Brad the pest control guy told us about the package we ordered. He told us that he was going to be spraying the outside of our house and the shed. We explained that we told the sales person that we also wanted the inside of our home done too. He showed us what the salesperson wrote and that it didn’t say anything about the inside. But that he would be happy to do it. He was very professional and he got the work done in a timely manner, he gave us all the info we needed to know about the products that they were spraying and that it wasn’t harmful to our cats which was our main concern It was a good experience with the company and we recommend them. I reached out to Frontline Pest Control for a persistent rodent and bug issue, and after three services, I no longer have any issues. I’m very happy with their services. They are very professional and organized, and Antonio who’s been in charge of the routine check-ins has been doing a fantastic job! I highly recommend him and the company.

The technicians are helpful most of the time, I’ve only had one that wasn’t. However, the treatment doesn’t last the entire duration between services, and you have to wait on hold for a while each time you call between services.
Also, each service is a little pricey, and they ask you to tip your technician on top of it—which tells me they aren’t paying their technicians well enough without tips.

We've been using Frontline for years for our termites and removing hornet nests. They seem to like a particular bush. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for Wayne to come out and remove a huge hornet nest that my husband had accidentally found in a bush up front by using the lawn mower. Wayne used a long pole with what looked like a round duster at the end then played tag with the hornet's nest. It was very entertaining to watch him hit the bush and shake around and on(?) the nest then run away. Now the nest is broken into tiny little pieces. Thanks Wayne!

My email to this company after the notification of services was placed on my door.:
Will need you to come back to spray in the basement and 1st floor as we were not here when your reps performed the service. We did not have adequate time from notification to get back to you to set up a time for service. Never come during the week again as we work regular hours. All services will need to be on a Saturday that we arrange to our schedules or we will have to switch to a company that prides itself in working with the owner/customer on doable appointments.
We will pay for the complete service only after the complete service is completed. Thanks. I recommend reaching out to us to setup that return service call. Also, if we decide to continue with your company, send the contact emails at least 3-4 weeks in advance.

The only thing that I would have him do different is call when he was on his way, with an ETA. I took off work and he was running behind. It happens but a phone call would have gone a long way. They were not pushy and explained what they had to offer and were very up front about the costs. During the execution of the treatment of my yard today, they went above my expectations to ensure the ticks do not enter my back yard. They are also on call as well, they told me if my tick and spider problem continues between treatments, to call them and the visit is free. Seems like a great company thus far.

Ethan was wonderful! He went above and beyond- even spraying for bugs by the wooded area in my back yard where a lot of the bugs come from. He answered all of my questions really clearly and explained even more than I asked for added transparency and professionalism. I met Adam just yesterday who started me off with the company and he was friendly and engaging too and they came to spray my house only a day later. Talk about quick and efficient! And bonus- they are so friendly and easy to talk to, it's like having a friend stop by!

Our service tech is very pleasant and super thorough. We contracted Frontline because we have a new construction home that was previously farm land and started seeing lots of bugs inside and out. I had no idea that when I bought into this house there was a “problem”. I googled exterminators and I found “FRONTLINE”. They are very professional group, from the Front Office to their Field Representatives. We personally haven’t had any issues in almost a year but we still have them visit every 3 to 6 months just to make sure we’re good in the hood... If you know what I mean!
In addition, if you have the maintenance plan that I have—> if problem arises in between the three months, they come out for free.
Check them out! You won’t be disappointed!!!

My technician Jeff Jacobs came within the 2 hour window. He was used his shoe covers in the house. My concern was of mice. I saw one in our garage weeks ago and wanted to know if it had gotten inside my house as well the trap hasn’t caught anything. I did not know prior to today how mouse stool looked. He showed me and I followed him while he inspected the house. He taught me how they can morph their bodies along with how long it will take for them to expire after eating the bait. I hate rodents and was appalled they made their way into my pantry. He was nice enough to pull out my refrigerator and service behind it as well as my attic. He also filled multiple entry holes outside my house. I’m very grateful he took his time and explained all he did. He knows his craft and is very pleasant. I am glad I switched from Aptive to Frontline. Even the mosquito treatments we received in the summer allowed us to go outside more this year. Thank you again to Jeff. I wish he could be assigned to my home for all the quarterly treatments. Happy customer!!!

We have been with frontline for 10 years. Purchased contract 2 days after moving in. We lived in a family ranch home on a semi wooded lot. Frontline did regular service as well as responded to any immediate attention needed outside of regular service. One technician will show up and be very thorough - spraying every nook and cranny, changing traps and whatnot - and another will show up and barely spend 10 min doing his job. Have yet to see consistency. And being that they have switched from 2 month service to 4 month service you would expect them to be more of the former not the latter.

We have been customers of Frontline for several years. We recently saw evidence of mice. I called for someone to come out. I received a message that the person would be out at 2:50 with a window of two hours.I called to confirm this time and information. I got off work early, rushed home and was home prior to 2:50 and found a Frontline bag on my door with two sticky traps. Seriously!! I can buy those myself. I thought you all were for "pest control". Called to complain and was told someone else would be out by 6 pm. Sitting around waiting.....It is a quarter to six. Guess who is going to find another legit pest control company!

I left a message on the main office line with a list of complaints late Thursday night. Bright and early the next day, Victoria Lawrence (customer service rep) called me back. I give this 4 stars, not because of the technician, he was great and did a wonderful job. He was also very professional and respectful. The reason I didn't give a five star review is because I had this appt scheduled for the day before. I allowed for the two hour window because I understand traffic is unpredictable, and sometimes other appts run late, or there's a simple mechanical problem. What I don't understand is why no one calls to let the homeowner know of said problem and the appt will need to be rescheduled. It's inexcusable to leave the homeowner hanging wondering when or if the technician is going to arrive. We have lives and other responsibilities as well, and to lose a whole afternoon because of either laziness or the lack of respect to the customer is not customer service.

We've been customers for several years now and we're happy we made the decision to join. Our main motive for initiating the service was for ticks. We have two dogs and since Frontline has been coming to the house the number of ticks on the dogs and in house has been reduced to a negligible amount. One service aspect I really like is that Frontline will come out and perform a between cycle application if ticks etc...are found in the back yard. I notified the company but never received a written response. They also like to come out when it is raining and if I don’t call back to get re-treated, it is a waste of my money. We don’t usually pay for services like this before trying to do it ourselves... and believe me we tried! We had an issue with spiders and ants. Our kids woke up with bites and that was the last straw. Literally after the first treatment, (which was incredibly thorough), there was no sign of anything again. We found dead spiders around the walls but nothing living whatsoever. Since then and with the maintenance, there’s been nothing else. It is obvious that management handpicks their employees and has very high standards for the company. They take each job seriously and if there are ever concerns they do not take them lightly. Everything was handled respectfully and promptly and we are very grateful!
