They even will send you a personalized video of their visit to your home showing you everything they've seen/steps you can take for remediation (if needed). They take extra time to take translate their expertise and explain not only "what they found," but also "why they found it." I will be using their services exclusively as long as I am able.

New to the service this week, Kolby came out and performed a very thorough inspection to help identify the vulnerabilities in my home that’s leading to our pest issues. Kolby was very informative, nice, and personable. You can tell he cares about helping people and he really took his time going through every room. Our previous company was always in a rush and avoided coming out. I’m hopeful that Iron City Pest will be the answer to our issues. It was awesome working with Kolby and Iron City Pest Control. We contacted him about treating for mice and he responded within an hour and was at our house in 24 hours. His prices are very reasonable and affordable and he goes above and beyond. He took his time identifying any areas of our house that were accessible by mice and closed them up. He also treated for any that may make a way inside and gave us an enormous amount of peace of mind. He spent 2 hours at our house making sure he had checked crawl space and around plumbing inside and out. He examined the inside of our house as well as the garage. He went above and beyond and it’s so nice when working with a small business owner. We will definitely do more business with him and recommend him to everyone. He didn’t try to rush and just do a quick once over. Our problem was not a big problem but he still spent time making sure we were taken care of. He guarantees his work and does follow ups. We are very happy with Iron City Pest Control.

I purchased a new home & had a very serious millipede problem. They were everywhere in the garage. Not only did they fully exterminate the home ridding them of millipedes, he located their point of entry & put bait there. Chris knew the dead bugs made my flesh crawl so he cleaned the dead ones out. I was very impressed. Also, while spraying he noticed the bathtub faucet was leaking & told me what could be done to stop the leak. Awesome job Kolby and Chris. I recommend them to anyone.

The mosquitoes have been horrible this year and I’m apparently part of their buffet. I have not been able to enjoy being outside. I’ve been speaking with Kolby about mosquito control for a little while now, and we finally decided to give it a try. Kolby came by at night, when the adult mosquitoes are the most active, and sprayed our yard thoroughly. I have seen one mosquito since the treatment. ONE. It’s been wonderful. I can go out on the deck without worrying about how miserable I’ll be later. Kolby is very knowledgeable with everything involving pest control. He explained everything to me so I could understand what went into our service and what we could expect. He’s very responsive. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Iron City Pest. I can’t wait to see how our future services go!

Oh my goodness I don't know where to begin. I had been having a pest issue for a month and didn't know what to do. My sanity was on the line. First of all they respond almost immediately when you contact them. I text at 5:13 and got a response at 5:14 the owner is AMAZING! He gave me quick professional responses and quoted me a very competitive rate within 1 hour of me reaching out. You don't get a random technician who doesn't care about your service. The owner Kolby comes out himself and takes personal care of you. He makes you feel like you know him and he goes the extra mile to take care of your issue. Not only is he good at what he does he takes time to answer each question you may have. He really gave me my peace of mind back and I cannot thank him enough. His customer service is impeccable. I know you probably think I'm making it up but I never write a detailed review. I could go on but you get the gist by now.

Iron City Pest provided us with phenomenal service. The owner was thorough and knowledgeable. He even checked on us the next day to make sure we saw improvement. These days it's hard to find the type of high quality service provided by Kolby. We signed up for regular service and will definitely refer him to anyone needing pest services!

I highly recommend iron city pest!!!! We just moved into a new home and had tons of bugs they came out same day when needed the first time, fixed the issue… bugs were dead within a day! (They told us it could take up to 2 weeks) We also asked them to come back a week later due to us having BROWN RECLUSES (the only bug that did not die yet at the time. They came out same day, once again! Come to find out they were all coming from our attic in which the owner worked very hard making sure we would not see anymore spider activity. I could go on and on about this company and will now be using them routinely. Very happy customer here(:

My husband and I just purchased a new home in Helena, AL. After being here for about a month, we noticed that we had quite a carpenter bee problem. I reached out on our community Facebook page for pest control recommendations, and Iron City Pest was mentioned several times. Kolby, the owner, reached out personally and we scheduled a treatment the same day. He spent over 3 hours (at night) meticulously inspecting and treating our deck and mailbox post. We have only seen 1 bee since the treatment, and it stayed far away from our deck. We highly recommend Kolby and Iron City Pest!

I waited a little while before leaving my review so it would be a honest and in depth review. My first comment is on response time. The owner of the company got back with me quickly and answered all of my questions promptly. He worked up a monthly package that best suited my property needs. We have seen a dramatic decrease in bug activity but my favorite is the decrease in mosquito activity. We have been able to enjoy our yard much more comfortably since Kolby sprayed. If you're looking for a local and honest company I can not rave enough about Iron City Pest!

Could not be more pleased. I reached out with two issues that I was experiencing even though I had been paying another company for pest services for a year. Iron City Pest came out right away and went above and beyond listening to my concerns, explaining the issue and what they would do to eliminate it and prevent it and even went as far as giving me tips on what I could do on my own if I ever started seeing the issue pop up again. I had a very severe infestation of carpenter bees and a problem with rats. Iron City Pests came out and within a few days my carpenter bee problem was greatly reduced. It has been a couple of months now and I have only seen one carpenter bee! No more rats either! Kolby is very knowledgeable and truly a nice person!

5 stars just isn’t enough for the peace of mind Kolby gave to our family. We planted new sod over the summer and after a few months realized we had a growing (brown widow) spider problem. Kolby came out the day after I called and notified us that the problem was much worse than the 5 we had already killed…our yard was infested. The sod was the most likely cause. After 2 visits, we haven’t seen any more of the spiders, thank goodness. My kids can go back to playing outside without worry of getting bit. ❤️❤️
