My first experience with this company was last week with Wes. He was going door to door in my neighborhood and typically that's a big nope but he was very pleasant(not over bearing or pushy). He saw I was on my way out so he kept his pitch short sweet and to the point and offered services that I was indeed in need of for an extremely competitive and attractive price. He took "maybe" for an answer with no issue and we set up a tentative appointment for today. I decided to keep the appointment and give their pest service a shot as he did say they were a new company so I was willing to try them out. A young man named Jalen came out today and fortunately was kind enough to call even after not receiving an answer at the door. I was home alone and as a young woman I appreciate being able to feel comfortable and at ease with the service men that come into my home and Jalen was a wonderful example. He was extremely polite, professional, and very respectful of my home and my stuff(which is EVERYWHERE right now). He saw I had young kids and took care to treat the ant hills where they play as well as deweb and treat the interior and exterior of my home. He was able to answer all my questions and assure the safety of the products used and took the time to go into detail on one concern I had about wasps and bees. He was great about explaining the "what now" and I appreciate their practice of a return visit if I have any further issues after the given time for treatment to be fully effective. So far I am extremely impressed with this up and coming business and plan to continue services with them in the future. So far they have been a pleasure to work with and I will update my review when the time has past to see if their service was effective although I have confidence the results will be just as enjoyable! 10 stars and highly recommend checking these guys out for your pest control needs
