Our technician, Cooper, is so kind and knowledgeable. A lot of young kids don't seem too happy about working but he was so pleasant. Whenever I've needed additional service in between our quarterly treatments, I get called back quickly, and put on the schedule immediately; at no charge. Thank you for great customer service!

I am so pleased with the service I have received from Barrier Pest! They are always very friendly on the phone and do their best to fit me in when I need them! Andrew came to spray my house and was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite! I was educated on pests and types on chemicals used to prevent them (animal and child friendly!!!) They are responsive (there is a text option as well), they will come out to retreat if you have a new wasp nest forming, and they always are kind ! Contract canceled with owner, fees where waived to do so. Techs ability to show up where hit or miss. The inside spray left a residue on baseboards. This residue collected dust and dirt and resulted in hours of me cleaning my home. I always had to call to have them come out versus them come out as scheduled. Everything was resolved with owner which was very nice and easy to deal with. I think we’re in difficult times and no one seems to wanna have ethics or integrity with working. Hopefully they find good techs in the near future.

I recently switched to Barrier from another pest control company. A co-worker who has had service with them for years recommended Barrier to me. Robert arrived promptly. A very courteous and professional young man. He explained to me what procedures he was doing and that they were safe for both myself and my pets. He treated both the inside of my home and the outside. I needed additional service for mice since some were found in my attic during a recent roof inspection. He placed bait in my attic entrances and crawl spaces in addition to an outside bait station. I’m very happy that I switched! Their rates are better than the former company and I get more services for the money too!

Doesn’t Matter

We have been using barrier since we moved in and LOVE them. We live on a few acres so lots of bugs are around. Barrier keeps our home and yard under control. When I want a between service/t-up I call them and they are always so pleasant and happy to come back out. We have lots of service providers knocking on our door but we are super happy with Barrier! Thanks guys 😊

I decided to try Barrier out as my parents use their services & boy was I impressed with my experience, Barrier is the absolute best! We live on a farm so bugs abound; when I phoned the office the staff was incredibly helpful, professional & asked specific questions so as to address all of our needs. They even made sure to ask if we had chickens to double check if the granular barrier should/should not be used. Our tech was professional, friendly & an all around nice guy who really paid attention to my areas of concern. We are on their quarterly program which is super affordable. I am so thankful for having such an awesome experience & look forward to the coming visits!

The salesman, Brandon, was very nice and funny He explained their services thoroughly, to include why you can spray wasp nests with regular spray from Lowes and they just build elsewhere - pheromones! I have been using Barrier Pest Control for over 3 years and am a very satisfied customer. They have made their service pretty much automatic. They come quarterly, notify me before coming, perform their exterior service, and I have them set up for autopay when complete. Today, when the Tech arrived, he asked if we would like to have our garage sprayed in addition to the exterior, because they know that it can be a problem area. No extra charge. I have called them out a couple of times for “between quarterly service” when I have noticed bugs inside or around house perimeter. They are always very prompt about coming out for additional treatment...again, no charge. I am the opposite of a person who likes bugs, so this is a service I wouldn’t do without...and Barrier Pest Control makes it so easy for me.

He has been to my place several times and has always been very professional, always in a good mood and more than happy to answer my questions. This last visit was for mice in my garden shed. Yikes! I was freaked out to say the least and he went above and beyond to take care of the problem and make me feel much calmer with a very unpleasant situation. I have been very impressed with the work an effectiveness of their products. I have been using them for 1 and a half years now and see little to no insects or spiders in my house. They are happy to knock down wasps nests and will come out anytime you call if you have anything starting to appear (new wasp nests, ants in or close to the house.) Barrier has been a great company to work with. We live along the river and had MAJOR spider issues. Since we have signed up for their quarterly sprays, it has really taken care of the problem. They are always quick to come out between sprays if needed too. The gal who has been coming the last few times has been super friendly and is good with the dogs. I also would like to say the lady who answers phones, is probably the nicest person. I don't know her name, but she is hands down one of the most pleasant people to talk to in customer service. I called many places, and Barrier's price was the most competitive as well.

Big thanks to John who just came by a few days ago to do our quarterly spray. Jacob and I have been with Barrier for half a year. Their prices are reasonable. We had a SERIOUS springtail outbreak last July through September, thousands of tiny bugs coming in through tiny spaces around our windows and floorboards. It's a pervasive problem, and Barrier was responsive and came to spray weekly. It wasn't a cure-all, but we are grateful that they worked with us to keep on top of the problem.
