I had been battling a yellow jacket problem all summer with bees under the siding of house and was losing the battle. One visit from Richard solved the problem. Efficient and very reasonable cost.

Richard came out to remove an active bald-faced hornet nest from our back porch. It was small, but right near a door our family often uses. He came out same-day (which happened to be a holiday!) and took care of it very quickly. Smooth and easy working with him - highly recommend calling the pros!

They were absolutely the best. We had a Bald-Faced Hornets nest that was about 15" tall by 8" wide attached under the eve of our house. It was an extremely active nest. We called Blue Ridge on a Friday and they scheduled us for Monday. They were right on time, removed the nest and captured the bees that escaped during the process. That evening we looked at the location where the nest was located and there was only one bee left. the next morning it was gone. They did a great job cleaning up the area were the nest was attached and the area below. It was a great experience. Their price was real fair. Thank you guys for the amazing work!!!

First of all, this my first Google review I've done because they deserve it. A great couple of guys. Super friendly and took the huge bald face hornet nest out in minutes. They were super responsive when I messaged them right from their "get a quote feature" from their Google business card in search. I contacted them on a Saturday and were here Sunday afternoon. They also beat their competitors' quotes by a lot. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you want it done quickly.

They were absolutely fantastic! On a Sunday they decided to come out within a couple hours and remove a whole nest from my ceiling and less than an hour. Hundred bucks for the whole thing and absolutely worth it! Great puns and very professional. I will use them again soon. Well hopefully not but if I have to I will lol

Very much appreciate these guys! Had something buzzing around my home and they were quick to investigate and fix. They were helpful over the phone in identifying the source of the buzzing - yellowjackets - YIKES! They were over in about 30 minutes and within an hour or so, they took care of the problem. They also helped to identify the source and a solution. I wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys again. Thanks!

We own a property near Canton and it has an old house that has been vacant for years. Bees were around the chimney of the house, but we never really thought too much about them, and we even had a bee keeper tell us that the bees wouldn't live for more than a year or so there. Wrong! They were there for at least six years, and we are in the process of selling the property, so we needed to get rid of the bees and hive, but didn't want to harm them. I contacted Richard and Dave and they came out right away to have a look at the problem. They said they could remove the bees and honeycomb from the wall of the house. They were there when they said they would be there, did the job, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They showed up at dark when all the bees were back in the hive and had to work with light from a generator because the property has no power. I might add that it's July, and it's hot, also. I felt really badly because they both were stung numerous times while in the process. They came back the next day and sealed up the places where straggler bees might enter. There is NO WAY I would do what they do for the money they charge. I even got a couple of pints of honey from their efforts! My hat is off to Dave and Richard! I appreciate their work and their expertise with bees, which are vital to our agriculture. These guys are doing a real service to our farming community and I highly recommend their services.

Thank you for the great experience! Incredibly responsive, managed to get back to me within a few hours even while on vacation! Incredibly professional and took the time to explain the process/taught me quite a bit about wasps/hornets in general, which I appreciated. On a recent Sunday night, bees starting buzzing in our fireplace and coming out into our bedroom…a few, then more, then more. Not knowing what to do, we called our Terminix representative and were told, “We don’t do bees.” Disconcerted, I began calling numbers for bee removal companies and, fortunately, found Blue Ridge Bee Removal. Richard calmed me down and advised me on how to handle the issue that night so that we could feel safe sleeping in the room. Throughout the week, Richard was accessible to me (and kind, patient and reassuring) as we worked to determine whether we were up against a bee problem which required his company’s help onsite or a swarm of bees which would go away. We could not be more impressed with Blue Ridge Bee Removal or more appreciative of their help to our family. We will recommend this company to everyone we know who is in need of bee removal and an example of the way in which the best service businesses operate.
