His work is exemplary, he calls to notify us of his arrival, is prompt and lets us know when he completes his tasks explaining to us what he has completed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with our first pest control company. Vertex did a great job every time they came out for their quarterly inspection and service. They have an awesome no cost additional service policy that allows you to call them to come service the house again anytime in-between scheduled service. They also have an amazing money back guarantee. That's how confident they are with their service. Their office is always extremely nice and responsive, and they were always able to get someone out to our house within 1-2 days. Even when we moved to southern Idaho, they transferred the service and didn't miss a beat. I highly reccomend anyone that is looking for a local pest control company reach out to them.

Great company, always professional and helpful. I’ve had to call to have them come back out for wasps, and they were always prompt and dealt with the issue. Robert performed our quarterly service today, I feel like he went above and beyond, he went down in our crawl space and did an inspection, he could have just left early having done our normal service. The technician identified himself, explained what he was going to do, and did a very thorough job. He treated the fence line and the perimeter of the house, the eaves and any where else where little critters may hide. He was very personable and represented the company very well. I like that it is a family owned business and not a major chain such as terminex. Vertex will respond quickly if additional service is requested. Unfortunately, Craig is retiring soon and I will miss chatting with him as he worked. A very nice person to know.

We’ve had the vertex quarterly service for over a year. They helped us get rid of a serious wasp infestation. Their employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They go the extra mile to answer questions, help problem solve, and ensure that we are satisfied with their service. We’ve noticed far less bugs around our home, including wasps and spiders, but we still get the bugs we want (bees in our garden). They use fairly nontoxic products and have even provided us with ingredient lists when we’ve asked. Highly recommend their service!

We've been using Vertex for the past several years mostly to control a wasp and hornet issue during the summer but the wonderful side is in general we simply have far fewer bugs around our house. I love that if we are between visits they come out thr next day when we have an uptick in wasps and hornets. We’ve had mice in this house for a few years since we moved in, so I went with what I thought was the best value and they did mice extermination so I hired them. The mice were pretty much gone the first treatment and then just maintained after that. I’ve also had a huge hornets nest they came and took care of immediately.

Drayker did a very professional and thorough job in our yard. He treated cracks and crevices, light fixtures, eaves, crawlspace vents, outlets, power boxes, siding and shed. Ants beetles, earwigs and spiders were all targeted. Drayker did a great job while being polite, efficient and communicated with us as to what he was doing.

The last company we used just came out and said everything was fine but we’ve been seeing mice around the house and have vouls in the backyard. these guys we out here in 20 min, put mouse traps down and found the places they were getting in. They also give nurses, veterans, and first responders a discount so thats super awesome!

The next morning, I had all kinds of dead insects on my patio that I didn’t even know were around. Austin Miller came and treated our house yesterday after doing an inspection. He had a mirror and went around our entire house looking upward around the foundation and he found wasp nests that were up in the corner of our house in between the siding and the house. We would’ve never known those were there had he not done a thorough inspection and we were very happy to have those dealt with as we were stung by wasps last year and had a huge problem with them last year.

This is a company that does everything right. I have been with them for three years and will stay with them as long as I own the home. Other pest control companies will do a quick spray and be gone, but my last Vertex appointment lasted 40 minutes as they check everything, removing every wasp nest and spider web they see. They also follow through with a discount if you refer additional customers to them. Bridger did the most thorough job ever even making sure my gate was locked so the dogs could not get out afterward.

The only drawback I have is that we've had them treat for gophers 3 times and are still having problems with them. However we live next to a subdivision common area and so the gophers will probably hang out in the open area for a bit and then come back into our yard. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies that we had shopped. My only criticism would be that they did not show up on-time to when they stated they would for our first appointment. The gentleman showed up about 2 hours later than expected, which was fine for us, but I could see how that could be a problem for someone else. He apologized profusely and still took a lot of time on our house (even though it was late in the day). I would highly suggest Vertex to anyone looking for pest control at a reasonable price with a great offering of services.

The very sweet girl in the office Sedona, Is very understanding and patient. She listened to all of my concerns and express them to the gentleman Alex who came out to my home. Alex also brought another young man with him who I feel terrible that I do not remember his name. He was also very sweet. They showed me things that I was unaware that were there. Which of course gave me terrible nightmares. But that’s OK. I thought I had this place under control. Are usually do all of my own spraying and I couldn’t understand how these wolf spiders were still finding their way inside. I took care of everything on the outside I had clean walls and no webs. The exterior of my house was clear. I regularly doused my house and poison. But they showed me things that I couldn’t see. I had no idea they were there. I am so glad that I decided to call them. I hope this puts an end to the critters that we’re still getting by. At least I know I will start sleeping better knowing that they got the things I couldn’t see. Thank you guys for answering all the questions that I had and being patient. Sorry I kept you so late.

I filled out a brief survey describing my problems and barely had my computer shut down when I received a call.
