Great workouts, instructors and staff. The staff in particular has been very patient, accommodating and understanding besides being very professional and kind. When I had troubled with the app or I had to reschedule, they called and offered help and solutions so I wouldn’t miss workouts or lose credits. The workout is awesome too, I just want to highlight their great customer care. Highly recommended!

I tried a variety of workout classes, including spin, yoga, and HIIT, but never enjoyed any of them until I began Pure Barre. It's the perfect intensity level, and I always leave a workout feeling challenged but not exhausted. I'm also training for a race and barre has been an excellent cross-training routine, especially in the winter when it's tough to get outside. All the Pure Barre instructors are friendly and encouraging, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

I get migraines if I do any workouts that are too high impact, so have never been great at working out consistently. I decided to give Pure Barre a chance and so far I love it! It works all the areas of my body I want to tone without the high impact of other classes I’ve taken. I’ve been 5 times and it hasn’t triggered my migraines. This studio is great and I love all the instructors so far. They are really welcoming to new comers and are great at helping with form to get the most of the work out. I will definitely keep coming back!

Pure Barre is the highest quality barre studio around. I have tried multiple barre studios in the DC area and and Pure Barre is by far the best and most effective. The staff is extremely friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond to help you have the best experience in each class. Each instructor makes an effort help you learn the right techniques. I have been attending a littler over one month now and I can already see results. I have so enjoyed my experience with this studio and I look forward to many more classes!

Pure Barre Dupont is the best! The classes are a challenging but fun workout, the studio is always clean, and most of all, their staff is friendly and attentive. They really make an effort to remember your name and motivate you individually during classes, which gives it a community feel. I have been coming to this studio for over a year and I keep coming back because it’s the best barre workout and they keep it different each class. Definitely encourage you to try it out, it’s worth the time and money.

I love going to Pure Barre - it’s low-impact and incredibly challenging, and you feel great walking out. I appreciate that the instructors always know your name and are attentive to make sure your form is correct so you don’t hurt yourself and so you get the best workout. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to try barre. I have loved taking Pure Barre at the DC DuPont location. As a newbie, all of the teachers were so nice and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. They make a point to learn your name and are extremely hands on with fixing your posture. They are motivating and push you to have your best workout. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the trial week to learn more about the technique and different instructors. I took 4 classes during my first trial week and loved them. The best class was Core Empower which involved working with platforms and extra weights. Overall great experience and I would love to do more classes with Pure Barre in the future! I tried out Pure Barre after just moving to DC. The Pure Barre workout more than exceeded my expectations in terms of its effectiveness and is definitely why I keep coming back, however there is a lot to be said about the instructors as well. They are all extremely professional and more so than just cordial, they're friendly and encouraging. It took some getting used to to have your name called out in encouragement and recognition of your effort or doing well at a specific change, but it has never felt forced. Everyone is very attentive and willing to help you get the most out of class that day, making the Pure Barre experience both a positive environment and an effective workout to round out your day.

I love Pure Barre because, as a new barre practicer who has been trying several studios, it's the only class where I really felt that the instructors really came around and corrected my movements/pushed me to the point that I'd leave class feeling the workout immediately. By far my favorite Barre region in the nation! I travel to DC quite a bit for work, but am certainly not a weekly client at the studios. With that said, the staff don't treat me any different than the clients they know by name. It feels like I'm home, and the classes at the Capitol Hill and Dupont Circle location are no joke! The instructors are constantly challenging me and encouraging me throughout the 50 minute classes. Such a great way to start my work days!

This PB studio is great! Small and intimate but never claustrophobic. Classes aren't overpacked and there is always room at the barre. Teachers are well versed in different exercises and are generous with aiding your alignment with their corrections. The studio is always clean and they have a great range of merchandise for sale. I️ love the studios effort to create a community with their activities like food drive, clothing collection, and book club. I got hooked on PB in Boston and DuPont Circle is continuing my love for barre!

Pure Barre classes are so good they hurt. It certainly takes a few classes to master the positions ( don't worry the instructors provide hands-on help to make sure you hit the poses and moves right, to maximize your workout) but once you're there the classes are super effective. I love that I can get a good, low/no impact workout in 45-50 minutes. The class tiimes are great for working folks and weekend warriors too.

Pure Barre is hands down my favorite workout in DC. The staff that greets you when you arrive is quick to offer help and ready to help you select a class package that fits your schedule and budget. The class is 55 minutes long (for the standard class) and works your arms, thighs, seat, and abs. You leave feeling like you got a killer workout without killing yourself doing cardio. The students who take are also super friendly and helpful.

I have been going to Pure Barre (Dupont Circle location) for about a year now. All of the teachers are so lovely in both the classroom and out! Usually they will ask you before class how you're feeling (I have a left hip labral tear that acts up sometimes so I specifically appreciate this) and give you modifications if need be. Classes are super challenging (my friend that goes to OrangeTheory joined me once for Jessica's class and she was like WOW this is hard!! But so good!!!) so if you're a gym-addict like me you'll always be learning and be challenged. If you're not so much gym-inclined, pure barre is a go-at-whatever you feel like-- so you can start and end whatever you feel comfortable with. The teachers are there for you and whatever you can do.

I've taken 30 classes here so far and have been loving it. I always feel challenged and pushed during the workouts. I've taken class with various instructors and always have a great experience. At first, I was anxious to start something new for fear of being judged for having no idea what I'm doing, but I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I definitely see a difference in myself physically and mentally since starting. If you are on the fence, take the plunge and try it out. It takes a couple classes to get into the swing of it, but if you stick with it, you'll feel so much stronger.

Pure barre DuPont’s studio is great! The studio is longer and more flat than other pure barres ensuring everyone can view their form in the mirror and have plenty of room on the barre. The instructors are very hands on with corrections which is great, and they always check in at the beginning of class if you’ll need any modifications. The location is also great being a short walk from foggy bottom and DuPont metros.
