Had our first service today by Ruben! I found Alpha pest control on a Kuna page. They are so beyond easy to work with, schedule, and they respond very quickly to any calls or emails. We have used Alpha Home Pest Control for several years now and couldn't be more pleased with their services. Not only are our technicians kind and professional, but they show up in a timely manner and are always responsive. We use them to control our spiders and lately we have had issues with clover mites and other small black bugs around our perimeter. Ruben has come out the past several times to help with these issues along with bugs in our trees and is always on top of helping us get rid of these nuisances. We have also used them to deal with groundhog issues and those were resolved on the first call. We couldn't be more pleased with their services.

I called around initially for quotes to get rid of a gopher issue. I had quotes as high as $600 for one visit and that was just a place poison. He’s guys knocked it out for 95 bucks. Safe, effective, affordable control. Love this company - have been with them since they started and I like the products they use. I have only the outside treated which has resulted in no inside insects. They also look around for trouble spots or anything unusual that they see and provide advice. I had wasps about 3 years back and they took care of them also. My experience is they are always on time and I like getting a call prior to coming so I can be ready.

Alpha Home Pest Control is an amazing company. I purchased a home two years ago that had never had any sort of pest control done before. These guys willingly took it on. I am deathly allergic to bees they take care of all of the wasps outside of my home. When I first moved there it was horrible! When I got bit by a black widow they came out the NEXT DAY and went through every building on my place, outside, in my house to make sure it wouldn't happen again. They are very attentive to my needs. Scott is amazing and very professional, the office ladies are spectacular. I will most definitely take them with me when I build or purchase another home. I’m Usually not the person that will sit here and take her time to write the review out but I definitely had two after my experience with this company. I had Kirk come out with a new technician Kamron and they were great. Kirk is Amazing and very knowledgeable. I have a horrible bug phobia and I was not able to get a peace of mind at all not even after me doing self treatment in the house or going through other people. They came out and inspected my whole entire house, bed, closet... you name it. Kirk was able to help me feel very relieved and more confident that going back to my house would be OK. He guided Kameron on how to spray the inside and outside down including my garage. He answered all of my questions and continuously made me feel comfortable. The guys were very sweet not to mention Audria from the office. I at least called them a good five times because I just didn’t know whether to do a heat treatment or some sort of pesticide treatment but after speaking to her she made me feel that what I was emotionally feeling is very common and other people feel it especially if there’s a bed bug situation. They are definitely a great company and I would recommend it to just about anybody.

We found this company while at a local Spring Home Show. We were having problems with black widows and mice. We contracted for service every couple of months for the last year. They're always professional and do a thorough job, we haven't had any issues with spiders anywhere around the house and the mice have flown the coop. On the last visit I accidentally gave him two checks for the bill, later that day the extra blank check was returned. Oh my goodness, it is so hot outside, I almost told Kurt to go home and come back when it was cooler! I didn't though. He arrived and stayed about 1 hour in 90 degree weather, and high humidity. He did a thorough job as usual dusted the house, sprayed for bugs, took down 2 wasp nests! Checked our mice bait stations and took care of replenishing the bait. We have had nothing but good experiences with Alpha Pest for nearly 2 years now. We are very thankful and appreciate them!

I'll set the scene- tucking our 8 year old son into bed you pull the covers back and there are earwigs in his bed on his pillow, etc. :[ Of course he freaked out and refused to sleep in his room. Also, be careful walking through gardens and flowerbeds; you might be stepping on plants that are not quite or just barely above ground in late winter/early spring. Came out and knocked down the hornet nests and then sprayed around the areas to make sure they Dont come back. Between that and the protection to keep bugs out I'm super pleased to have used them. And will continue to do so.
