I did a google search of best termite company's in my area and Absolute Exterminating company was listed. I then put in my information to have a company contact me and within an hour, Calvin, from Absolute Exterminating contacted me and we scheduled an appointment to complete a free estimate that same day. First off, I was impressed because I noticed that when describing my termite situation to Calvin over the phone he was very professional and informative about different options that he could present to me when he came to do the estimate. Once Calvin arrived, he was very competent and knowledgeable and provided me with a plethora of information about termites so much that I feel like I can teach a termite class myself now (Lol)! He was also able to answer all of my questions and even provided me with some wise and honest advice regarding how to best handle my termite situation. Once I made my decision to utilize Absolute, Calvin and his wife, completed installing Advanced Termite Bait Stations all around my property and drill treated my slab. I even decided to leave my current franchised named exterminating company and utilize Absolute Exterminating to do my pest control treatments as well. Calvin not only treated the inside and outside of my home for pest, but sealed off certain entry points where pest could get in and cleaned away all spider webs and dirt that he came across leaving my home with a new and clean smell and look, which no exterminating company has ever done for me! To put the icing on the cake he gave me 2 cakes as token of customer appreciation for utilizing his company!!!! I have attached some pictures to see the AWESOME job Calvin did and I would without a doubt HIGHLY recommend Absolute Exterminating as they are professional, knowledgeable, honest and most of all affordable! Today I had the most pleasant experience of getting my home exterminating plan for my home. The owner, Calvin , and his worker came over to evaluate my needs and desires for my pest control for my home. After a thorough examination and plan just to fit my home , I received the best service ever. A plan was set for termites, interior and exterior spraying, cleaning of webs and other bugs. The best exterminator services, hands down. I called Calvin for a snake removal, once I seen how professional he was, and on time. That was a A+ in my book. After snake removal which took only 3 minutes maybe, he educated me on how to prevent and be proactive so snakes would not come back. I started to tell him things that I had to get taken care of and without hesitation Calvin said I can provide those services as well. Which he had a team to clean up my basement, repair things around my home, seal entryways so I wouldn’t have no more problems and also did other things around my home that I needed done without me asking him. The gentleman that answered name was Calvin. He listened to my problem and came to my house within 30 minutes as he stated he would. What I loved about the entire service was that Calvin had so much knowledge about my issue. He was very determined and without hesitation he was able to solve my need. I have a partner that has an extremely low tolerance for pests and Calvin was able to come that same day. He took his time examining our interior and exterior where he explained he believes in stopping pests at their source. Calvin is awesome. I was having a roach visitation every night, and I called Calvin. He came quickly and did an inspection. He and his son even cleaned the sides of my stove where food was stuck (it was really gross). The treatment they performed was really effective and they came back every month for a reasonable price. Now I never see a live roach and only a dead one that came in from outside once a month or less. I highly recommend this business for price, effectiveness, and caring work with a great personality!

Absolute Exterminating Services is THE BEST!! I was having issues with millipedes in my basement and called several pest control companies. I needed the issue resolved immediately, as I had guests arriving over the next couple of days. After speaking with Calvin, and telling him about my issue, he was able to come out that same day to take a look at my property. Instead of just selling me on a pest control management plan, which other companies tried to do, he was very honest and transparent with me in letting me know that pest control services alone would not totally resolve my issue. After viewing my problem area, he saw that I had gaps in between my base boards and floors, as well as a tiny opening at the bottom of my basement door. He highly recommended that I get these areas sealed, and that would most likely solve my issue, to my delight he offered to do this for me. Knowing that I needed this issue resolved asap, he squeezed me into his schedule on Monday (4th of July holiday) when several other companies were closed. He and his partner arrived promptly and got to work with sealing off my base boards throughout the perimeter of my basement, closing the gap in my door, and cleaning and wiping down several floors and walls. In addition, they inspected my entire property thoroughly filling in additional holes and gaps behind furniture, appliances, etc. and cleaned, sanitized, and sprayed for extra security. I was already amazed by the superior job and attention to detail from Calvin and his partner, however, to put icing on the cake, while they were here, they also installed a light fixture, curtain rods, and a door bell. Totally a one-stop shop for ALL of my needs. The personal and tailored care speaks volumes, and I will never go with anyone else. You will not find anyone else who goes above and beyond to the level of Absolute Exterminating Services! Please give them a call before you go with anyone else.

I love to give praise when it is due! I called Absolute on Friday morning to request a consult and estimate for termite extermination services. The response was swift and immediate. I was texted when the team was in route with an ETA which was great because I was out and had to let them know I was going to be late arriving. They waited. The team arrived professionally dressed, properly identified, etc. The consultation was very detailed accompanied with data, research, options for servicing and an enticing offer. Totally different experience from my now former big box service provider. I probably know more about insects, the regulatory business requirements and the extermination process than is necessary but knowledge is power. My husband and I have a major problem with rats in the house and the attic we are currently renting. They were extremely courteous, professional, efficient, on time and very knowledgable. They didn’t leave our house until we felt comfortable even it it meant staying until 10:30pm (which they did). They were also very conscientious in protecting the workspace and did an immaculate clean up. They moved everything out, vacuumed and sanitized. They looked for places that rats might be coming in, and used netting to cover up any holes and sealed up holes as well. I’ve never seen someone work with such passion in making sure you are taken care of at all cost. I called on a Tuesday and had to call him back the next day, and he actually remembered talking to me without even knowing my name. Mr. Calvin had one of his employees, Randolph, come out the next day to address an issue I was having with spiders. He was kind and very knowledgable. Added Bonus is he covered his shoes before entering my home and also had on a mask. I haven't seen a spider since. I don’t know where to begin! I had been having an increase in spiders, wasps, ants and their mounds, mosquitos, you name it! I had been saying to myself I needed to get someone out and kept putting it off until I truly got fed up. I went to google and searched for black owned extermination companies and came across Absolute Exterminating Services and it was the absolute best thing! I was online at 6am, knowing they business didn’t open until 9am, I placed an request for a quote and received a call from Mr. Calvin by 9:14am. I explained my concerns and he said he had a pretty booked day but he would see if he could fit me in and he called my back by 3pm saying he could be to me by 6pm and he did just that. Calvin and Nigel (his nephew) came and before they ever rang my door bell, they already assessed the visible problems on my exterior. They pointed several wasp nest under my gutters and any mounds in my front yard. When I tell you the level of knowledge and expertise Mr. Calvin comes with, will totally bring you comfort, I know it did me. They came into my home wearing shoe covers and not only got to know me but also my children and my dogs, all members of my family were the center focal for safety. I was referred to them by a friend, when in the midst of an ant crisis that my leasing office pretty much dismissed. I need to let all you folks know about Absolute Exterminators!! This company is exceptional on so many levels. I have had a rodent problem for over a year. I tried, at first, to deal with it myself and things got way worse! I called one exterminator and he assessed the problem and did a little bit of bait setting, took my check and when I called to let him know things were worse, he scheduled an appointment, didn’t show and never even called. Then I found Calvin and his utterly dedicated crew!!!!! Calvin came in ,assessed everything, set up traps and then sat down with me and took all the time I needed to understand the level of my problem and what the true solution actually entailed. He was patient with me and incredibly knowledgeable about all the aspects of .....rat infestation! Yes, I hated to even think of it as such...but that is what I HAD. I say had because Absolute is absolutely ridding my home of this issue! In the first two weeks since I have known these wonderful people, they have checked on traps DAILY ,sealed holes and openings and moved appliances to seal gaps around plumbing, etc!!! My home was built in the 1920s and time and gravity have worn it out, but Calvin and. Co. are updating us! As happy as I am to know this problem is ending....I am going to miss seeing these folks! If you have ever had extensive work done on your home, you know how difficult it can be to have folks in your house, but , believe me, the Absolute folks not only worked around my three grandchildren and two aging persnickety dogs.....they were gentle with the dogs and charming with my grandchildren! Calvin and his team really helped us out these past weeks when we found out we had a rat problem in our crawlspace. I found Absolute Exterminating Services from his other Yelp reviews, and they were completely accurate. He and his team are great communicators - clearly explaining the process and steps they'd take to trap, clean up, close up the crawlspace and attic and complete the job. They were very flexible with our schedule and even worked over the weekend/late on weeknights if the schedule warranted it and permitted. He also has warranted the work so that if any of those little guys come back, he'll also come back to deal with them. For pricing, I really don't know what the going rate was, and while I was surprised at the bill, it really covers their hard work to get up high to deal with the attic, get low under that nasty crawlspace, and deal with things I prefer not to think about, let alone deal with. All in all - it was so wonderful to work with Calvin and team on such an unpleasant task! I'd heartily recommend Absolute Exterminating Services to anyone!

They walked me through every step of what they would be doing and even cleaned up any mess they made along with a few rodent droppings that were already there! They put my belongings back under the cabinet neatly as if it was their own house. Things like that mean a lot because it shows that that they care. They were respectful of my home and they made me feel a more at ease because no one likes unwelcome critters. The last exterminator (from a different company) that came out, sealed up a hole or two and left a mess behind him and the sealant is an eye sore. He had to install a one way trap so that once the squirrel exited the roof he could not return. For starters, the customer service that I received was second to none!!! I am a healthcare provider, and strive to render excellent health care and customer service in the process. To actually see and receive what I am constantly reminding my team to provide to our patients on a daily basis was ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE! When I called, I expected to get an appointment for at least a week or so later....Calvin actually told me he would come out later the same day. Then when I wasn't able to make it home in time, I called, expecting to be rescheduled for another day. Instead, he gave me his cell and told me to call when I was almost home. He came over, provided his service in a timely and professional manner, and then requested that I call if I see anything crawling around. Well, I called him, and guess what? He actually was going to come back out on Labor Day!!! UNBELIEVABLE, right??? I requested another day and again, the company came back out and handled business. Today, was my 1 month follow up. Unfortunately, I was not home for the appointment, and again, he just came back later. By far, this has been the BEST experience that I have EVER had as it relates to paying some one to provide a service. Absolute exterminating was amazing. They went above and beyond. They just left my house in Canton at 10:00pm they arrived at 4:00 and worked non stop. We had a rodent problem. Not only did they seal off every possible entrance for a rodent to get in they even went and bought a chainsaw and cut down a tree and branches. Cleaned my gutters and raked the lawn up. After moving into my house a few weeks ago, I recently found a birds nest over my porch. Afraid that their may be an egg in it, I dare not to disturb it. However the birds at night started to drive me crazy. After contacting Calvin about it, he came out two days later to not only remove the nest, but also install spikes over both of my pillars to prevent the birds from building again. So...there's this guy named Calvin...and he is FANTASTIC!!!
