Rickey came out for Weed & Pest control he was Professional and paid attention to detail, he went over & beyond, he was not able to spray my weeds that day because of the rain so he took it upon himself to pulled the front yard weeds for me as a Gesture of Good Will which was super helpful. He came out a different day to spray the backyard weeds and as I watched he sprayed every single weed I had, which was quite a few Rickey cares about his Customers! I needed an inside check for small ants in my bathroom area and Ricky who is the best found some in the kitchen as well. They were coming in in the strangest place, but he professionally treated them and safely for my pet. He always does an extremely professional job and goes the extra mile to make sure it is done well. I never have a call back for problems and the company is responsive if like this time I need an inside treatment. I would not consider using another company and like the idea it is locally owned and operated. I have used corporate pest control before and find this is the better service.

If you’re considering Proactive Pest & Weed control for your home, do it! I’ve been a customer for over 2 years now, and I highly recommend them. Before we hired them, we would find multiple spiders in our house everyday, we had ants in and around our home, and we even encountered a scorpion! I was also outside pulling weeds nonstop. Since they’ve been providing us service, we have had no issues with bugs, insects, or weeds! Now that it rained, all of our neighbors have a lot of weeds. We don’t! Also, their staff is super friendly and helpful! John Graeber has been coming out to our house to spray, and he remembers what we need and is always super friendly! 100% recommend!!

We have ongoing services with Proactive Pest & Weed Control. They come out every few months. They replenish the mice bait every visit. I'm sure our neighbors have benefitted tremendously from the reduction in mice. Mice carry diseases and that is one thing I will pay money for is to get rid of these rodents. I'll sacrifice netflix/cable if i had to, to eliminate mice, ants, cockroaches, etc. Anyway. these guys are not just limited to their friendliness, and promptness but the actual service they provide is what is truly the most appreciated. When you no longer see the pests you know they are doing a really tremendous job. Highly highly recommend Proactive!

I have been using Proactive Pest Control for a few years now. Apart from the technicians being knowledgeable in their field and very professional they provide the BEST customer service! Miguel on their team is EXCEPTIONAL. Recently, there was a dead rodent underneath my kitchen island that was almost impossible to get to. My family and I could not step into the kitchen , the smell was everywhere. Since it was the weekend, I knew this would be resolved only after 2-3 days.. which I could not fathom! I contacted Miguel to possibly come in to retrieve the rodent. It was after hours ( they don’t work Saturdays) .. he did not even hesitate for a second, he immediately let me know that he would come in and take care of the issue right away.. and he sure did!! My family and I cannot thank him enough for being so prompt, kind and thoughtful to help us out so quickly after hours on a weekend. He is just AWESOME! I highly recommend Miguel at Proactive Pest Control and the company itself for pest control needs. I’m so glad we can have such reliable people close to home.

When they are asked to come out to re-treat any pests that appear between quarterly services, they always do so promptly and take care of the issues. I have been struggling with bed bugs for FOUR long and difficult months. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars on supplies and other companies and hundreds of hours cleaning. We recently started service with Proactive. We are very impressed with the results, after one service we are already on the way to bug free! After dealing with new construction and the rain, we were experiencing a little of everything. After our first spray, we have yet to see anything still alive. Very professional, and knowledgeable! We've been using Proactive for our quarterly pest control service. We had a horrible ant problem when we first moved into our home, and their first treatment fixed that problem. A few months later, we noticed some ants around, at about the time of our next quarterly service. The technician sent out was awesome! I wanted to avoid spraying indoors b/c of my kids (although their products are supposedly pet/kid safe). He looked around for ant hills and found several over the property, as well as finding the likely spot under our sidewalk where a large colony would be located. I was really impressed with his service. He also sprayed some spider webs and pointed out where we had black widows (which he killed). My only complaint is the service is kind of pricey, but it's nice to be able to call them anytime between sprayings when you notice a problem. Thank you, John!

Wow!! Stop paying your coworkers' nephew, or your friend's brother to spray your house and yard for pests and weeds. I'm telling you that Rickey Timms is THE best. He makes it totally worth paying a little extra because he is so thorough, professional, and fast! He won't take any nonsense from those pests you've been bothered with. He even pulled out my refrigerator and my gas stove just to inspect and spray. We have used Proactive for three years. They have visited us regularly and always do a terrific job. Being out on the west side of Albuquerque, near Rio Rancho, we cope with a lot of dust. With the recent rains, we were able to get Jedidiah and his crew out to deal with a small scorpion infestation in the yard. Their treatment was successful and we saw no more scorpions. They were also successful in treating our problem with black widows; they like to inhabit the city water tank in the property next to ours, so the black widows are able to survive there where we cannot reach and try to get into our yard. With Proactive's treatments, we have the situation under control. Jedidiah and his staff are extremely friendly and professional. They are clean, prompt, and courteous. We like to use them for pest control because they use chemicals that are less toxic to humans, but equally toxic to bugs. We will continue to use their service for as long as we live here.
