Called COPE after calling two other companies who couldn't come out same day and wanted to sign us up for a "service" before even telling me when they could come out. Justin was very responsive and understood why we wanted someone out the same day. Yellow jackets had built a nest in two upstairs bedroom walls and had swarmed! I called at 11:15 and Sam arrived at 1:05! He spent 4 hours vacuuming them out of walls and then sprayed an insecticide. Sam was very personable and respected our property, wearing shoe covers and disposing of the yellow jackets! Yikes. This is definitely a company I would employ on a regular basis. Thanks Justin and Sam.

we experienced a yellow jacket invasion in our home on a Sunday. The guys at COBE were willing to come out on a weekend, and spend over two hours making sure every bug was dead and the nest was destroyed. They also patched the outside to ensure the bugs would not return. We are grateful for their expertise and customer service. Thank you!

Truly, any negative reviews this company has are just haters 🤣. I called Justin around 12am about roaches in my car. I was extremely overwhelmed but his voice was very comforting & calm (which definitely helped to calm me down because I HATE BUGS!) He said would be able to help me out as soon as possible & went out of his was that morning to help me. He has amazing customer service & actually cares! I recommend anyone call this company if you need bug extermination. You will not be disappointed!

Very responsive, had a minor yellow jacket issue in my block foundation. Service guy was very thorough and detailed. He took a long time and was worth cost. If I would have tried to treat myself I probably would have had a swarm of yellow jackets in my house. Thanks. I would use company again.

I had Justin and team treat my 12 unit apartment complex for bedbugs, rodents, roaches, spiders, wasps and ants. The situation was dire, but they were able to turn it around with multiple treatments and for a very fair price compared to other exterminators I’ve used in the past. I had gotten multiple bids on the project and I felt Justin was the most candid and was not trying to up sell. He also gave me some valuable tips to maintain in order to prevent futures pest issues. You guys are the best!

When yellow jackets invaded our second story eaves we tried treating the problem ourselves. Total fail! On the weekend we called a few companies and left messages. Justin was the first to call us back. He was very knowledgeable and professional and his price was reasonable, so we asked him to come as soon as he could. He came about two days later and sprayed, and within two days we stopped seeing any bees! We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend this company!

Wow Wow Wow. I am completely blown away by the amazing service I received from this company today. I’ve never left a google review before but really felt compelled to because Justin simply blew me away with how personable he was, open minded and how he was willing to work with me and my budget after I’d been given a previous quote. He arrived as promised, realized the bugs I had were not what they’d previously assumed. He immediately suggested an alternate plan of control and adjusted his quote to an amount I was more than happy with. All this done in such a happy go lucky manner. What an amazing guy and business. Call them. They’re amazing. You won’t regret. This from a germaphobe mom with a little boy that she wants to keep safe and happy in a bug free environment.

The team at Central Ohio Bug Extermination are simply amazing. We had bugs and I freaked out, called COBE and Justin A answered at 8:30 PM on a Thursday, he assured me everything was going to be ok and that Chris would be out on Friday to inspect our house and give an estimate. Chris came out to the house and was professional, kind, and had an ID badge plus a great personality. He discussed the options with my spouse and I and left to give us time to make a decision. I called later that day on Friday and on Monday, the owner Justin was at our house. That night I slept like a baby because I knew our problem was handled. In addition, each time I called Justin A knew who I was and was ready to answer my questions, he is such a gem. I can’t say thank you enough!

I wanted to recommend Central Ohio Bug Extermination LLC to you in case you are ever in need of their services. I needed to have a 6000 square foot house treated for bed bugs and obtained quotes from 5 companies that were recommended to me. Central Ohio Bug Extermination was the only company that offered to come look at the place before just giving us a random quote. This was important to me because the company got a better idea of our problem and could tailor the treatment to our needs. I also was able to speak directly to the person who was coming out to do the quote. The other companies gave me emailed quotes based on square footage alone and I only talked with the receptionist. I dealt with Justin Brown and he educated me on the treatment options; provided a preparation checklist and treated the house in a timely manner. I highly recommend Central Ohio Bug Extermination!
