I am so glad to have chosen HITEP. I love everything about it. The staff is excellent, extremely supportive and very helpful. Marissa the instructor, is amazing she's funny and she makes everything understanding and in a way to benefit us all. Everything is well organized and very professional. Truly an amazing learning experience and I would highly recommend!!

Everyone that works here are very helpful and very friendly The owner of HITEP Hernan is just wonderful. If you ever have any questions of any kind he is there. I highly recommend this school

HITEP INC was the best decision I’ve ever made. I really mean that with all my heart. First of all, the instructor is one of the greatest people I’ve met in my entire life. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable in what she is teaching us, she is funnier than the Rock and Kevin Heart combined, so get ready to have constant stomach aches from all the laughter she will get out of you. But also know, that she also really cares about her students as if they are her own flesh and blood. As we know, new classes are always shy at first, but believe me when I say, you will make some amazing long-lasting friendships in this class. It is such a great atmosphere and without a doubt, I would do it all over again. You will learn mind blowing information, but it will all be so fun, and so worth it. I can honestly say, that I look forward in coming to class everyday, excited to learn. This a memorable experience I will never forget. Even after classes are over, I will always consider myself a part of the HITEP team, and I plan to visit constantly! If you are looking to take CNA training, I strongly, strongly recommend you to come to HITEP, I promise you, you will not regret it.

My first encounter with HITEP was when I went and Hernan gave me a tour and took time to go over the entire 6 weeks and help with paperwork he was professional and really showed interest in why I made the decision to become a CNA. .Marissa the instructor is very thorough with her lectures and she has passion for what she does it shows everyday. The rest of the team here Martha,Jasmine, Mayi are all there to help and guide us through this journey. It has been a great experience at HITTEP. I highly recommend this program. Thank you all for what you do every day!

The environment is very welcoming. Most of the staff is encouraging and understanding. The instructor Marissa does everything in her power to see every single student succeed. It’s not structured like a typical college course so if you don't have good organizational skills and self discipline this program isn't for you because sometimes I felt like the program wasn't very organized. Classes don't start on time alot either which can be a bit frustrating. Otherwise it's a good program, I learned alot from the instructor as well as my classmates.

Hitep is a community filled with teamwork, learning, and love. Marissa is like the elementary school teacher I never had, very caring. She will take the time to make sure everyone is on the same page. She will let you know if you are not doing well, and you will learn all the skills you need to succeed in your field of study. I can’t find the right words to express how thankful I am for this place . It was the greatest experience! If I had to I would do it all over again ... my instructor is one of the most amazing straight forward understanding and nicest woman I’ve ever known . Hernan was more serious and strict but not for anyone to take it personal hes a great man and explained and made it clear it was for our own good which obviously prepared us to be responsible :) even with social distancing they made it clean and friendly environment to learn ❤️

This is my second week of cna classes and my instructor Marissa makes classes so easy and fun. She’s a good teacher and she helps you understand the curriculum.
