Carl the technician performed a thorough check of my home and quoted exactly what needed to be done, nothing more which other firms were trying to sell additional services, but nothing less as well. I sent a request for an estimate to Raven Pest Control for mice in my home and two paper wasps nests. Not only did they respond quickly to my request (Monday), they were able to inspect (Wednesday) and start treatment (Friday) quickly as well. Carl was dispatched to my property and I truly do not know how to put into words how wonderful working with him as been. He quoted an extremely responsible price and did not try to upsell me on any additional pest control that was not needed. My technician was Troy. I really can't say enough about. He was so thorough, Not only did he set the mouse traps, he spent several hours closing up any entryways on all three floors of my house and outside. He also cleaned up the mouse droppings. Every experience I have had with this company was overwhelmingly positive. When I placed the call to request a home inspection due to rodent issues, the gentleman I spoke with could not have been friendlier and empathetic while I was ranting and raving over the issue. I didn’t get much sleep the night before due to me waking up from hearing Mickey deciding to rummage though an empty plastic garbage bag at 3am. But anyway, he set the appointment for a few days later. Christian had contacted me the day of to let me know he would be there later in the day. I mentioned that they could make me the last stop for the day too. Christian was running a little bit behind that day, but was incredibly apologetic. It was not a big deal to me at all, but it was a big deal to him. I think I’m an easy customer to work with. I know this is an on the road job and traffic is out of our control. I did on the road work and it’s tough, so I empathize completely. But it left me with a great impression of him and of the company. He was incredibly thorough with the inspection and up front about costs and procedures. He did both treatments and since then, so far so good. I’ll certainly reach out if something arises and I’m happy to recommend this company to anyone who needs it.

Recently I have been experiencing gnats in my basement. I reached out to several different pest control business and the only one who step up to help me with this problem was Ravens pest control. I wanted to give a 5 star review to Christian who helped tackle my mouse situation. I live in a row home and I received an uninvited guest. Christian easily diagnosed the problem and found the area where they were traveling and sealed up those entry points. I haven't seen any droppings since. Because of Christian, I have decided to extend my contract for a year. If you're looking for a pest extermination company, look no further. I've even referred my father to this company because he has a field mouse in his house as well.

Service was great! I called about a birds nest in my vent and Carl came out the very next day to inspect it and gave me an unbeatable price for the removal. Two days later he came and removed two birds nests and 3 dead birds that were in my vent. He cleaned everything out and disinfected everything. He also placed cages on all of my exterior vents to prevent anything like that from happening in the future. I would definitely recommend Raven Pest Control! I didn't know little tiny squirrels could wreak such havoc in your life once they decide to make your attic their home, but after a few weeks of sleepless nights and pounding headaches from all the noise (scratching and pounding) over my head, I decided to it was time to look for help to resolve this issue. I called around a few places to get a few quotes. Raven Termite was one of those places I requested a quote from. They were the first to respond to my inquiry and from th first phone call with them, I knew they were a company I would like to work with. They were so professional and compassionate to my situation. They were able to set me up for an appointment the same day. That's where I had the pleasure of meeting Carlton. He was so professional, knowledgeable and honest with me. Some of the quotes I received was astronomical, but Carlton was able to advise that I didn't some of the services they were trying to force me into getting. He explained everything to me and showed me his work afterwards to ensure I was pleased. Everything he told me would happen, happened as he stated including the fact those little demons tried to rip my house apart after he put up a one way door for them to get out, but they couldn't get back in. They were clearly angry but could not get inside because the device Carlton installed was so secure. Finally, I can be at peace again in my home thanks to the services Carlton provided. If you have squirrels in your attic or trying to get in your house, please don't ignore it, because it will only get worse and cost you more. I would highly recommend Raven Termite and Pest Control for your service needs. Carlton is a gem!

I've had a squirrel(s) in my attic off and on since Summer 2020. After tiring of hearing them scratching up there, I was referred to Raven Termite and Pest via a black home ownership group. I was told they did great work. Since they are black-owned, I wanted to support. I gave them a call and was immediately able to schedule a consult/appointment so that they could assess my needs. They were timely and very knowledgeable about what they do. They were able to catch the squirrel successfully and I have not heard the noise in my attic since. They laid traps down in my backyard and placed one into the attic itself. I appreciate their hard work and persistence. Great customer service, and will definitely recommend to others! Hoping not to have to need these type of services again, but if so, I will definitely be calling back!

We contacted Raven to address a suspected mouse problem in the home we recently moved into. Carl was able to diagnose the presence of at least one mouse, and showed us the traces of activity, though he indicated it was not yet a bad problem. He diagnosed the possible entry points to the house and kept us advised of the different plans to address the issue. He came back twice to follow through. We haven't spotted a mouse since, and the traps he laid caught a couple of wolf spiders. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work and we will plan to use the company for quarterly services in the spring.

Raven Termite and Pest Control was hired by our buyers as part of their termite inspection. Dennis was very thorough and was honest regarding old termite damage he observed under the foyer. He also gave us some advice on how to deal with the carpenter bees around our deck. We trusted their assessment and decided to use them for the follow-on treatment. Troy performed the treatment and updated his status prior to arrival so we knew what time to expect him. When he got here he immediately went to work and addressed the foyer inside the house first "so as not to track dirt in our house". It may sound simple but I appreciate basic courtesies like that. It shows that a technician is focused on the customer. Troy efficiently treated our foundation, cleanly plugged the holes in the front step and provided the documentation needed for the buyers' lender. When the lender requested a little more detail, it only took a quick phone call and Troy updated our invoice to address the lender's request. I would definitely recommend Raven Termite and Pest Control!

This company is great! They were luckily able to come out the same day we called upon discovering some critters in our new home. Chris came out first and was thorough, prompt and friendly. However, our issue seemed to have no improvement or decrease in activity over the first week. We called again and they were able to come out the next day! Troy came the second time (also very thorough, prompt and friendly!) and inspected/sprayed/dusted what seemed like every inch of our home. Since then, there has been a decrease in activity and believe we are well on the road to elimination. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend!

At first we really weren't getting anywhere, we weren't sure why. We had another company come out a few years ago for $260 that sprayed once and resolved the issue. However slowly, trip by trip we've gotten there. Our situation has improved, we've been working with Troy lately. He's so far out of 3 people been our best technician. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and always on time. I appreciated that he put on booties to come into the house. Be warned up front their initial treatments are $350 this includes 4 sessions ours has been every week with a two week gap for the holidays. I believe $150 to return every few months. They do offer warranty on their work and can extend it as needed. Only issues is pricing seems on the high side compared to past experiences and the quality from tech to tech.

I can't say enough good things about Raven from the front desk taking the call to the technician that worked with me Carlton. I was dealing with a mice issue and I have such a fear of mice - alive or dead. My appointment was scheduled quickly and a wonderful technician named Carlton and showed me the mice entries that I would have never imagined. Years ago I had Orkin come out - which I thought was a top company - stuff something in a hole, laid down some traps, and sprayed outside. But not really doing anything to prevent mice from coming back. The mouse was caught and I called to ask if someone could remove it and they said no I have to do it myself. I had to call someone else to get it. Back to Raven - all the problems I had with Orkin was the opposite of what I had with Raven. Carlton was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding - seems very rare these days. Not only did he come back promptly on scheduled times, he was so kind to come to my home when it wasn't scheduled to pick up a dead mouse that was caught by his great plan. I'm grateful for that most of all. I haven't seen mice activity although I do see another hole that I missed when showing Carlton concerns. Of course I called and made an appointment and they scheduled me right away. Highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend Raven Termite & Pest Control! From the time I called to the time Carl showed up, they were very responsive and timely. They were 1 of 3 estimates I requested for rodent extermination. They all walked the property to see entry points and Carl was the only who diagnosed an entry point. The other two immediately went to wanting to set traps and bait, but offered no real solution to how they might be getting in. Carl found an entry point and covered to prevent future entry. Also, upon his arrival, he was the only that pointed out that I had birds nesting in my gutters. I had him remove those as well. Raven Termite and Pest Control was referred to me and I called and was scheduled for the next day. Kris called before hand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on-time and wore shoe covers!!! I spent awhile explaining my complicated rodent problem and within the hour Kris was able to identify the problem when other companies could not. I have been battling with mice for years and have only gotten worse since I do not have dogs. They're representative arrived on time and gave me a thorough review of my situation. I was surprised that his work was so much more comprehensive than the other pest control vendors I have used. He then forwarded the price and returned in a couple days and did the services which talk about one and a half hours. I was still skeptical if the problem was going to be resolved since I kept on seeing mice for a week but after that week no more mice. It was great. Carl and his partner provided an accurate cost assessment and did a great job with our pigeon pests. They showed up with all the necessary supplies and properly cleaned the gutters, evacuated the pigeon residents, and installed strong wire netting materials which was fastened to our deck (on the top) and the outside of our gutter (on the bottom). The pigeons haven't been able to return yet and we hope it stays that way. Both gentleman were friendly and professional. The price was fair for the hours worked and the materials used. Would definitely recommend this company!

I would recommend Raven Pest Control to any resident or business that unfortunately has to deal with any pest issue. I personally had to deal with a mice issue living in an almost 100 year old home that has undergone several renovations leaving gapes and holes throughout the home. I was able to receive a consultation the day after I inquired. Troy was able to identify the source of entryway for most of the mice and treat the areas. These little critters are persistent but so are we. We have had two follow-ups and are adamant about completely ridding the rodents of the home. We were having issues with squirrels entering our attic, so I called Raven and was able to get their technician Carl out to our home within 48 hours. Carl was very professional. I was really nervous when my tenant reported about discovering of mice drops on many locations at the rental property. After getting quotes and inspections from multiple pest control companies, I decided to give the job to Raven becuase of the following reasons. First, they are on time. Other companies we called either didn't show up on time or didn't show at all and came up with lame excuse later. Second, they explained everything thoroughly and promised to get rid of the mice problem in 3 weeks with 30 day warrant. Other companies also promise to fix the problem but their plans require at least 3 to 6 months for things to work and they also try to sale you their annual protection service. Third, Raven has the best reviews. Being a level 7 local guide myself, I believe companies with good reviews. Raven's reviews are better and more consistent compare to other companies. On their first service, they set traps, put tracking power and sealed places that the mice could get in. Then they come weekly to check progress and set new traps if needed. Today is the last day of their service and Carl, the Raven technician, showed up on time as usual and both my tenant and Carl reported they didn't find mice activities. I think they did a very good job and fixed the mice problem in 3 weeks as promised. Therefore, I gave a 5 star rating and highly recommend them to people have pest control need.

I hired Carl to get rid of some mice in a rental property. He's by far the most thorough and successful exterminator I've ever hired. Most exterminators just set traps and put down poison, and then keep coming back to set more traps and put down more poison, but never actually find or eliminate the source of entry. Carl does it right - not only does he set traps and put down poison, but he also figures out how they are gaining entry and eliminates the entry points. We had an issue with carpenter bees nesting behind the metal-covered wood trim under the eaves of our house in multiple locations, including near the peak of the roof. Other companies offered to treat the lower areas, but refused to treat the highest roofline areas. This was not the case with Raven. Carl came out and provided a thorough inspection, documenting all of the nests with photos and submitting those via email with his estimate. When I called to schedule the service, my date preference was accommodated, and Carl contacted me with an arrival time on the day of the service. His treatment of the nests was just as thorough as his documentation, and he carefully cleaned the splatter left behind by the bees, pointing out to me one of the older areas that had embedded residue that could not be scrubbed away so that I would be aware of it. I entered a job on Angie's List Saturday afternoon and received a call from Corey within 30 minutes. He provided an estimate (birds in the exhaust vent) and scheduled a service call for Monday afternoon. On Monday, Troy called me one hour before his scheduled arrival time to confirm the appointment. Troy introduced himself upon arrival and asked me to describe the bird activity around the exhaust vent, including the specific time of day. After examining the vent and the surrounding area, he provided a few options to address the problem. Once I selected a solution (wire covering for each exhaust vent), Troy and Chris immediately started working and completed the task very quickly. On Friday evening, we heard the distinct sound of some sort of animal inside the wall in our living room. Our cats were just glued to the wall for an hour as we listened to the noises make their way up to the attic through the wall. I spent the entire time on the phone calling every wildlife removal company I could find. Raven was the first company to call me back first thing Saturday morning, and sent Carl out later that day. He was thorough and professional, and quickly determined we had mice in the attic. He showed us photos of their burrows, which were sent to us in a very detailed visit summary afterwards. He discussed the safety of the treatment process, since I have small children in the house. By the followup visit a week later, we had heard no more noises from the attic. This week will mark the second follow up, and hopefully we will be rodent-free by that point!

I have a small house with a HUGE mouse problem. Having a 1month-old baby and a dog, it's scary thinking what could happen if the mice get in the baby's crib or the dog catches one by chance, because they carry diseases. They completely destroyed our bed, our clothes, got into our stove... everything you could imagine, they've managed to destroy or at least contaminate. After they chewed through a brand new box of diapers, I got fed up and told my fiance we need to get an exterminator ASAP. I called yesterday and spoke with a representative who set up an appointment today for Jon to come out and inspect my house so we could see what the damage was and the cost to get rid of the mice... Jon was absolutely AMAZING!!! He got here on time, called me to let me know he was almost here so I wasn't watching out the window like the dog waiting for the mailman... and he made sure he got EVERYTHING. When he was checking the house during the inspection, he literally checked every nook and cranny, found places in my house I didn't even know existed. It was definitely a no-brainer that they were truly THE BEST. He explained everything as he was walking through, showed me exactly what he was doing and where he was putting everything so I knew it was safe for my dog and my baby. He told me exactly what needs to be done to keep them out once he gets rid of them, which is great because it shows that Raven T&PC cares about their customers and wants to make sure the pests really don't come back. I was initially scared to schedule an exterminator to come while my fiance was at work because sometimes you'll get people who are just trying to make as much money as they can so they'll tell you anything to take advantage, but as soon as Jon got here I felt relieved... I had a very good experience with Raven Termite and Pest Control to rid squirrels from my attic. My son named the squirrels, Ann and Oy! Put those names together and you get "annoy". The squirrels were very annoying as they scampered throughout the attic. You would also hear them gnawing on wood. Raven Termite and Pest Control put a stop to that by installing trap doors at the openings where the squirrels were entering the attic. The trap doors allowed the squirrels to leave, but they could not get back in to the attic. Hallelujah, thanks to Raven Termite and Pest Control the problem is solved. After a given time to allow the squirrels to leave, Raven Termite and Pest Control came back to seal up the holes. I am no longer going "nuts" over the squirrel issue at my home.
