This is the first year I have used Mosquito Squad and it has made a huge difference. I have a very shady back yard but the mosquitos made it tough to enjoy in the summer. This year I am able to be out there enjoying the shade without being bothered or having to cover myself in bug spray. Jarvis and DJ have been great technicians. They have done a wonderful job spraying the yard. They have been on time and very courteous and helpful. Jared made sure I was happy with the service and made sure all my concerns were addressed.

We had our first service yesterday. DJ & Brandon were the technicians. They called me prior to the service to see if I had any special requests and they let me know when they were done. They went over all the instructions as well. Great customer service, all the way from the office staff to the technicians.

We have been using mosquito squad for several years. Over the years we have had a great experience. On very few occasions we have had to call back for a re-spray after a heavy rain, but not often. The staff in the office and out in the field ( yards) are always nice and friendly!

We have used Mosquito Squad for years and have always been thrilled with their service! We live in an area with lots of trees and shrubbery, as well as small streams. Our yard was a hotbed for mosquitoes, and I could barely enjoy being outdoors at all. Since using MS, my family and I are outside as much as possible, and we stay bite-free. (We can always see a huge difference when we go play in other yards—and come home covered in itchy bug bites!) Everyone is always so kind, including Mitch and all the guys who come by to spray each month! They are respectful of our dog and are always sure to ask about places to avoid—like a garden, for example. Overall, I highly recommend!!

This is our third year using Mosquito Squad and I have never doubted our decision to use this company. Despite living close to a pond, this service makes spending time outside worry-free from spring to fall. On the rare event we have had residual mosquitoes (usually due to an unexpected rain shower shortly after the treatment), I've been able to reach out to have the yard re-treated quickly with no hassle. This year, Mitch and Javis have been our technicians, and they have always been highly professional and check in each service to see if we have any specific concerns. Excellent service!

I have been using Mosquito Squad for over 4 years. They were the only company that could control the abundant amount of spiders we saw. Probably nothing abnormal for the south but for someone scared to death of them, it was too much. Mitch came today and made sure there were no issues and carried on with our spray. I emailed about a respray as we have had a lot of rain . They came back out within 3 days for a complimentary spray. The technician Alex K was great. We went the extra mile and spent time on the possible problem areas to resolve the mosquito issue. He then spoke to us to inform us on what he did to help control the mosquitos. He is courteous when he comes to the door and respectful of our yard and dogs if they are outside when he arrives. Our palmetto bug problem is non existent and we live on the lake! Jarvis and Blais took extra care by closing the gate the other company left open. Since I back into the garage, I may have missed the gate being open. I've been with Mosquito Squad for 3 or 4 years. I took a break from them last summer, but I'm back with them now. The best thing is there are no contracts - no minimum number of sprays per season and no money up front. Instead, they put you on the schedule of your choice, get your instructions on what areas you need sprayed more, or less, come out and do the spray, and THEN your credit card on file is charged. If you're not satisfied with the success of the spray, all you have to do is call and say so (nicely, please!) and they will come back out, free of charge. If you don't the service at all one week, just call and let them know. No problem! Mosquito Squad is a great value for a much desired service, and to that they add courtesy and professionalism. Shout out to DemetriusD and DerriusS - thanks for your attention to the problem spots!
