They are a great value because not only are they less expensive than their competitors, they are willing to go above and beyond to get the problem taken care of. We have mice. Oh so many mice. And they are coming out every couple weeks to manage the bait traps. Plus, everyone here is friendly, professional and go out of their way to help. Great company. It is 2021 time to make sure the woman wants the same info. This older woman felt irrelevant. I set up the service. They have been to our house only 2 times so it is a little early to know how this will go. I am hoping my feedback is a learning opportunity and not thrown aside . Crystal is awesome. Like any business there are some good and some you don't want to deal with again. Crystal has gone above and beyond what would be asked for. Not only did she take care of current complaint but also found a wasps nest I didn't know about, removed it and sent me pictures of the areas so I could keep a watch out for future issues. Do to me having young children she took her time checking the play area for issues that could be harmful to them. strongly recommend Crystal for your needs and she will make sure you are happy with the service.

The young man who showed up to service my house was very kind and willing to help with whatever concerns I had. He was very respectful and professional and got it all done quickly without needing my guidance, I didn’t need to show him where to go. It was very nice that he cracked some jokes with me as well. Updating to aff that after a couple years we are still very happy with our service! Josh was out today and did a very thorough job and made sure to cover any areas we were concerned with. He was very friendly and professional. Lane was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough job on both the inside and outside of the house. He was on time and made sure to get all of the areas we had extra concerns about. This was our first treatment, so time will tell how well the spray works, but as far as technicians go, Lane was fantastic.

Taylor was very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to give us a hand with our yellow jacket problem, and informed me a bit about some of the smaller bugs we had been noticing this year. Will keep an eye on the yellow jacket activity but we are hopeful we got ahead of it by having Evergreen back out to do more targeted spraying. Has been great. Always on time for scheduled treatment. Once every three months but you can call them any time for any reason at no extra charge with the contract. Find a spider in the basement or ants in the cracks of the patio or edge of foundation they are there that day or the next no extra charge. At first I was a little unsettled about an 18 month contract (1 servicing every 3 months @ $100 a piece) but now a year in it’s been great and done everything promised. Great customer service and well mannered technicians. Great company and I highly recommend to anyone.

Update (12/7/21): I have since moved and was able to transfer my service to my new home without any issues. Wow! Every person I've come met or spoke with at Evergreen is outstanding! Jackson is no exception. Gave a courtesy call before he arrived, he explained everything he was going to do. He was super friendly and very polite. He also took care of the gnarly bug nests (kinda like wasp nests but not) that were under my porch roof. I had pavement ants on my concrete and I'm pretty sure I had the nest of eggs from the movie Aliens going on under my driveway. I was sure I was going to have a sinkhole. Chans came and did the treatment. He was quick, efficient and an extremely nice young man. The treatment worked immediately. Safe for pets (I have 2 very nervous cats). I'm very impressed with Evergreen. Everyone I've encountered with the company have been very professional and courteous. Always appreciated. But especially appreciated in this age of Plaguemas when the world, it appears, has lost its mind.

What a great company! When I found my dog chewing on a dead rat, naturally I panicked. They handled me with understanding, kindness and empathy. They explained the process, the pricing and the results I could expect. I’ve now been a customer for over 2 years. I would highly recommended this company. I’ve had to reschedule a few appointments and they have been wonderful and accommodating. As long as rodents are eating the poison, I’ll be a customer of Evergreen Pest Solutions.

On our most recent service, the technician Trent was very thorough and courteous. Technicians are polite and knowledgeable. Today our technician was Mark who honored the 6 foot rule and explained what he would be doing. He asked that I keep the 2 dogs inside for about 15 minutes even though the solution is safe to use. Since hiring Evergreen I haven't seen nearly the number of insects as before. Earwigs especially were a big problem and now I rarely see any. Spiders were also a problem though not as big a one. They are rarely seen now. Thank you Evergreen.

I highly recommend Evergreen Pest solutions. Their customer service staff are really friendly, booking appointments is easy, and they are effective. We have had a lot of problems with earwigs and they thoroughly spray the inside, outside, and up under the roof. They use safety precautions (face masks, shoe covers etc) too. Highly recommend!

This is a great company. The treatment that they use is effective and if there is an area that may have been missed or I start to see activity in again, they send a tech out to get it taken care of at no cost to me. The fee that you pay for the trimester treatment is the only fee until the next treatment. If they have to come back there is no charge for it. And, the treatment that they use is safe around my pets which is of utmost importance to me. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Webs were removed, wasp home combs knock down and removed fro the property, and the whole area was treated with pesticides that are GUARANTEED to work. We have Window Well covers which he quickly and quietly moves to spray inside and when finished all is back to the way it was. Using this service the number of bug problems has gone to near zero. My technician was Lonny Davis. He was great! He took care of my wasp nest and looked at the hole in my yard. Told me what to look out for (mice/rats) and where they might be (near the house). They probably would not be in the front yard. I've been using Evergreen for several years now. We just moved into a brand-new home and this appointment was the first time the home has ever been treated. Before the treatment, we had a lot of crickets and spiders in the basement and garage. The treatment was a success as always, no further pest activity. Evergreen has been out twice since I contracted them to treat the house. Both technicians have been polite, thorough, yet efficient in their treatment. We have a dog so they are very conscientious in their treatment areas and ensuring we know where they have treated, and how long to keep our dog away from the treated areas. Our home was built in '68 so the walls had minimal insulation which allowed pests to create quite the community in 50 years. In only one exterior treatment we began to see a difference in the number of spiders we'd find. After the second exterior and first interior treatment we haven't seen any more pests, regardless of the cold temperatures outside that would normally bring them inside the house. We highly recommend Evergreen.

Evergreen also does a much more thorough "spray" to eliminate pests than the company we previously used. These folks came while I was at work and my wife at home. My wife is still new to the country, and isn't used to high-pressure sales pitches. She misunderstood what the offer was and thought it was just the HOA providing a service. She was very confused as well and provided credit card information. Then when she found out that we were going to be charged $125, she called me scared because she didn't realize what she did. I proceeded to talk to the main office that same day, while they were very cordial, and they told me that they would put a note on the account. However, I had to call Chase, who was the person who came to the door, to cancel the account. I immediately called, but never received a response. The following day, the wife receives and e-mail with a new appointment date scheduled THAT DAY. Seemed a little suspicious to me, so I proceeded to call Chase a second time only to go directly to voicemail. I then called the main office again and explained the situation a second time. The person I talked to was again very professional and said that she would call Chase as well to make sure it was cancelled. I believe that the people at the main office are very professional, but their guys on the street need a lesson in professionalism. Can't comment on the service since we did not require it to be done. I am sure it is a fine service, we just don't need it. Update: Finally received the call from Chase, and he sounded polite enough on the phone. Of course, his recollection of the events were different from my wife's, but I suppose that is always the case in these situations. He said there is normally a cancellation fee, but would be waived in this case.

My spider problem was out of control in my basement and I just couldn't take it anymore. I'm talking dozens of black hairy spiders. It felt like I couldn't go down there in the summer because of this. After two sessions I can say I have run across only one spider. I do not smell any chemical, and have enjoyed the courteous technician. They have erradicated the hornet issue under the deck. My neighbors (who live very close to my house) had a terrible earwig problem yet I had none, even with a big garden. I would recommend this company, they are worth the money for the piece of mind.

Zach was my tech this evening, was an awesome guy. He didn't mind me following around and asking questions, I was his last job of the day and he stayed around to answer more of my questions. Zach talked me through what he was doing, showed me problem spots. Also he reassured me that he would be out to kill off my ant problem, just because it is such a huge colony of fire ants. Zach was able to talk about all the chemicals he used, how it worked, and the effects it had on the incests. Overall I really enjoyed having Zach being my tech, as he was very friendly polite and very knowledgeable on his job. The sales guy micheaka (sorry don't know how to spell it) was very upfront on the priceing and how the tech would complete the job. He is also the route manager and called after the Zach was done to make sure it went well and also to reassure me that they will come back out to check on the ant problem, due to the size of the fire ant colony.
