We wanted someone local. Unlike other providers we attempted to contact, Heschel was quick to get back with us and set up a consultation. He was on time, friendly and took plenty of time to understand our concerns, explain to us our problem areas in great detail, and present a strategy to resolve. No high-pressure sales pitches and a quick turnaround on getting the treatment going. Easy to use online interface for scheduling and invoicing. An all-around excellent customer-service experience backed up by actual results. 5 stars!

Was told to contact this company and was not disappointed! Very thorough and shot 54 carpenter bee holes and then did a preventative which we will continue in the Spring. Once done, he noticed there was still some bee action in one of the holes so he went and got his solution and gave that hole a second application. Now that’s dedication and it was close to 6:30, time for him to be home eating supper. I give this company 5 stars. And, the price was not outrageous👍🏻. Thank you.

May you never have to wake up in the middle of the night with things scratching in your walls, if you do, call Zuckerman's! Heschel not only identified where the mice were getting into the attic but he sealed the hole and made other recommendations. I couldn't speak more highly about this company. They are local and family owned, owner is super knowledgeable on all things related to pests, their pricing/billing system is great and user friendly, customer service and communication are excellent, and they always showed up on time for appointments.

We had a yellow jacket nest under the wood trim and the vinyl siding on the rear corner of our house. They came out the same day and took care of the nest without having to remove any of the substrate. The yellow jackets were gone the next day. Chris, the tech, was great. The price was reasonable and was as advertised on their website. I will definitely use them again if needed and I would recommend them to anyone looking for pest removal services.

I called them and they responded within an hour of me leaving a message. They were great to work with, and made it it first thing the next day. The first guy wasn't able to complete the job, but I wasn't in a huge rush so it was easy to wait until later that afternoon. They came in and found the yellow jackets in the wall and cleaned up my son's closet before drilling a tiny hole and taking them out. Great guys to work with and definitely will use them again in the future.

Very informative•detailed•took time to explain every pests name. Treatment was great ! Told us what would take place going forward. How many companies do the actual owner have contact with the customer on the first visit ??? Most of the time you don’t even know who the owner is. July 2021- Had this company back again for wasp nest removal from the front of our house. Once again great service. Was here in less than 24 hours from the time I contacted them. We own The Pataskala Vision Center and suddenly found ourselves with a horrible yellow jacket nest inside a brick wall at the front entrance to our business!!! They were swarming aggressively all around the front doors! This was very disruptive to our business and dangerous for our staff and patients! Zuckerman's were able to get us scheduled for treatment in less than 24 hours and took care of our problem completely. It has been less than 3 hours since they treated and there are NO MORE YELLOW JACKETS!!! YAY!!!! Thought we had a pest problem. Mr. Zuckerman drove a 50-mile round trip, performed a very, very thorough hour-long inspection, and found no pests. (Whew! What a relief.) He did not charge a penny for the inspection. We tried to offer cash for his time and trouble, but he refused it. He is an honest, very professional businessman. Also, his office manager was very helpful, efficient, and caring. Zuckerman's is a family-operated business that has earned my gratitude, respect, and trust. I called Zuckerman's last week seeking help coping with a "critter crisis" in my 100+ year old farm house in Licking County. From the initial phone call I knew I was on to something good. Instead of talking with some anonymous call center person in some undisclosed location, I found myself chatting with the "mom" of the company! We were able to get an appointment scheduled, and within a couple of days the owner/operator of the firm, Heschel, arrived at my house. He is truly a knowledgeable and impressive guy, willing to take all the time that was needed to identify the problem and answer an endless series of questions from me -- and all without the high pressure (and often totally unethical) sales practices that seem to be the standard among most firms in this business. I'm in the process of making arrangments to follow up on some of Heschel's recommendations to alleviate some of the ongoing issues that inevitably "come with the territory" in an old house. I look forward to continuing to work with him and his firm and wish them all the very best ..... but hope that they never outgrow the personal touch that makes them so great.

Reliable service and they show up on time (in my case they did). After showing all the issues inside the house and review possible answers as to where the issue is coming from, it was found to be outside of the house, up by the roof. So, I never take the time to write reviews, but I had such a good experience that I need to let others know. I had bed bugs and was terrified of what it would take to get rid of them. I couldn't have asked for a better treatment experience. Zuckerman's answered every question I had, talked me through the process, provided very thorough inspections, and treatments. It is because they are so thorough, they guarantee their bed bug elimination work for 1 year. That is almost impossible to find anywhere else. At our first inspection, when we didn't know for sure if we had bed bugs or not, he was not quick to just say that we had them, and then charge us to come and treat. He kept looking for live bugs, or evidence of them. It wasn't until he found a live bug and evidence did he then leave it up to us if we wanted treatment. I really appreciate that he will never suggest more treatment than you actually need or pressure you into treatment. That is part of his business practice as he showed me when he also found silverfish. He gave me ideas of how to solve that problem outside of treatment from him. Also, it shows how he went above and beyond by educating me about how to do that and any other questions I had along the way. I would definitely recommend Zuckerman's for your pest management needs wholeheartedly!

I had a pretty bad ant infestation at my house. Zuckerman's sent their top man out to my condo to alleviate the problem. A few weeks after treatment, I was still finding some dying ants. Zuckerman's sent their guy out again to check it out (they have a 30 day warranty.) The tech explained to me that it was just a dying nest, but he went and sprayed around my condo perimeter again just to be sure. Overall, I had a great experience with this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pest management service.

He explained that these were a stingless variety, but he found another active nest of the stinging type on our shed, which he quickly dispatched. I called Zuckerman's after receiving a $15,000 quote from another company to remove and replace my rodent infested attic insulation. This company is my current insect control company that offered me a free "termite/rodent" inspection. His inspection was very thorough and the yielded the opposite result of the other unnamed company. No rodent service needed. I switched to Zuckerman's for insect control and any future pest problems.

Lacking in the punctuality that may seem appropriate, we truly wanted to thank H. Zuckerman for his expert advice and the services he provided. We signed up for the year program, due to the abundance of nature in our area. We live in an area that has a lot of trees and wild life and of course the sometimes overlooked problems that goes along with it. Our new home (new to us ), we bought from the original owners who had the house built. A beautiful home it is, just in need of some work and love. H. Zuckerman was punctual and we received his information through referral from a neighbor down the street. Carpenter ants were the problem, no longer. H. Zuckerman said he would take care of the problem... so said, so done. My fiance was there to meet him and and as soon as H. Zuckerman left, I got a call "babe I love this dude!" He explained thoroughly what he was doing, showed my fiance what to look for, answered all questions and was professional yet personable as he walked around the house and throughout taking notice and action where needed. He transitioned inside and outside our house effortlessly balancing like a ninja while putting on and taking off booties. (It shows that he's respectful of your space and dons and takes off booties a lot the way he balances). Make sure you have a pen and pad ready because you'll want to take notes. H. Zuckerman will save you money! H. Zuckerman took an annoying problem that could have been destructive (if unmitigated) and got down and did his thing. He's awesome and we look forward to future business with him. He's Veteran friendly and he is about taking care of his customer. Choose him and be prepared to be satisfied. So, I haven't officially received their service yet, but let me explain. I had hornets in my basement window. They built the nest INSIDE my house. Zuckerman's came out to do an inspection - for free - and told me that they'd die off as soon as it got cold, so they didn't need to do anything if I didn't want. And since the hornets weren't really coming into my house, I opted to wait. We did discuss how to prevent them from coming in next year. I chose them because they do humane capture, don't kill bees, will avoid your veggie garden, everything that aligns with my values, AND they post their rates. I will absolutely call them the next time I need pest management, because they could have taken my money, and didn't. Thanks, Zuckerman's!
