Highly recommend Assurance Pest Solutions! They treated my shop due to wasps nest and bees. Technician was very friendly and explained everything to me with so much detail. Very impressed with my experience all around that I had them go out and do a complete inspection on my Home as well. JEREMY was wonderful. He really took his time to go through our yard our carriage house and sheds which need a lot of work and he wasn’t pushy. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and told me what he was thinking and that he would let me know he was going to go back and put it all together and send it out to me with what his thoughts are on how we go about it and break down all the pricing. I would definitely recommend this company so far and I’ve had a few of them. They have been the most knowledgeable and spent the most time here. We are looking forward to using them.

I was very impressed with Assurance Pest Solutions. They responded to my request for quote in about one hour with a detailed text explaining how they would approach my problem. I followed up with a phone call and spoke to Nicole who was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When it came to scheduling she gave me an appointment the next day. Dave, the technician, came on time and explained in detail the process. He spent the time necessary to seal external entry points and set bate boxes and traps in strategic places. He explained that there would be a follow up in 3 weeks to assess rodent activity. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and working knowledge. Dave was personable and seemed to really enjoy his job. Within a day I began to see the results of his effort. To date it has been a rewarding experience.

Very happy with Assurance Pest Solutions in Medfield. They were quick to come, responsive, their price was reasonable, and they were respectful of my wishes. The technicians who came were polite and pleasant to work with. I hired them to do a mouse exclusion, and they spent 2 hours closing up all the holes coming into my house. I didn't want to use poison baits, and they were fine with that. They didn't try to upsell me, or rope me into an annual contract. All in all, a five star experience.

Assurance pest solutions was amazing. It was super easy to make appointment and they came the next day to apply pesticides for ant hills at my yard. Dave took the time to explain the process and he even found many acorns stuffed into wire protector outside of our house (chipmunks or squirrels doing). Will definitely use this company again!

Purchased our home in 2019 and have used Assurance Pest since then, as they were recommended by my parents. We have them come twice-a-year for general pest spraying outside. The first time they came we had many bees nests. They spent hours here safely removing the nests and spraying so they do not return. We really have not had any bug problems other than some stink bugs inside, but nothing out of the ordinary that we cannot handle. The owner came by after the bee issue to make sure we were all set. Would recommend, for sure.

When an insulation installer found evidence of a large bat population in the attic and had to halt work, I called Assurance, and they came out within hours to inspect, and returned in a few days to evict the bats then seal all possible points of entry (which includes rodents, yay!), and then clean up the mess, allowing the insulation to continue. If you want the job done right, go with Assurance. I initially hired a different exterminator for our mice issue that did nothing but set bait stations and told us to cross our fingers. Assurance gets to the root of the problem. Eric was very professional and gave me the education as we walked through the property and worked on all exclusion work filling any gaps/holes along the foundation. He found the entry points inside the house as well check behind appliances as needed. We have yet to see any activity since his work but have peace of mind knowing that we have a warranty of 6 months to fall back on. For stuff like rodents in your living space, you don’t want to mess around. It’s worth paying to get the job done right.

I had Assurance come out to get rid of some bees that were surrounding an area in the back of my house going in and out of some holes in our stucco. They came and surveyed the area and actually found another place where carpenters bees had burrowed and sprayed that as well. It was quick and easy. They were knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Hopefully the bees don’t return. They offer a 90 day warrantee as well.

I found Assurance Pest Solutions, after hiring another company when we discovered we had mice in our home. The first company only set traps, and initially we did not think anything of the company not offering exclusion services and went with it, because I wanted the problem to go away immediately. I called Fred and he came out the same day. What I respected immediately was his honesty and the fact that he was respectful of the services the first company provided and just offered his opinion and additional suggestions. While he inspected our home, he discovered that we also had a squirrel in our attic, which the first company never noticed and/or mentioned. It was that day, I realized we were going to purchase anything he was selling, his honesty and thoroughness won me over. Their techs explained their process, were timely, and very friendly. My house has an adjacent rock wall that is a haven for critters, but the APS techs took the time to implement a proper solution. When these critters still found a way in, through no fault of APS, APS continued to visit and provide services under their agreement, and even then some. When one approach failed, they kept at it. This is the second time we are using services provided by Assurance Pest Solutions. Last year they did good job for ant and mosquito control. This year we had the technician come for ant, mosquito and spider services. The spider service is supposed to include removal of spider webs. Guess what, there are still spider webs all over the house both interior and exterior after the service. Since the spider service alone costs $295, we definitely expected better outcome than what we have received.

They immediately identified the need for "exclusion" work to deal with the mice in the free-standing and outdoor-accessed locations on our Cohasset property. For years we had used Ehrlich/Rentokil, and in addition to having appallingly poor communication and customer service, they never once mentioned the "exclusion" solution as an option. So we were thrilled when Assurance scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion, and were punctual, pleasant, accommodating, and informative in every regard. Considering the physical composition of the areas infested, the results achieved are better than we ever imagined possible. Assurance has accomplished more in 6 months than Ehrlich/Rentokil did in nearly a decade. They have integrity, do quality work in a professional manner, and are reasonably priced! I obtained this company Assurance Pest Control, several years ago and they are exceptional. The Owner Fred and his entire staff are all awesome - Dan, Matt, Eric, Mike. Today the hottest day of the year, I unfortunately had to text Assurance Pest Control to please assist me again. I heard a loud noises up my attic at 4 am. It sounded like a squirrel was in my attic. At 7:30am I text Fred and he and his staff Mike came to assist me at my home. They looked around and Mike found a mouse that was still alive with two traps on each of his legs. This was apparently the loud banging I was hearing. They were kind enough to also screen in all the vents up the attic to make sure nothing could get into the attic. They service snakes, bunnies, stink bugs, mice, squirrels, mosquito and flea treatment, bugs, spray foundation for all types of bugs, etc. They are all honest, friendly guys that explain everything they are doing. In today’s business world, customer satisfaction should be our main concern and when you find a honest company and pleasant to deal with, you do not hesitate in returning to this reputable company and do not hesitate in recommending them to family, friends or neighbors. Due to this type of service I received I would highly recommend this company. They are the best in this business. They are all professionals and you get quality work always. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this one is long overdue. Fred and his team are the best in the business! We had a major mouse problem in our building. The pest control company we were using previously was coming for emergency service multiple times a week for several weeks in a row and unable to resolve the issue. The issue was draining my time and traumatic as I had an infant at home and was finding droppings in our living area and kitchen daily. I finally fired my old pest control company and found Assurance Pest Solutions. When I called Fred, and he realized how stressed I had been, he got me into his schedule very quickly. He was incredibly thorough inspecting the interior cabinets, plumbing, walls as well as the exterior of the building. He didn’t leave a single inch out of his analysis. A few days later he came back with his crew and got to work. He sealed up all the potential entry points and set up the appropriate traps as back up hit made sure they were tucked inside vents so my kids could never get to them. After that one service, I never saw any evidence of mice again. It’s been over a year and still nothing. He’s come to check on things periodically but there is nothing to check. Everything is perfect. My old pest control company was coming repeatedly and not able to fix the problem. I can’t thank Fred and his team enough for the service they’ve done. It has restored my sanity, and that’s priceless to me.

I have a Victorian home, three floors and a basement. Always had mice but this year it was terrible. I tried myself but they kept coming. I was stressing and not sleeping. Assurance was A life saver. I can’t say how much I appreciate them. They are polite , prompt and efficient. They went through all four floors checked and put down traps, sticky’s and bait stations. Then went outside and blocked all the holes all around my house. I would definitely recommend them.

We had A LOT of carpenter ants in our ceiling (near a sky light). I called a couple of the larger companies, but several of the people I spoke with were not listening to my specific issue. Instead, they outlined a general plan that did not include getting into my ceiling. In contrast, at Assurance Pest Solutions, the person who took my call answered as many questions as she could, but then had one of the owners call me later that day. Eric called and outlined everything he would do and why ... He fit me in two days later, which I am very appreciative of. I never write reviews, but decided to write this one for other home owners who may be as freaked-out about finding they have a nest of carpenter ants in their home. I recommend giving them a call.

Fred was excellent from start to finish- he responded promptly after I placed a request online to address the squirrel living in the our attic making constant noise. We spoke on the phone that day and discussed a plan. The next morning he was at the home assessing the situation. Instead of charging for a complete service which they could of done; they just charged me $95 for an inspection, told Me to put traps out and call if there is activity. HONESTY goes a long way and these two guys got it. Also there was a new guy that I forgot his name. He was very informative and didn’t mind rolling up his sleeves and getting dirty.
