We found Procare because we had squirrel and rat infestation when we left the house unoccupied for a couple of months They came in quick set traps and eliminated the problem. We liked their service so much we switched out our monthly bug treatment service. Brandon came today and exemplified the quality of employees this company uses he was friendly, personable efficient and took care of the home inside and out. Best move we could have made. Can't recommend them enough. Ask for a Brandon if you have a chance he's great.

Our technician's name was Darrian and he was very thorough and explained what he was doing along the way. He even scheduled a follow up for one of the pests he treated for. I had an ant infestation I’ve been dealing with for about a year. I used pest control products that I found in the store, which held off the ants for some time, but then they resurfaced this past month after the rain. I went ahead and bought the same pest control that I use last time to keep the ants at bay but this time it didn’t work, and the ants were just showing up out of nowhere in my bathroom and in a cupboard and I couldn’t figure it out. So I got online and search for pest control agencies and found pro care. I called them and the representative that I spoke to. I forgot her name. I think her name was Julie or Julia. She was very nice very friendly explain the whole process to me and what to expect when the exterminator shows up. She let me know that Sean would be my exterminator and he’s really good at his job. Sean shows up today on time in a great mood and just gets right to it. Before he even examines my home he explained to me everything that he’s going to do and the reason for it. He kept me in the loop the whole way through and was very quick and efficient as I work from home so I didn’t want something that took all day. Sean was very knowledgeable and very friendly and I will definitely request for him again for my next pest treatment.

I’m extremely impressed with Mitch and Procare pest control. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He was friendly and very informative about the insect wildlife around my home. Mitch has a true passion and talent for what he does. He was quickly spotting spiders, explaining their history, names, gender, habitat and breeding cycles. He helped explain what he could do to help cut down the number around our home and also explained what we could do as well. We have used the competition in the past and it was just a waste of time and money. I’d highly recommend Procare Pest Control and Mitch over any competition.

Decided to start the New Year with a new pest exterminator Procare. I really like the personal touch from the owner John Ely when setting up the service. He answered all my questions and gave some great price incentives to our community to give Procare a try. My first service appointment tech Zach came out today and was professional, prompt, courteous, and thorough. Definitely satisfied so far!

We’ve had service from Procare for several years. They have always provided excellent service for general pest control and termite baiting stations. We’ve also had the dreaded bed bug infestation which they helped eradicate quickly and completely. Their service goes beyond quarterly treatments. They have always encouraged us to call them back if we have any further problem. Happily that has never been necessary. I have not met one of their service technicians who wasn’t friendly, pleasant and someone I was comfortable with having in my home. They’re even nice to my dog. Not a big thing but it matters to me. Their pricing scale has been below or equal to all other pest control providers we have been in contact with. I would highly recommend Procare Pest Control to anyone for a specific problem or just general maintenance.

On the downside, he is a bit forgetful as he forgot to bring the pesticide to fumigate the inside of my house and he ran a bit late when he said he was coming at a certain time. We chose ProCare 3 years ago because they really do provide the solutions & the best service! The technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable & go above & beyond our expectations. Our home is very wooded we had many problems with scorpions, field mice, big nasty spiders, earwigs & venomous centipedes. Zach came out and sprayed for Mosquitoes. It has been nice to go in my backyard and not have mosquitoes attack. I feel better my dogs and cats are a little more protected. I generally get my cats in from outside before a Service, today I did not. Zach came to my door and reminded me. I appreciate him thinking of their safety that means alot to me. My roommates truck has ants although there is no food or a reason they should be going in her truck, he treated in the area she parks. Thank You!

I have taken the service from ProCare Pest. There were a lot of ants and spiders inside and around the house. After their treatment, these have been greatly reduced. The technician Chris is very professional and really a nice person to talk to, and he was very detailed in explaining the behavior of the bugs and how they treat them. We originally signed with ProCare for the guarnteed mosquitoe treatments. They had a tough start because we were already in the middle of mosquitoe season last year when we signed up but they made it happen. They had to come out a few extra times, which were included with the service, but they got it under control. This year since they started early we have seen very few. The techs are amazing! They will work around your schedule, explain everything they are doing and make sure if you need anything else they will make it happen. Overall we have had a great experience with ProCare. Would highly recommend.

Tyler was canvassing the neighborhood & explained to me the Procare service. He was not pushy & left me his information & e-mailed me the contract & what it covered. The next day I did a lot of research & decided to hire the company. Today was my appointment with Mack the service provider. When he arrived he listened to the pest problems (scorpions, Black Widows & black ants) I was having as I walked him through our home & yard (the backyard is woods). He told me his game plan & got started. I walked with him & he explained what he was applying & what the outcome will be. He was very efficient, polite & knew his stuff!!!! He sprayed the attic, garage, the main level & the front & back yard! I also liked that there was no odor & it was non toxic to children & pets! Mack was awesome!!! Moe I am adding to my review about the manager Ian who followed up on my service to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. I had some more questions in dealing with the woods that is right outside my back door (we moved from Syracuse, NY where there is not a big bug population) so this was all new to me. His information was a lesson on the life in the South! He even came to the house & did a treatment for the mosquitoes! I am so pleased with the quality of customer service & employees! William was absolutely amazing. He told me, down to the minute, when he was going to show up. He was extremely friendly but also extraordinarily professional. William got a huge hornets nest down successfully at the top of our second story window, and also professionally and humanely got rid of a rat and all of her babies from my outdoor grill. He literally had to take my grill apart, humanely take the rats away, and he even put it back together when done! William is a definite asset to this company and I highly recommend them in every way.

We have always had excellent customer service from ProCare. We have used them for a few years now and are extremely pleased with our service. They text you days before they come and you can ask them to look at any new issues. They came out twice just to fix my carpenter bee and wasp issues and actually called us afterward to make sure it was still fixed. Josh just spend 15 minutes with me listening and spraying the areas of concern outside, then checked back with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Just had my first treatment of my house and yard today and the service tech was awesome! His name was Mark Daniel! (Maybe a long lost cousin or something since we have the same last name ) but he definitely answered any questions I had about the appointment and treatments, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Freaking amazing!!!! I switched from Northwest and wish I had done it sooner!!! Not only is it about a 40% price decrease....the service and materials they use are BETTER! They communicate SO much better than other pest services and even email pictures of what they did. They are the first company that wanted to go in our attic to spray and let us know honestly what they noticed. Justin did any amazing job and was very thorough. John and Ally were so kind on the phone and answered all my questions! They really care about their employees and their customers and they use plant based products safe for kids and pets. They stand by their work! They installed termite stations at our house when they took over our termite service in addition to general pest control and mosquito elimination. After they installed our termite stations, we noticed a leak in our irrigation system. I called John at ProCare , who is actually the owner, and he responded to the issue immediately, and fixed the issue with the irrigation system the next day. That goes to show that ProCare stands by their work!! We have been with ProCare for at least 7 years, and are extremely happy with the great service that we continue to receive!!!

ProCare is a wonderful company. Their technicians have always been kind and courteous whenever they come over. I have dealt with many other big name pest companies that make excuses and don't honor the contracts once signed. Procare is completely opposite and are always on top of your service. There was no change in pest volume after 3 treatments. The initial service was for both, exterior and interior treatment and yielded no reasonable change in the pests in and around my home. The second treatment was administered with no prior contact and therefore no arrangement was made to provide access to the interior spaces, resulting in an exterior treatment only. This actually resulted in an increase in pests within my home. I called to request an additional interior treatment due to this, which was scheduled for 8/13 at 5p.m. I received a call from the technician at 2:26p.m. informing me that he was at my home for my scheduled appointment. Obviously this treatment had to be rescheduled due to the technician arriving at the incorrect time. The appointment was rescheduled for 8/14 at 5p.m. which turned out to be an incomplete treatment due to the technician having insufficient equipment, claiming the equipment he needed had been stolen from his truck in the Home Depot parking lot, earlier that day. Over the next 3 days, my wife and I had to kill live bugs on 5 separate occasions; 2 roaches in my 2 year old’s bedroom, 1 roach in the master shower, and 2 spiders in webs spanning between the baseboards and floor of the guest bath. All of these areas had just been treated directly. After calling to cancel due the aforementioned reasons, I was informed that the district manager would like the opportunity to personally come perform another treatment to ensure the quality and demonstrate that ProCare is the correct company for my needs. This appointment was scheduled for 8/23 at 1p.m. which resulted in nearly $200 in lost wages due to having to take off work. By 1:53p.m., the manager had still not arrived, nor had he made an attempt to contact me to inform me that he would be late. When I contacted the office, I was told that I was on his route but that she could not explain why he had missed the appointment, nor why I had not been contacted and that she would try to locate him. The details listed here are examples of a completely unprofessional and incompetent operation and therefore, in direct contrast with the stipulations of our agreement. I will pay the outstanding $79 for the “treatment” we received but, due to the time lost at work, the insufficient service, service that did not take place at all, and the incompetent and unprofessional manner with which ProCare treats customers, will not be paying the $149.00 cancellation fee. UPDATE: Within an hour of posting this review I was contacted by the owner. He was the exact opposite of my experience. He displayed the utmost professionalism and was happy to waive the cancellation fee and even offered to come provide another free treatment in an attempt to retain my business. Rating changed from 1 to 3 stars simply because the experience was still less than positive but the attitude and personal contact from the owner deserves recognition.

Our termite stations are not easy to check! It's very hilly, muddy and rocky in our yard but he did a great job and was polite and thorough.
