Living on the ground floor of building comes with it's challenges, especially when it comes to bugs and insects. It seems like I have a new species each year testing my pest protection barriers, but for the past three years, the treatments from Pest Chase Services have kept them at bay. They use the green treatment indoors and the regular treatment around my place. The technicians are professinal, wear shoe covers (that they put on inside because otherwise what is the point), and are very receptive and listen to what you need to address your.areas of concern. Pest Chase is also very flexible with scheduling appointments and has personable customer service. I highly recommend this company; you will not be disappointed.

I found this business based on it's very strong Yelp reviews and the accompanying comments. I found my experience lived up to expectations and more. The owner is very honest and knowledgable about his craft. He will take the time to personally talk through your concerns - and will set expectations accordingly. He is not just hungry for business and will do everything he can to do right by his customer. In my experiences so far I have seen significant improvement in my experience, as well as a helpful diagnostic from Jess to inform where I can seal off entryways. I am very pleased with this business and could not recommend more highly!

Sundar and the team at Pest Chase are truly exceptional. They do a great job and keep the pests away, and their concern for the customer is outstanding. As an example, I sent an email outside their office hours to ask about some tiny bugs we started seeing in our home, and Sundar gave me a call within the hour to ask about the situation and determine whether it was appropriate to schedule an urgent treatment. Sundar is always incredibly polite, his technicians phone ahead and demonstrate attention to detail on the day of service, and it's immediately obvious that they really care about the customer.

I reached out to Pest Chase in order to fulfill our end-of-lease cleaning responsibilities as tenants. They were easy to schedule an appointment with (and they are punctual!) and were flexible due to our inability to be present during the time of service. I was able to provide them with simple instructions to find and use a key to access the property, execute their pest services, lock the door, and then notify me once the service had been completed. Sundar was accessible via phone and very responsive. He made this process and service very enjoyable and easy! I will definitely be keeping Pest Chase in mind if I ever need pest services in the future, and I will recommend him and his company to friends and family.

5 Stars. We used Pest Chase for a move out treatment required by our landlord. They were extremely friendly and responsive. They gave us a 1PM-6PM window and we called at around 11AM on that day to see if there was anyway they could come sooner and they went out of their way. They checked around for nearby techs and were able to come within 35 minutes. Treatment took about 5 minutes total. Highly recommend!

I’ve been extremely happy with Pest Chase Pest control. I got them as a referral and called and Sundar was very detailed with the services they provide and what I might need as well as what I wouldn’t need. Which I appreciated since it saved me from paying for something I didn’t need. Arthur was my technician and he was great. Got a text 20 minutes before he would arrive. On time, we discussed what services I was getting and what he would be doing and that I would need to be outside the house for a few hours after the treatment. I signed up for a year and just finished my regular follow up. The great thing was Sam called me the day before and while we were talking gave some good information on COVID related pest issues (mice). He really took the extra time to discuss with me. Arthur was on time and we confirmed what treatment was being performed. These guys really pay attention to you as a valued customer. I usually don't leave reviews, especially long reviews, but I've had a great experience with this gem of a company. I called Pest Chase and Sundar, the business owner, answered the phone. This is a small family owned business and I was impressed from the first call throughout. Sundar was very attentive in hearing me out and answering my questions regarding pest control. He gave me a rough quote over the phone based on the information and square footage I was giving him. He explained the products the company can use (regular and green products). He asked if kids and pets were in the home which was very thoughtful. A time was scheduled and he came to meet my husband and I and to see the home beforehand to give us an accurate quote (free) for the work to be done. Sundar came across as a very honest, knowledgable, and trustworthy person and I felt his workers would be likewise and so far they haven't proven us wrong. We agreed on the cost and signed a contract and from there were notified of the date and time of the treatment. On the day of treatment, we were contacted via text message to alert us of the estimated arrival time. Those whom we've seen are all very pleasant, professional, and on-time ready to work. We are very pleased with the quality of work that they've done. Whenever we've called, Sundar has been very responsive in answering questions. Even when he's asked me to text him he's responded very timely and will call back promptly to answer the question(s). I love this about his company! Excellent service! Several rooms of our home were invaded by flying ants in 2018. We purchased products from Home Depot and sprayed the interior areas, but the ants were not detoured. We spent mornings frantically vacuuming ants before work. It was terrible! My husband found Pest Chase on Yelp. Their yearly plan--with quarterly treatments--is very reasonably priced, communication in scheduling treatments is easy, our concerns are listened to and met, the technician arrives as scheduled, and most important to us... the flying ants have not returned. Contacted them on a Monday about a few bugs in my kitchen. My home was serviced by the owner on that Wednesday, and I haven't seen a bug since. He explained that these bugs often come in on cardboard from warehouse stores and don't you know it, I just recently had some in my kitchen. He really knows his stuff. What I really liked about these guys is that they follow the instructions on the chemicals to the letter. I have had exterminators come to the house before and never ask if a pregnant woman lived there, never ask about how old my kids are, never tell me what to keep my cats away for 3 hours. But he did all of this. These guys know their business. And they want to keep you and your family safe. I was very impressed. I typically don't buy the year service with an exterminator, but I did this time. I think it's important to keep small businesses in business, because you just don't get this kind of customer service from a big company. Following up on that... After 3 treatments I felt my property was pest free and I didn't need the last quarterly treatment that I pre-paid for. So, I called the owner and asked to donate my last treatment to someone who couldn't afford it. Well... six months later the owner called me and said a local woman's charity had some pest control needs, but didn't have the money to afford it, so they used my balance to cover a portion of the charity's cost, then they covered the remaining balance themselves. Talk about an upstanding business. It's been months, they didn't have to call me. They could have kept the money and I would be none the wiser. But instead they followed up to share with me how my donation was spent. I will give all my pest control business to Pest Chase. Unfortunately they did such a great job last time, i haven't needed them back.
