Benny appeared the next morning, and to our minds, was thorough, upbeat, full of clear answers and explanations, and left feeling confident that the problem had been managed. Great care explaining the relative pluses of the treatments, given concerns about chemicals, concern about impact on pets, household members, etc. He was terrific! So was Leah in the office. We've had a spider once in a while here or there but never anything too bad but lately we had little flies swarming around our house and landing on one side, very annoying. I didn't think I needed pest control in boise in the winter but I am glad that averse was here to help take care of it. They offer to come back if the bugs get bad so I was really happy about that.

What an amazing experience with this company so far. The owner Spencer got back to my online request super quick and took time out of his day to text back and forth with me through our questions. Being a first homeowner and reading reviews for all of the local pest companies I decided to go with Averse and beyond glad I did. No scary or confusing contracts, all future service months clearly given along with an amazing initial inspection discount that was too hard to pass up. Within a day of texting with him, I had Benny here doing the initial appointment and giving us clear info as to what was going to happen and what to expect going forward. They even put some bait into some newer gopher hills/holes at no additional cost! Benny exceeded my already high expectations coming from this company, and I am excited to continue business with them for all of my pest control needs. If shady contracts, people, or lack of explanation as to what you are paying for scare you, look no further than Averse for your personal pest control company! Oh yeah, and the post-service email breakdown even shows what products they used and at what dilution ratio, but even gives the EPA number and link to the label of the product for you to take a look at. I'm still amazed at the attention to detail with this company, and with both Spencer and Benny through this whole experience. Thank you guys!

What a genuinely nice guy Spencer is! We had bought a home in Star, having moved from another state, and we noticed some spiders in the house and wasps and nests around our eaves. Spencer arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and found an active wasp nest we hadn't noticed behind our shed. He treated the house inside and out with pet-friendly products and eliminated all the existing wasp nests. He took the time to educate us about pest issues in Idaho, which are completely different from what we were used to in our prior home. Spencer was informative but not the least bit pushy. We opted to go on a quarterly pest control plan with Spencer and feel very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. We would highly recommend his services.

This company was amazing!!! Very direct answers without trying to convince me of anything. And then they were able to get me in as a new customer same day! I called three other companies and no one else could get me in for days. Skyler was so nice and personable! They treated my entire yard and house. And dusted my windows. I have hope that finally a company will help control the clover mites! Update: Do not hesitate to use Averse!!! They are the best around!! The first time I called, they were out within a day, and the tech Kyle was not only professional and efficient, but also personable, kind, and very fun to talk to. He really knew the science behind the products, and explained everything in a way that was very easy for me to grasp as a first time homeowner. Two weeks later, we were having a few spiders coming out and when I called up, they had Kyle back out the next day. He told us that while it could be a reaction to the initial spray--the bugs getting upset about the chemicals and coming out of hiding to try to escape--he was totally happy to go over the problem areas a second time. Spencer at averse pest control is professional, thorough, and very personable. I requested quotes from several different companies and Spencer‘s response was the quickest. He gave me a call and walked me through what he covers, how he sprays and what it would cost. He does require a year-long agreement that can be an initial visit and bi-monthly or quarterly follow ups. He will also come check things out in between if there any issues. He spent a lot of time outside the house spraying when he was here and seem to really make sure every inch was covered. I am happy to give my business to Averse pest control and I am hopeful for the future to be spider and wasp free!

He is a 'gem', and I am keeping him him on my schedule to keep all the creepy crawlers (earwigs, spiders, elm tree bugs) totally out of my environment. I didn't know that it all could be done naturally, and work so effectively. I give Spencer and Averse 5 out of 5 stars!!!

We've currently had two applications put down by Averse Pest Control. Honestly, I was skeptical if I'd see results, however, we've been having mice issues for the past few years and have had an overabundance of spiders in our lot with all the construction work around us. After the application the spider infestation dropped dramatically and is apparent with so few spider webs around. I'm hopeful we'll see the same results with the mice especially during the winter months. At this point, I cannot say how surprised I have been with the results from Averse. They are very discrete and try to not bother the homeowner to complete the application, bills are automated, and as such, I have no complaints.
