Update: I don’t get on here frequently, and did not see until today that this company had not only responded with an apology, but had also offered a gift card to make up for my experience. I didn’t take them up on it, but I appreciate the response and thought it was a very kind and generous gesture. It speaks volumes to me about the leadership and the way they run their business. Because of that, I have updated this review from 1 star to 5. ********************************************** A representative from this company knocked on my door, and after I informed him that I have a no soliciting sign, am not interested in receiving sales pitches, and don’t want to be bothered, he insisted that he didn’t see my sign and wasn’t trying to sell me something, and continued trying to pitch the service. Are you offering free pest control? Because the flier he handed me is clearly offering pricing for a service. That’s selling me something. I told him that I was quite literally in the middle of something with my family, and he continued to try to show me the pest control issues at my home that they could resolve. It was also after 5pm, which my neighbor told me that’s against city code. They might really know their stuff. They might be the the best pest control operation in all of SWFL. Doesn’t matter. I’ll never know, because I’ll never use them.

First contact was with Ralph. Very friendly and thorough in explaining services available and the cost. When we contacted later to set up service, he responded rapidly. First service was schedule quickly and for only a few days later. Service was scheduled for 3pm. Tonya called around 2:30 to say she was available to come early if that worked for us. Arrived soon after, was also very friendly. After an initial chat to confirm service and see if we had any other concerns, she performed the service quickly and efficiently. Even mentioned a possible issue around the water heater pipes that I should look at and solve. I am very happy with the experience and recommend All U Need Pest Control!

Ozzy came out today and his work was excellent beyond my expectations he took care of everything sprayed came in the house took care of some palmetto bugs one around the house and got all the spiders and whatever he did a lot more than our previous wanted for pest control I wouldn't give him a five I'd give him a 10.

I can not express how great my service has been with All U Need Pest Control. I initially met with a technician who was very thorough and professional at initial set up and I have not been disappointed after. This company is very accommodating to your schedule and needs. My technician George was absolutely great today. Due to an unfortunate schedule conflict I had to have someone let my dogs out before he arrived. They were not there yet. I called him a and explained someone was on the way. He waited until my neighbor let them out and back in the house. He was very professional and courteous. This is a great, well run company. Anthony came out for our first inside and outside application and was here quite a while and was informative and did a great job. I’m sitting at the edge of my pool that used to have ants. Given the large amount of rave reviews, I figured they badger you for a review or give an incentive. Not he case. He simply said I scan the code if I want to leave a review. I’m glad that I went with them!

A great company to deal with from the very first phone inquiry. The time it took from our first phone call to getting the process underway with was quick and thorough. Pricing is very reasonable. We were told on the inspection of the home (which was on the day of the phone inquiry) what was to be expected and how it would be treated. Our Tech Zach is great!! He spent 2+ hrs with us treating the home and the plantings, he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing each treatment so that we understood. We've never seen anyone pay such close attention to detail, he was very informative about the process, the treatments used and the pests treated. Kyle came out Wednesday afternoon when I called in the morning about a pest problem. He offered to have a tech come out first thing in the morning, but was able to work with my schedule when that wasn't the best choice for me. Chris was early to his appointment and had already assessed and addressed a bit of my outdoor issues as I was pulling up. He was very polite, prompt, and personable. We got talking about some good local businesses that give you a decent rate, and a great job, people who really pride themselves on a job well done and customer satisfaction. All U Need is definitely just that. He didn't charge me extra to take care of two issues in the same areas at one time. One rate covered everything we needed. Definitely check these guys out. Update: I was told that there might be some bugs in the house at a higher rate than before treatment but I just wanted to say that I have not seen a live ant or spider in my house or outside it since the home was treated. I'm so happy with my services! Thank you again.

WOW! This company has been nothing but absolutely amazing! I called back in July to get an estimate before I would be moving in August. At the time they had a deal and kept the promised deal for me until I moved just for being interested in their service! Upon moving in Troy was my service tech and did an amazing job. We had a good chat about what to expect within the next 14 days and he did an awesome job getting all around the house and the inside, explaining exactly what he was doing and preventing. About two days later I realized 'sugar ants' were appearing through out the night and scheduled another service tech for them as I had just moved in and didn't want to deal with them duplicating quickly. This time I was given Mark, whom did an awesome job getting that cleared up the same day! I haven't seem not a single ant in 3 days since Mark came out. Truly an amazing pest company and will definitely continue working with them!

Highly recommend. Had a bug issue at our rental house and called these guys based on reviews I saw here and on Yelp. They are great! Kyle came out first (on same day we called) and did a survey of the house/property, laid out a treatment plan. Subsequently Chris came to the house (next day) and performed the treatments in and around the house- he was excellent and very professional. Used the boot covers when I asked him to upstairs, and factored in things like where my kid spends most of her time to minimize potential for exposure, etc. Overall great experience. Would use them again (but hope I don't have to).

I had Ants.. I knew I had a ant problem before the salesman from "All "U" Need" came to my door. His job was to sell me on his company, product, service and why I should go with his company. I've never signed a contract for a service on the spot from a door to door solicitor and I didn't this time. The salesman Diego, did a excellent job in promoting his company and what they do. I thanked him for his time and told him I would think about it and call him with a decision, he thanked me without trying to pressure sell me and went on his way. For me this is the sign of a good salesperson, working for a reputable company. he did all he needed to do to sell his service, he respected my decision to think it over, and he never once looked annoyed or offended. I did a quick research on the company, read some reviews, and within 15 minutes I called Diego and within 10-15 minutes he was back at my house. He took the time to go over any and all questions I had until I was completely satisfied with the service I was getting. On a scale of 1 to 10, on personality , salesmanship, being polite and knowledgeable I give him a 10. The service technician, Trevor, was equally as personable and professional. He arrived on time, he explained everything he was going to do. He let me walk along with him while he was treating the interior of my house, and from a distance as he treated the exterior. He explained the products he was applying, the type of ants it controlled with knowledge and professionalism, scale of 1 to 10, a 10. This was a first call visit, I look forward to and feel very comfortable with having them as my pest control company. As a retried Golf Course Superintendent I understand the treatment and control of pests. I highly recommend All "U" Need pest control. They are professional , I had a ant problem, now I don't.

Wow. So much good to say i dont even know where to start. The service is superb and really does take care of all the unwanted pest and bugs in your yard. But i feel like just about every company delivers on that. What really sets all u need apart is the customer service. I am amazed by their technicians. They are polite, respectful, and professional no matter the situation. Ive had a tech out in the rain. Ive had a tech out the day before a holiday. These techs never have anything less than a STELLAR attitude and a smile on their face. You can tell they are treated well by their company and they treat their clients in turn. The price is very competitive and they will drop their price to keep you happy and away from other companies. Just further proof they genuinely CARE about their customers.

Chris came the second week for the German cockroach treatment. He did an awesome job and brought up some good points for exterior treatment. Two weeks later Travis came for the 3rd and final treatment and while he finished it up we added the quarterly exterior treatment while he was here. Both very personable happy guys to chat with. After receiving a flyer, I called All U Need Pest Control Inc to get a quote, thinking it would take a bit of time to get them out to get an estimate. On the call, they indicated they could have someone out to me that day, and with 2 hours they were here! Trevor completed the treatments and he was very thorough and ensured I knew what was happening every step of the way. Kyle came out to give a quote and go over all the details of their programs and was fair and honest about what we would need and what we would not need. We were able to schedule our service for the next day. Mark was our service provider and he was very detailed with information about what to look for, areas of potential access for bugs into our home and overall preventative measures. He even took the time to brush down all the spider webs around our front portico and around garage lights where we had accumulated pier webs with dead bugs. Just had All “U” Need come to our home for the first pests treatment. ‘Trevor’ was the representative who did the treatment. He was thorough, professional, and a downright good guy. I’m satisfied with the customer service of this company. They all have been a pleasure to work with thus far. I look forward to seeing how the treatment works. We set up quarterly treatments but the company says they will come back anytime in between treatments after the first couple weeks if there are any issues with pests. I appreciate that.

Trevor arrived ahead of scheduled time. He spent time explaining everything he planned to do. Assured me no danger to our dog. He spent quite a bit of time indoors spraying, bating, etc. Then he went outdoors and told me he would let me know when he was done which he did. He cleaned around all windows and doors, the entire lanai, and the porch. He was very professional and told me that I may see a few bugs for the next week or so. Also took an outside photo and mentioned that palm leaves needed to be removed that were touching the house. Very pleased so far but I cannot give a 5 star review until I see the results.

Our initial call was for an ant problem, we later learned from All U Need Pest Control, we have a “Big Headed Ant” problem. In other words, huge nuisance. I write this review with a little egg on my face. I hired them to do my quarterly pest control after moving into my new home. After the initial pest control treatment shortly after I noticed my GFI was out and all my garage outlets not working. I, with all my "GOOGLE" electrical knowledge was not happy thinking something they did caused this issue and immediately called them to 'complain'. The owner immediately called me back and set up a visit from an electrical company. The electrical company showed up and found the issue, fixed it even when I stated I was wrong and not to worry about it. It definitely was not ALL U NEED that created this issue, but some previously wiring. With that said, the owner without hesitation, and probably knowing it was not their fault set this up for me to have peace of mind. Now, with my guilty conscience, owe him and ALL U NEED, more than a thank you. They have definitely won over my business in every service they provide. I would recommend them to everyone as customer service is key to any service related business and I believe them to have the best out there. Not to mention their services are top notch and not price gouging vs the competition. Thanks again! I called 3 days after my initial treatment because I found ants that I hadn't seen before. They came out the next day (right before thanksgiving), treated the area and were very thorough. Responsiveness is VERY important and I am following up my initial rating of 5 stars after the initial treatment with 5 stars again because now they have proven they will work to resolve issues in between normal service calls. EXCELLENT!!!!

Had been using a local company for around 18 months or so and the services and house calls have been nothing more than "so-so". Yes they would get rid of the bugs, but they always came back and there was always a "reason" why. A little over a month ago a coworker had told me about All U Need as she knew my frustration. So this time I did my due diligence and read up on their reviews. I had them come out well over a week ago and since then I haven't seen one creepy crawler in my cage or ant in my house. I had service scheduled this past Monday for the exterior of my home. The tech, JD, arrived while I was at work. It had been a difficult morning to go to work because my cat had gone missing over the weekend. Within minutes of his scheduled arrival, my phone rang. It has been three weeks, and some ants do linger, but after just getting off the phone with them, they will be sending a tech out next week to treat the inside of the home. Fantastic experience. I just bought a home. The house was clean and maintained well. But it was empty for two months. It's near a wooded area, so that was more than enough time for pests to start reaching the home. Once we moved in, it became apparent that we needed a pest control system of some kind. We first tried the store bought stuff. I went out and did my research, bought the "best" products I could find and set them up. Terro Ant Killer, Raid, and Hotshot. They worked...but not for *all* the pests I saw. And there's several different types of ants. Ghost, Big Head, Carpenter, Fire... not to mention roaches, etc. Cue Sean and his team. Sean met with me on short notice, explained all the issues I had. He identified each critter, explained the treatment options available to me and offered me a fair price. He offered me tips to keep pests at bay such as landscaping and other small one-offs. I signed up and the next day Mark arrived. He was super friendly to my dog (who kept barking at him) and he was very amicable to my dog. He smiled, wanted to pet her and wanted to be friendly. As he moved throughout, he kept smiling despite barking interrupting the conversation. Regardless, he was professional throughout that noisy process. I'm sure over time my dog will be happy to see him instead of a man in a uniform. Results? Hundreds of dead ants, wasps, and palmetto/roaches. They've all come out moreso, as expected, but they are clearly dying. I'll update the review if anything changes, but I foresee these critters dying off soon and I can properly enjoy my home pest-free.

I’D GIVE 6 STARS IF I COULD!!!! Called All U Need for my home in Sw Cape and dealt with the owner Steve directly. He was incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and honest guy. I have a rat in my attic chewing up the water lines. He spent over two hours explaining to me the situatauion and walking me around my roof. FOR FREE!! He didn’t charge me anything because he said he couldn’t do work he could stand by due to their not being any real evidence how the rat had gotten in, more than likely through the washer dryer J vent that was exposed on the roof and the rat got trapped in attic , however, that part of the attic was unreachable. He set traps for me and lent me materials to plug some holes myself. He even put a J vent cover on my roof FOR FREE!! She could have taken my money and just told me what I wanted to hear like Truly Nolan but didn’t. Truly Nolan told me they saw rat droppings in the roof and when he brought me up, there were none! Truly Nolan extremely dishonest. In the end he did exactly what truly Nolan said they were going to do for free and didnt charge me. Would not even accept a tip! Took his time to explain everything to me in detail and also let me know how I was being ripped off from my existing grass company and ran a check on my sprinkler system. Great guy, great service, would not recommend anyone else for your pest /lawn needs!!!!

My first impression is very positive about All U Need Pest Control. Collin arrived on time, well dressed and knowledgeable. He applied bait to our interior cabinets, sprayed around the doors and windows. Then outdoors, cleaned and sprayed the eaves, sprayed down the exterior walls, and an area 5 to 10 feet out. The next day, no more carpenter ants running around at night across our patio and up our walls!

One of my pet peeves with service company's is they want you to wait around for them but in my life time is money. I have used All U need Pest Control for years their technicians are always on time and will call you when they are on their way so you do not waste your time.
