We have been using Rowland’s as our pest control provider for close to 6 years now and we have been very pleased with them. Fred is one of their field technician/staff members and he can always be trusted to provide excellent service and maintain a very high level of professionalism. Rowland’s customer service also stands out as some of the best, they make sure that their customers are aware of any scheduled appointments in advanced. Great company all around!

Rowland Pest Management is top notch. When I moved to the central Florida area they were easy to schedule to come out. The technician who got me set up with service at my first home was super informative, listened to what was important to me, Dylan is his name. He's terrific. When we moved to a different area it was easy to get set back up with service! Mark, was there to do a quote for our rental and was very nice and again listened to what was important to me. We had to have a retreat for ants and it was a breeze to get worked into the schedule. Fred, was so nice. Gave me some pointers, and let me know how to clean up once they eventually start dying. Rowland Pest has been by far the best experience with pest control. I recommend them to anyone who tells me they are looking for pest control. They are a text or a call away and quick to respond.

I cannot say enough about Rowland Pest Management. Being a local Realtor I must admit I have quite the vendor list however, pest control, specially vermin was sadly not on it. Life events have unfortunately lead to needing such services and after several days of searching I came across this company based on others reviews and most importantly being BBB A+ rated. From the first phone call to my daily checkins they have been nothing but professional and helpful. The initial estimate technician was prompt, thorough and non judgmental. My expert trapper and installer was again top notch. Loni who handles most calls and appointments has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in such an uncomfortable situation. Oh and the owner Chris is also hands on!!! In particular, Christian Regalo was very professional, thorough and patient in explaining the process to me. Chris and Mark were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mark assessed my home, came up with a treatment plan. I received a phone call Friday before treatment and a text message the day before treatment to remind me. Chris called about 15 mins before the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way. I have used Roland Pest control for 2-3 years for my general in home pest control, they do an excellent job, are prompt, and if there is any issue they immediately send out a person to take care of the pests we may have. My youngest daughter just had her first child, and lives with us and we had just recently developed a flea problem from our 2 dogs. The problem was worse than we thought, the baby was being bitten the first night, so we called Rowland, and they immediately scheduled a full blown whole house treatment within 24 hours of our call. I had a bad aunt problem and my existing pest company Orkin did not do their job at all… they actual failed when finagling with prognosis! I get monthly pest prevention from this company. Fred was the last technician who came out. He was very courteous and gave me a phone call to let me know he was on his way. He asked if I had any problems and was very professional. He also pointed out a lawn problem in its early stages, which I wouldn’t have known had he not brought it to my attention. Great people. Very friendly and helpful. Mark is terrific. Their no tent termite treatment is fantastic. Everyone else just tents which does nothing to prevent new infestations. The way they do it however kills active infestations and helps prevent new ones. Also no one has to leave, we didn’t have to move fish tanks, and our random house geckos get to live.

Had an issue with ants in my yard and cockroaches in my kitchen. Put my info in for an estimate and was called within the minute to have an inspection done. Mark Donahey came out on time and with a heads up for his arrival. Was very thorough with what our problems were and how to prevent them in the future. The service tech Christian was prompt and covered every area of concern that I had and any area he thought may be a problem. He gave suggestions on how to help prevent issues as well and did all work with a professional demeanor.

Very transparent, efficient, and friendly We recently heard something moving in one of our bathroom floors/walls and noticed a damaged grate to our crawl space. I found Rowland Pest Management with a google search and am glad I did. Mark came out and inspected the property within a day. Mark was able to quickly identify the issue at hand as well as make additional recommendations to hopefully prevent any future run ins with critters from happening. Adam performed the exclusion services within the following 2 business days. Adam was very friendly, professional, and efficient. Wesley ( Wes) with Rowland Pest Management was great, he initially inspected and found termites at my house last year.(2021) He got rid of the termites in my house and installed bait stations in the ground outside. This year he came back to check on the bait stations and explained to me how they worked, and that was very interesting and informative. Where should I start? Upon finding a rat in my home I began asking friends and neighbors for recommendations. So thankful that I was pointed in the direction of Rowland Pest Management. I had no idea how to get rid of the rodents. Along comes Wes and explains the process to me and sign up immediately. He was very informative and reassuring. Mush to my additional pleasure the tech that comes to my home to do the exclusion and rodent trap checks is the nicest guy on the planet. His name is Adam. He has definitely made getting rid of the rodents a lot of fun. My dog looks forward to Adam's visits. Which is great . Adam is quick to answer all of my questions and texts me before arrival. We've been working diligently as a team to get the situation solved. I can thankfully say we are now in the maintenance phase. I highly recommend this company. I found evidence of possible rats in my attic Jesse was sent out to check it out ( I had other pest control come out and was price shopping) Rowland had the best prices and Jesse explained everything better than any other company tech that had come out prior he was honest and upfront and professional. I scheduled service for my attic. Adam was sent out and he is so Great! He called everytime before coming out to let me know he was on his was on his way he was very professional and answered any questions i had and made sure to let me know how the process was going at the end of each appt to keep me informed. I'm having my attic insulation done as well we ran into a problem and I called the office they let jesse know and he took care of the problem same day turns out just a miscommunication no big deal but they made sure to resolve it quickly. Also the office staff also deserves recognition they are the nicest people ever they go above and beyond to help you out and always answer the phone in a friendly manner and try to resolve any issue as quick as possible and keep you updated on everything.

I was skeptical about if the treatment would work. I tried 2 other exterminator companies and they worked for a little bit but never all the way and they were more expensive. I decided to try a smaller more family owned company because #1 I appreciate smaller companies and I felt they usually give more of a hands on approach and I am very happy so far with Rowland pest control. The customer service was friendly, professional and informative. She made me feel confident that I would have nothing to worry about. I didn't have to even empty out my cabinets or shelves which is a PLUS!! The tech that came to apply the treatment was quick, polite and professional. The product is working very well. Thank Goodness! It has been 4 weeks now. Hopefully it continues to work. I recommend Rowland to everyone.

Found Rowland online and sent them a message on a Saturday. I didn’t expect a response until Monday at the earliest, but received a call that same afternoon to set up an appointment for the following week. The inspector, Billy, showed up at the very beginning of the appointment window. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure we understood everything he was doing and why he was doing it. When he finished the inspection, he talked through all of his findings and recommendations. I never felt like he was pushing me to spend money I didn’t need to. I will definitely be using Rowland in the future and recommending them and especially Billy to my friends and family!

Read to the end to see why to choose Rowland! First I would like to thank Jesse for taking the time to educate me on the different kind of termites and walking with me around the house. This type of service makes it more personal while also being educational. Jesse went above and beyond my expectations! He was very professional, polite and on time. He called me twice before arriving at my home to let me know his ETA. I called Rowland post after having my home inspected for termites by another BIG name company. I was told we needed to take immediate action on our termite issues! The so called "inspector" wrote a report stating he found Fraser, drill holes, wings and other damages. He also wrote he found no prior evidence of previous termite treatments.... The house was previously treated with termador in 2011. The evidence of that are the drill holes in the concrete porches around the house. In the attic there are also 3 different stickers on the trusses were previous company's had left them stating the service and date they were done. This so called "inspector" also wrote in his report we were home for the inspection, which we were not! He was let in by another inspector that was doing a pre-sale home inspection. We are under contract to sell currently. After reading this so called "inspectors" report and findings, I was immediately concerned and knew that something was very odd. I called him and asked about his "findings" he so called found. He jumped around in the conversation a lot, he never gave a definite answer to any of my questions and he also kept pushing that we needed to tent/ fumigate the house immediately. I asked him to get me a quote and he said he was busy and would get it to me by the evening. The evening came and went, I called back the next day and asked where the quote was. Again i was told he was busy and would send it later. Needless to say I was not happy about any of this at all. While I waited, i went online to Home Advisor.com and searched for a local termite company. I didnt want to know them, I wanted to go off one with great reviews. I found Rowland and gave them a call. From the first call I was treated with respect and they were all very professional. From call backs, text messages and email updates. Jesse came out and did his inspection. He found NOTHING! No fras, wings, drill holes or evidence of termite damage. I told him the company that came out and showed him there report after he did his search. He was as shocked as I was. He told me these BIG name company's will do that just to reel you in and tell you that you need these things immediately hoping you take the bait and use them. Jesse said the house was in good shape, he showed me the drill holes from the previous termador treatment and stickers in the attic from the previous termite treatments. I asked the price for a preventative treatment bond. He told me the price and I was amazed. The price of Rowlands service was more than half less than the price of the BIG guys. Also the BIG guys wanted to charge us $3000.00 to tent the house, that was a SCAM! So the reason for my long review, is that before you go with a BIG name company, get additional quotes. Dont just go with a BIG name company because of there name or how long they have been around. If I had not questioned the initial report from them I would have been out thousands for absolutely nothing! Thank you Jesse and Thank you Rowland for being honest and very professional! For that reason I signed a contract and have told the new owners how great you guys are! FYI the BIG guy company was none the less than, MASSEY.... Crooked Scammers!

I needed a heads up to give me time to travel to the home and Jesse called and texted me with an arrival time, which was accurate. He was very thorough checking the exterior, attic and he got on the roof, which I did not expect. Jesse took pictures to show me his findings and even shared that it was time to clean the dryer vent. :) When it came time to give me the estimate Jesse was very thorough in explaining the steps of the work that would be performed. I had questions later so I texted them to Jesse. He was very responsive and super kind even though I’m sure his work day was over by 6:30pm. At that point I saw no reason to even get a second estimate. The next day I got a call first thing in the morning to set up my appointment and Kim took the time to walk me through the process again. I got an immediate response to my request for service. Manny was outstanding. He was always on time and kept in touch to confirm service and to let me know he was on the way. We had a problem with german roaches for months. We try to get rid of them but never could get it under control. I called Rowland Pest Management and they said no problem we can help you with that. End of September Manny from Rowland came out and baited our whole house. By the time he left the roaches were dying which was a big relief. He researches everything so when he suggests someone I use them. I did use them and thought they were the most professional, very nice, responsive, explains everything with accuracy and in layman's terms, not pushy (gave us the option of yearly vs one time getting rid of the bugs), and above all, right on time. The (service to treat the ants inside and outside the home I was satisfied with. The PRICE for the actual treatment for the rodents was out ragest. I would strongly suggest that you not use this company to do anything for you except regular quarterly pest control. They charged $920. for 2 small pieces of chicken wire, plus 1 medium piece cut in strips to go around the bottom of my a/c (to keep rodents from getting under my home), 2 mouse traps and 2 sleeves to go over my stacks on the roof. I check with other companies and they agreed they would have done the exact same thing as Roland Pest Control did and as good a job, for $250 to $500.

So about two weeks ago I came back from NC with a HUGE German roach problem in my new house. [I think I brought them in from renting a camper for Sun n Fun] Well, I called Chris and he came in and found more than what I had already killed! (We're talking about 100-YES I said 100- roaches!!!) Anyone who knows me knows I'm deathly scared of roaches-to the point where I'm dry heaving if it's bad. I was scared to walk barefoot in my home. I was scared to stand at my kitchen counter with the fear of something crawling on my foot. I was scared they were going to invade and I could never get rid of them! Chris came in and inspected everywhere, sound where they were all congregating (behind the fridge) and started a plan of action. He didn't miss a beat-he knew who he was going to war with and was ready to fight! He set baits and treated everything. He said he was going to be back in a couple weeks to retreat and make sure everything was going as planned. Well, I was thinking it would take weeks for these little jerks to die but I started seeing dead roaches everywhere within 24 hours! What a relief! I have been happily vacuuming them up. I can finally walk to the kitchen at 2 in the morning to get a glass of water without the fear of stepping on roaches. Thank you Chris, you're seriously my hero and everyone needs to use your services.
