Just had my first workout with Obi. Obi is more then just a great trainer he's a real motivator. He was able to work around my busy schedule, and he comes to you. Thanks Obi can't wait to improve myself with your trainings and techniques.

First day working out with Obi. He is really professional and likes to keep things simple. I really liked his approach to fitness. Very motivating and knowledgeable. I consulted other trainers and this was the best value for my money. Very convenient to have him come to my house. It feels like luxury but it's really affordable. So far very satisfied with my decision.

First session with Obi and it went really well! I particularly liked how he switched what we were doing - from boxing to weights to squats. I was worn out VERY QUICKLY so I am willing to bet he knows how to push and train, but he does do it in a motivating and kind way. I do recommend if you want someone who will push you to work hard yet is patient with your questions and needs.

Obi is not just a good trainer he is fantastic at what he does. I am a physician with crazy hours but also a relatively serious athlete and distance runner, Obi has taken into account what my goals are as a runner and has been pushing me harder than I have been able to make myself lift for a long time. Just a few weeks in and I am starting to see results. Besides being a great trainer, Obi is just all around a great person, he is super fun to work out with and I look forward to continuing to train with him. You just can not beat the service either, he can meet anywhere at almost any time. If you are looking for a trainer you just found the right guy.

If you have a busy schedule and don't have the time to spend 2 hours going to the gym, Obi is your solution. He is like the doordash of trainers- he comes to you and he brings all the equipment necessary! Whether it's in your garage, your kitchen, the backyard, anywhere. All you have to show up with is yourself and your best effort. Obi is very knowledgeable and has a variety of workout plans so you never get bored. He is encouraging and makes you want to give that last bit of energy you didn't even know you had in you! 10/10 would recommend.

I have worked with a personal trainer for three years, and for a man of 54 years I have found that this type of strength training very important to your overall well being. The last person that I worked with, Clint Bigham, was excellent but his life story changed and he is moving to Oregon. I found Obi through a friend and I have now worked with him for 11 sessions. Obi has a great personal energy. He is flexible and always on time. It is an extraordinary privilege to have a professional trainer come to your home. I appreciate that Obi can deliver an effective strength work out in 30 minutes which is incredibly efficient for anyone with a busy life. Obi is very knowledgeable about fitness training and I feel as though I am learning something new at each of our sessions. I have really. enjoyed the boxing sessions and even after two weeks my wife feels like my physique has tightened up a bit.

I don’t know how I got so lucky. Obi was just what I needed. I’m excited to make this change and working out with Obi has been the most fun I have had working out. He makes it so fun and he never pushes you more than your body can take. I have only worked out twice with him, both times makes me want to keep going. Obi is a great trainer! His workouts are some of the most challenging things I have ever physically done! It was amazing how hard he could get you working in so short of time. Obi is a great trainer, I was skeptical at first but after the first workout session with him I’m convinced he’s the best . I couldn’t last for 30 min. On the days I don’t meet with him , he gives me workouts to do at the gym and they are just as hard . Obi will guide and educate you about your nutrition intake. I feel like he genuinely care about his clients , he doesn’t rush to leave after workout session, he stays and gives feedbacks, explanations, doesn’t cheat the workout time like other trainers I have encountered in the past Obi is very friendly and caring and I never have a personal trainer like that before . Obi is a great personal trainer in large part because he is an excellent teacher. His personal training sessions have taught me how to create a varied and effective workouts. Its been three weeks since I started training and I look forward to the workouts every session because they are both challenging and exciting. He pushes the limits for better overall strength. Obi is a fantastic trainer. 110% professional, quick to respond to a text or call, and he always makes his appointments. The workouts he issues are challenging and Obi will constantly push you to do better. If you are looking for results and are willing to put in the work, this guy will get you where you want to go. If you need someone who will tell you that you're doing great no matter how hard you work, this training style might not be for you. He's out to make you better bottom line. 10/10 would recommend.

Obi was extremely fast at answering my initial email and we set up first training session the next day. I was skeptical about the 30 minute sessions at first, but wow! Workout is intense! Full body weights and cardio at the same time. I really like that Obi is available 24/7 for diet help. He is great at helping me know how I can make my diet healthier without putting me on a strict meal plan. If you want to get serious about training- Obi is your guy!

I have been working with Obi for about 5 months, and am very pleased. He is obviously capable of giving even the most fit person a great workout, but I appreciate his patience with those of us that are not so fit. Obi is very encouraging, but also pushes me so that I will improve. He makes sure I work out with proper form, and explains what he is doing. He mixes things up so that the workouts are interesting, and can come to your home, or a park, or wherever you like so you don't have to pay for a gym membership if you don't want to. Obi can also help you with nutrition. I have definitely gotten stronger, my recovery time is less than it used to be, and my ankles don't swell anymore. With Obi's help, I am definitely moving in the right direction!

So I don't know how it's possible to explain how impressed I am with Obi. He has more in-depth knowledge about the human body, how it works for both nutrition and physique than anyone I know. He lives the principles he teaches and you can tell that he is full of energy and enthusiasm. I feel so fortunate to have found Obi. He's an incredible trainer and exactly what I was looking for. Before finding him, I had string of bad luck trying to find a personal trainer that would actually guide me through a tough workout. (You know the ones...the "let's spend 45 minutes on a bosu ball and a foam roller" trainers). Obi is NOT that trainer! He'll have you sweating in 10 mins or less. He's super reliable and even showed up the morning after a huge snowstorm before our roads had been plowed. He's also patient and funny and goes with the flow (I have a 1 1/2 year old son and Obi has a couple of times had me doing squats while holding and lifting up my son who was demanding to be held by mommy). I'm so excited to be a client of Obi's and I'm looking forward to continuing!

I would give 6 stars if I could, and I want to keep him all to myself. I have purposely waited to write a review of Obi to give some time for multiple workouts to ensure an accurate review. As an extremely busy professional, I must say first and foremost Obi earns huge points for always being punctual but also very flexible to work around my schedule. This is a rare thing these days. As far as the workouts go, Obi pushes me far beyond where I would push myself. He always keeps the workouts fresh, and I have found myself looking forward to the "punishment" he has in store for me. I must also give kudos because Obi seems to recognize the motivation each person in the group needs and tailors the feedback to each individual. Bottom line, if you want a true professional who will optimize your time and push you to results Obi is the man!!

What has surprised me more than anything else is the amount of progress we can make in 30 minutes! I have done a lot of lifting in the past and it would take me 90 minutes to accomplish what Obi can do in half an hour. You will not feel underwhelmed with Obi! It will always be a serious workout. He will take you to wherever you want to go, you just have to bring in your best each and every day you train with him and the rest is just cake walk! It is training hard but if you want to get a personal trainer that is what you should go for. He is weirdly punctual too, he will tell you odd times for when he is coming like 7:48 but you can count on it because he makes it exactly at that time! (Still appalls me) Thanks Obi!

I just started training with Obi and when I say he is a great trainer that is underestimating him. I pointed out that I have a bad knee due to a past injury and my good knew is starting to feel the repercussion of doing most of the work. He explained that he himself has had injuries and was able to fully rehabilitate from them while working out the whole time. Even with his affirmation I was still hesitant because I’ve worked with trainers saying they knew how to work around it and that wouldn’t be the case. I would end up with such pain I could hardly function during my day. Obi came in with such energy I actually felt a little afraid for myself (my Knees) LOL! , my first workout was so intense, I’ve never worked out my legs that hard and not have my knees swell/In constant pain and be out for 2-3 days before I can work my legs again. Goodness, that whole day and still, my leg muscles where in pain (the good pain) from such a work out, but my knees have never felt so good, PAIN FREE! I’m so excited to keep working with Obi

My husband and I are extremely busy with our full time jobs and raising our small kids. All of our problems we’ve been experiencing as a couple is from lack of exercise and bad eating habits! Sometimes we are too tired to cook, so we order food that isn’t healthy. Added pounds and added stress. We knew we needed personal training to get moving and improve our diets. The last thing we wanted to do as a tired working couple is haul the kids into the car and go to the gym. Lol! On top of that, the daycare hours also made it hard to schedule personal training because we would need to finish our session before the daycare is closed, which is really hard sometimes with our jobs. OB is a MASTER. OB Wan Kenobi. Dude kicks my butt mercilessly. Savagely. Ruthlessly. I love it. I've never really boxed, and he opened this up to me. Two days after the first time I was DEAD. Are you not in shape and want to be in shape? This man can solve the problem in the most straightforward way. Work hard, lift heavy things, and eat good food. By no means is it easy, in fact Obi will push you to the limit every time you see him. It will suck, but my god is it effective! There is no world in which you do what he says and don't see results. He also makes you culpable for everything you eat which is enormously underrated. By checking in every day, he is making sure you are sticking to your goals. It's this type of personal touch I haven't found anywhere else. I have yet to see a man as dedicated to his craft as this man. He will push you to change yourself and (I can't stress this enough) it will be the hardest thing you have done. But in the end, you will love him for it.

Let me first start off by saying I NEVER write reviews. But when you meet a miracle worker, you have to make it known to the public. In the past 10 years, I have taken ALL the workout classes (barre, HIIT, crossfit, pilates, etc). Have done ALL the diets, cleanses, everything you can think of. In 2 months of training with Obi, 2-3 times a week, I went from being in the worst shape of my life, to being in the best shape I had been since high school. Not only did I get much stronger, I got MUCH leaner, all the while maintaining food freedom and not doing any crazy, restrictive dieting. His 30 minute HIIT workouts (because 30 min is all you REALLY need) incorporate the whole body and are ever changing. To this day, after doing what seemed like an "arm day," my abs, glutes and all the other places are feeling it. Don't let the short duration fool you, they are CHALLENGING. But it's awesome to have someone who recognizes your limits (due to previous injuries) but still motivates you and pushes you to always do your best, and continue reaching your goals. He is very professional, always punctual and very flexible with my ever changing work schedule. He has somehow managed to convert me into a person who LOVES working out, can't wait to get "destroyed" every workout and uses fitness as a stress reliever. If you had told me two months ago I would be saying all these things, I would have never believed you. BUT. It is the truth. And he is amazing. If you're even remotely considering a personal trainer, look no further, THIS IS YOUR GUY.

Just had my second session and it’s going well so far. I appreciate the “why” behind what I’m doing and the gentle readjustments and encouragement. If you want “boot-camp” trainer that screams at you like an angry dominatrix after watching “Major Payne”, -look elsewhere. HOWEVER, if you want a trainer that’s going to encourage you, push you, and occasionally say something to make you laugh, you’re in luck.
