Awesome high energetic 30 minute classes with great coaches and music. You get so much support and programs to help your reach your goals. They make you feel like family.

Amazing program! I've been to lots of other gyms, but none can compare to Fit Body Boot Camp. The coaches, the staff, and the other Fit Body members are all incredibly supportive and no one judges anyone else. The staff are extremely energetic and extremely helpful. It's definitely a safe place to work out even if you have let yourself go, or have never done it. There is no judgment on body status, and even fellow work out patrons are very positive. Overall, it's an extremely uplifting, positive, self esteem building workout that gets amazing results. I can’t possibly say enough good things about Fit Body Boot Camp. I’ve never been one that enjoyed exercising until I started coming here. They make the entire experience enjoyable, fun and welcoming. The entire staff is so knowledgeable, encouraging, and extremely friendly! It definitely doesn’t feel like I’m just going to the gym, it feels like I’m going to go hang out with a bunch of friends while we sweat our butts off! When I first started in November of last year, I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and I was pre-diabetic. I constantly felt tired, suffered from headaches almost everyday, and absolutely hated doing anything active because my back and my joints always hurt. Now, at almost 40, my energy level is better than it was in my 20s, my blood pressure is in the normal range and I’m no longer pre-diabetic. I recommend FBBC to anyone and everyone who’s looking to make a positive change in their lives!!

I'd looked at classes elsewhere and felt like I'd need to get "in shape" before I could even start. I badly wanted to start a healthy lifestyle, but didn’t know how to. The coaches helped me with workouts doing the right technique without getting irritated with me lol. They also helped me with a meal plan which has really helped me lose the weight I want to. It may not seem like a lot but I lost 20 pounds and kept it off! I was looking into trying Farrell’s after seeing an ad & realized with the time it took to drive there (an extra 10 minutes longer than FBBC) & an extra 15 minutes for class as well as the time I’d have to go to work around 5 kids with my husband home to be with them, a nursing baby, & the extra time, it just wasn’t going to be doable. I was a little bummed that I wasn’t going to be able to try it out & just happened to mention it to my chiropractor as we were talking & she said how her friend she just talked to lost 50 pounds at FBBC & they were having a free week. I decided to check it out online. Of course they were having a 6 week challenge going on where the cost of the challenge could be paid for if you succeed. It felt like fate. For the last 4 weeks Monday-Friday with the exception of one sick day, I have been going there & it has been wonderful! The people are so encouraging, the atmosphere is welcoming & upbeat, the workouts challenging, & all within 30 minutes! You’re probably taking that long just to read this! 😉😊 I can no longer imagine life without it & am hoping to sign up for the year! I’ve never liked working out in a group setting, but I love this & am down 14 pounds in those measly 4 weeks! After a decade with 6 pregnancies & 5 babies within 9 years & always putting others first, it’s so nice y to be able to invest in myself & my health & it’s given me hope that I’ll have a bright, healthy future where I can enjoy my family. 🙂 I absolutely recommend it & if I can make time, so can you! You won’t regret it!

I've been overweight for most of my life(49 y/o) and I was ready to make a change in my life, or at least attempt it again. I've tried many methods - gyms, personal trainer, WW, etc. A friend encouraged me to try SF-FBBC and mentioned that while it was a bit more expensive than some other options in town, it was the first place she had seen results. I was worried about the name "Bootcamp", but she assured me that the 30 minute workouts could be altered to anyone's fitness level, not to worry. So with her assurances, I decided to give it a shot! That was just over 3 years ago and I still love going everyday! The staff & coaches are very motivating and are willing to sit down with you if you need to refocus. If you miss too many days, they check in on you to see what's going on. (WHAT??!!) It's the first place that I've joined where they actually talk the talk AND walk the walk! I've put in the time, taken their guidance and stayed focused with my health & fitness goals. Yes, I've fallen off the wagon from time to time through the last three years, but it's easy to get back on with the coaches and incredible fitness family encouraging you along your journey. I'm proud to say I've lost over 110 pounds since I joined FBBC, it may have taken me a while, but slow and steady wins the race! Sioux Falls FBBC has changed my life and I'm so grateful for them!
