If you want to have SO MUCH FUN while getting fit, iDeal Fitness is the place for you! You can start at any level of fitness and feel comfortable in any group class. iDeal Fitness finds very entertaining ways to challenge you, from Skinny Jeans challenge, to Thinner Winner and my new favorite...Fitness Impossible. You will find a very energetic and positive attitude among the staff and members! Members are so encouraging of each other and you make lasting friendships. The iDeal family keeps me waking up early and coming back each day with a big smile!

I’ve tried different gyms around the area for the past couple of years and getting recommended to this gym has really been life changing. The workouts never get old and are honestly the best! I’ve never left the gym NOT feeling like I didn’t just get the best workout in. Jeff keeps these challenging workouts fun and energetic. Jenn and Marianne give great advice and push you to your fullest potential. This gym is very welcoming from the moment you step into the establishment. You’re greeted with a smile and conversation about what your fitness goals are. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Such a fun environment to work out in. All the trainers are great. Such a high energy, fun environment. Jen really knows her stuff and inspires me every time I workout with her. Working out with Marianne is the most fun I've had getting in shape. The group of clients that workout at iDEAL are my second family. IDEAL is by far the best gym that I have been to. The workouts are hard and tiring but you feel great when it’s all said and done.The group setting is wonderful because no one like to workout alone. Jeff is the owner and he is so personable and makes you feel comfortable and confident during your workout. All of the trainers there are very knowledgeable, encouraging and make each day fun and enjoyable. If you want to get into shape and have fun while doing it, join Ideal.

Hands down this is the best gym that I have ever been a part of. For the first time in my life I enjoy going to the gym and I actually get upset when I miss a day. It’s an incredible group of people that hold me accountable and encourage me to do well. Jeff, Marianne, and Jenn are extremely professional and have created an atmosphere that is welcoming and fun. Jeff is hands down the best personal trainer I've worked with. At the first appointment, he does a thorough fitness assessment so that he can help you train in the best way possible. He's extremely knowledgeable and really cares about his client's health and progress. The workouts change daily so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over. I really look forward to going to the gym because I know I'll have fun while getting a great workout.

Im approaching my first anniversary at Ideal Fitness. After two babies I suddenly found myself 60lbs overweight. I tried several gyms and diets but nothing that I could stick with or even maintain. Working out at ideal has been such a great experience. I never thought I’d say that I actually enjoy and look forward to working out. Jeff, Jenn and Marianne have created such a welcoming atmosphere where you are consistently motivated and challenged in a non-intimating environment. The workouts are tough but fun and the results are real!

I’m so so I happy I joined ideal fitness a year ago! Starting my mornings with a 615 workout sounds grueling to some but for me it is the best way to begin my day! The trainers make workouts fun and I have absolutely never felt better- I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Change is never easy. I know this first hand. This gym has changed my life. I was overweight, tired all the time and I felt horrible about my body image. It was up to me to change this. I was told over and over again “join a gym” for years I resisted. Until one day I hit rock bottom and I had to change my attitude. Found Ideal online and loved the idea. I took a chance and almost a year later I’m in the best shape of my life. I feel great and look amazing. You can do this also! Jeff and his team are great and have become a gym family to me. It’s not easy. But nothing worth doing is. The classes are great a lot of HIT and weights on different days. It’s not like CrossFit I believe they focus more on not getting hurt. You will see a change if you change your mindset.

I've worked out most of my life- but after having two kids- I struggled with back problems on and off again. I couldn't get into a router be without my back flaring up. Jeff is an amazing trainer. Takes the time to understand the issue and then tailors the workouts to ensure you have a safe AND effective workout. I'd recommend this gym to everyone! AND it's a warm group of members- classes are fast paced and a lot of fun.

I’ve gone to several gyms over the last few years, and iDeal Fitness far surpasses all of them, setting the bar high! The workouts are honestly the best I’ve ever had! They’re not your typical group workout classes. They’re high intensity metabolic and weight training workouts, where we’re always doing something new and challenging. Jeff is so good about catering to my knee issues, giving alternatives so I still get in a good workout. And when I have questions about diet and nutrition, he’s helpful and gives great feedback. I just can’t say enough about how wondering Jeff, Marianne, and Jen are, and highly recommend iDeal Fitness!

Do you want to get in the best shape of your life and have fun while doing it? IDEAL Fitness is the place for you. The Group training is challenging and the exercises, reps, and duration of the exercise change daily so you never get bored and your body is always challenged. All exercises and adaptations are demonstrated before the class begins. Fun challenges are offered to keep you motivated in both diet and exercise. Jeff, Jen and MaryAnn are amazing trainers that keep you motivated and they make sure you are doing the exercises properly. But most importantly, I am in the best shape of my life thanks to iDEAL Fitness. IDEAL Fitness is by far the best overall fitness program.

From the moment you step through the door at iDeal Fitness, you belong. Jeff, Jen, & Marianne always greet you by name with a smile and welcoming conversation. Your fellow gym mates will be people of all fitness levels who are happy to see you and engage with you. After a warmup routine, your body will be challenged to a creative workout consisting of resistance training or a form of HIIT. However, there is never a need to feel intimated because modifications are offered to cater to individual needs. During the workouts the trainers are really good at watching over you to correct your form, to push you when needed, or to tell you to give yourself a break before getting back in the routine. At the end of the routine a “finisher” is offered to keep your body in the fat-burning zone long after your workout is complete. Trust me, you will always feel accomplished when you walk out the door. Basically, I give iDeal Fitness five stars because of the convenient location, ample parking, trainers who take a personal interest in you and your goals, laid back atmosphere(you will smile & even laugh during your workouts), great community, varied (never boring)workouts, and, of course, the results. If you are looking for a new gym to call “home”, try iDeal Fitness. I’m so glad I did!!!

Great gym, great people........ I am not a machine person-no treadmill for me! The workouts are a combination of HIIT with weight training. I have been training at Ideal fitness for close to 3 years. When I started I had excess weight with a weak back from pregnancy. Jeff and his staff are consistent in training (and nagging😂) to make sure you continue down a path of health.

Each day is a different workout that will always take everything you have, but Jeff has found a way to make it equally difficult whether youre new or a long time workout warrior.
