I never purchase from unexpected visitors, however, Ryan was "scooting" around the neighborhood, dropping info off info on Proof Pest Control Services to potential customers and was very engaging , so we listened. Happy we did! He was not pushy and was very personable and knowledgeable. Russell was our technician and did a very thorough job. He was very careful (with booties) and smiled through a very hot day! We have a big house with four floors and he covered inside and out, Basement & Garage. On time, friendly to tenants, but most important VERY thorough detailed with treatment. A different tech from same company said he didn’t have time to treat 2 of the units. I’m not sure if this takes time however I was getting eaten alive by bugs near all my bushes today. Does this stuff take time or did we miss some of the yard? I have been happy with the lack of bugs since we started using you guys but I think some spots were missed today.I would also like to say as a business owner reading the few negative reviews it was obvious that super Covid freaks and Karen’s don’t like pest control companies and I would go as far to say most of the reviews are lies by modern day hippies looking to hurt a very good company.

Amazing deal! I can't believe how great getting this service would be for our home and family. Last year, we had just moved into our new home when a salesman came to the door. I took the time to listen and avoided emptying a few boxes. I purchased the proof pest control service at that moment. They are professional, helpful, informative, friendly and most importantly get rid of every pest you don't want to have around. They arrive on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time. The quarterly applications and home reviews are timed well for the seasons. Alberto, Raymond and Steve have been the three professionals who have serviced my home. I live in a rural area and they have assisted with primarily spiders and ants until last month. The picture you see below is Steve removing a wasps nest from under one of my bushes. I was hiding in the house as the 300 wasps or more were going crazy. The nest he removed was the size of a soccer ball! All is well now at the homestead. I highly recommend Proof!

Today Scott & Cat provided our quarterly service. It was good to see Scott again and nice to meet Cat. They were friendly and professional and gave me some great tips. They addressed my concerns of exterior issues by adding a secure bait station. We are extremely happy with their service and professionalism. I was thoroughly impressed by Kristen, she has been at the very top of the technicians who have provided service to our house. She has an outgoing personality and a genuine desire to provide the best service possible. She made sure that all of our issues and concerns were met and worked very efficiently. I hope we see her again on our next service. Proof technician Chris Bolotte made his second visit to our home. He was extremely pleasant and efficient as his previous visit. He checked and rebaited traps in the basement as a couple had been attacked. He even remembered a couple I had forgotten. He applied dust to window sills while trudging through some pretty snowy areas. I want to say Thank You Chris for a great job Proof technician Steve Boisvert did an outstanding job today not only treating my house for carpenter bees and mice. But also my neighbors home for the first time inside and out. He went over and above at our house to climb a ladder to reach a point over the garage where his spay would not reach. He also had to struggle with trying to pump canister to re-pressurize as he clung to the top of the ladder it was a more difficult task than it had to be. (I suggest that the company invest in some power equipment before an accident occurs). We have been using Proof now for a year and are very happy with results and they stand by their guarantee. It's always great to see Steve, he explains what he's doing and and is pleasant and willing to meet your needs. Our quarterly pest control visit was completed today by Jared Jenson. As with our previous Proof technician he arrived with a bright smile and friendly greeting. He set about right away explaining his treatment plan and asking if there were any concern areas. I told him of a couple of issues and he was more than happy to take care of them. He did a thorough job inside and out and was sure to remind me that if there were any problems they would come take care of it right away. I also want to say kudos to the operations staff that has supplied there technicians with up to date power sprayers which are safer and more effective. Thanks again, Jared and Proof.

We just signed up for Proof Pest Control service and we are 2 months in-very satisfied with our service! The first guy they sent out was not the best. He seemed new because he didn’t act like he understand what he was doing and couldn’t explain the process. I was really unhappy, called Proof after the appointment and they apologized emphatically, and said they would send another guy out immediately. We just had Alberto visit for our second appointment and he provided a completely different service and experience. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and even provided some useful tips for the gnats we’ve been seeing. We are much happier with Alberto. I must also mention that they offer an organic solution which has a base of essential oils and its not only safe for my pups but smells GREAT! Service and price is top notch. If you’re looking for a great pest control company this is it.

We have had the Proof quarterly service for a few years now. Every single time they have been very professional, on time and friendly. They always listen to my input and concerns and address them. They call me ahead of time (about 30min) so I can make sure they can get into the property, they knock on the door first so I know they are here and they work quickly and precise. I had to call the office to re-schedule in the past and the professional way I was treated was exceptional. Today was Cody’s turn and like the previous technicians, he too, was super nice. It is a “Set it and Forget it Plan.” Full Comprehensive Service. It took a great deal of pressure off of us knowing everything is being taken care of. We could also call whenever we needed it for in between services. Our favorite service professional at Proof Pest Control is Eddie, by far he stands above everyone they have. We didn’t want anyone else after we met him so we requested that he’d be the one coming back every time if possible. He is extremely cordial and professional, always on time and with a smile. He always answered all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. He is an expert is his field. He remembers details about our family like having cats and a baby and is always adoptable to our needs, going over and above to make sure we are getting the best service possible. He puts a genuine color and personality into the service, in a warm and comforting old fashioned way—a true and rate service professional. Very satisfied with Proof Pest Control! They are very professional and organized. It was very easy setting up an appointment with them. Eddie took the time to inspect the property and try and see where the wasps were located and determine how they were getting into our house and made relevant suggestions on how to prevent that from happening. He explained what was needed to be done and went ahead and did the spraying inside and out of the house. Very courteous and professional at all times. He informed me that a follow-up appointment will be taking place in 2 weeks, to check on the progress of the treatment. And surely, in 2 weeks exactly Steve came to check things. There were only few wasp sightings since Eddie had treated, mostly around some windows. Steve checked the property again and went ahead and sprayed around the windows to try and eliminate the problem. All these included in the one-time fee I had paid initially. Today was our first day having services done.The experience thus far has been great. I initially spoke to Joice to set up services. He was extremely helpful & fast to getting us an appointment on same day. I got a call prior by the technician who would be working on my home. I really liked the phone call. Cesar was the technician who came to spray the house inside with herbals inside and chemicals outside. He was helpful and had lots of knowledge to explain about the purpose of the spray. So far the service was excellent. Will see the effects of the work. Will recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service from Alberto. Had 1 tenant with mice in a 4 unit building. He found exactly where the nest was. Today was my 30 day follow up and Eddie came to the house. He gave me a call when he was thirty minutes out. I've been using Proof for over a year, and have found them to be extremely professional and effective. They are ALWAYS on time, notify me in advance when they can't make it and they leave without a trace of them being there. We started with their indoor/outdoor pest and rodent service and noticed a significant reduction in spiders. Based on their effectiveness with that, we decided to give their mosquito and tick service a shot. I walked them over to my property and from a distance Eddie spotted a small hole on the side of the house ( never noticed that before) he explained to me that mice can easily crawl their way into the house. After 5 minutes Eddie and Vince found easily another 3-4 places where those annoying mice can come in from. By far these two gentlemen have been the best exterminator I’ve dealt with in a long time. After a long conversation with the owner of this company, I understand better what were the circumstance that led to my bad experience. I am satisfied that the issues, I described below were not the result of dishonesty but as a result of a series of miss steps and miss communications that are typical of small but fast growing company. my old review: This company is dishonest and it offers a service that does not work. They sold me a one year service( with quarterly application of $120.00 per application, directly deducted from my bank account) to control the Gitzy Moth caterpillar infestation affecting the northbridge area last year. After one year of quarterly applications, I have the same problem this year that I had last year when the proofpest salemen show up in my house (at the peak of last year infestation) to sell me their plan. Their service did not help with the problem last year or this year, so I made the decision not to renew the plan for the following year. The last application was done in April 21 for the quarter ending in July 21. I call the company with the issue and to my surprise I was told that my service did not include control for Gitzy Moths infestation and since I had express my desired not to renew the service for next year they were not going to do anything about it. This was done ignoring the fact that I have paid for the service until the end of quarter ( July 21th) and ignoring the fact that the company had ask me ( and I had agreed) to wait until the end of the quarter to make my cancelation effective so that if something were to occur that would require their service I would be covered. The same person that convinced me to delay my cancelation is the one that later on denied me further services because as he said "I had already canceled". This person has now forgotten that he has actually convinced me not to cancel until the end of the period I have paid for. It is obvious what the trick is, the company wanted me to forget to cancel before the next billing cycle and charge me another $120.00.
