I became a member of this gym because my other gym closed. This gym is a little further away from me but I love it so much more! The owner is so friendly and takes so much pride in his gym. Incredible selection of equipment, well maintained and very clean. I have been to MANY gyms in my life and this is by far one of my favorites! Thank you for creating such an awesome gym experience for everyone!

Awesome new gym, equipments are brand new and great quality. Owner is a regular and is extremely friendly. They have personal trainers and group training at very reasonable price on top of your $10 or so monthly membership. It's relatively new so there are never a shortage of equipment. We train with LA Troy who is the best trainer in town. Highly recommended

Recently moved to Tampa and saw Zone Fitness near to my house. Tim and the staff welcomed me straight away. I am an old gym rat but the atmosphere in this gym is welcoming to all levels of fitness. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and more to the point approachable. Highly recommend!!

This is a great gym! First, it is the cleanest gym of which l have been a member. Second, the staff is friendly and helpful. You can ask them to help you with a piece of equipment and they are there to help and give tips. Third, l do not feel self conscious....l feel that l can work out without the rest of the people and staff judging me. Finally, after letting my body go for over 3 years, l decided to get a trainer. Latroy is wonderful. He knows how to push you, what areas specifically need work and he has the ability to make it tough, but fun.

Honestly, the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and respect. Any questions I had were answered and some of the staff would even walk around and check up on the people working out which I thought was outstanding service. Organized very well and maintained. Definitely a gym worth checking out.

The owner, Tim, and his staff are friendly and professional. Always willing to help or answer any questions. My Zone Fitness has state of the art equipment and a large variety of machines. This place is very clean and well managed! I have had a gym membership for nearly 30 years and I can tell you that this gym ranks #1.

Zone Fitness is my absolute FAVORITE gym I have ever been to! I was a member at LA Fitness until they closed for construction and I was so grateful to move to ZONE! They have new machines, very clean workout area, very clean locker rooms, tons of classes, genuinely friendly and helpful staff and always a have plenty of equipment for members so no waiting an hour for a machine or weight area. They are extremely understanding as well I was injured about a year ago and they allowed me to transfer my membership to my mother at no extra cost. They made it so simple and genuinely wished me well on my injuries. Once I was better I went straight back and got another contract which is only month to month w a 30 cancellation notice and during that cancellation month you can STILL ATTEND THE FACILITY and I absolutely love and appreciate that option. I pay 20 dollar a month and I can bring a guest every time I attend if I would like and have use of the massage chair anytime which is so helpful on my muscles after a good workout. I also live about a minute away which is so convenient, they are located near a gas station as well so if you need coffee or an energy drink to get you going it's right there and also convenient if you're forgetful like myself and forget your water. I seriously cannot express how much I love being a Zone member, if you're looking for a great gym this is definitely the best choice!

Zone Fitness at Carollwood is a great gym to be a part of. My family and I enjoy the friendly and professional environment. Especially the trainers Vicki and Letroy who are so dedicated and their classes are amazing! Very clean and not cluttered, allowing everyone to have a lot of machines to choose from when doing their workouts. I personally recommend it!

So glad this gym replaced the last one. Everything is brand new and well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. It doesn't have that pretentious feeling of the giant chain gyms. Hope they keep up the good work and keep the business and equipment running smoothly.

This is by far one of the best workout facilities in the area. All the machines and free-weights you could ask for, kept in great shape and very clean. The staff/trainers are fantastic, and really want to see you reach your fitness goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to get into better shape, or keep up with their current progress. 5 stars!

Used this gym since they open (ok, a couple of months after they opened). Place was always kept clean and tidy. Great front staff :) unfortunately moving away and will miss this place. Highly recommend this gym. Best deal in town.

I’ve been going to Zone Fitness since last October and I love it!! The staff members are always so nice and willing to help. There are plenty of machines and the place is kept very clean. There are different monthly payment plans...all of which are very reasonably priced. I actually look forward to going to the gym!!

I've been coming here since day one and I love it. All the brand new equipment is well maintained and there is enough to chose from so you don't have to wait. They offer individual and group classes for a more specialized workout and all the trainers are very knowledgeable and energetic. All this for $10 per month! Incredible deal!

We just started going to the gym, but it has been one of the fairest on pricing with some of the nicest equipment. I would definitely recommend the gym to anyone who is just starting out and is looking for a home. Free weights are somewhat limited, so make sure if that's what you're going for to go in the office hours

The only bad thing is the cost. I joined this gym with the idea to go there for a month. So I went with a month to month ($15) subscription, when I signed up I had to pay around $50 for the first month then at the end of the month i decided to cancel my membership so I went in person because I needed to sign some papers and to my surprise I had to pay $60 for cancelation fees. Like I literally paid more than $100 for a month at the gym but whatever. The most expensive gym I have ever been to tho. In the other hand the gym is clean and neat. The equipment they have here is pretty new and very clean. Sometimes you have to wait for equipment such as bicepts curlup and similar things. They have a lot of cardio equipment. Some of equipments they own is really confusing and some times I would have to look up how to use those machines. Overall it's an okay gym.

From the exceptional equipment and spacious design to the friendly & knowledgeable staff, overall cleanliness, ample parking, and even the music, everything is A-1 first class - and it's such a delight to work out there ... Bonus points for the complimentary private training session with LaTroy who also provided a very enlightening body composition analysis.
