From the 1st day I walked I'm I was greeted with smiles by Sheri. They explained the program, pricing and hours. Once I started working out regularly I came to realize that this is the gym where you come to focus on yourself. I'm new to gym life so I'm not sure how much community needs to be built but I know that the other people working out aren't going to mess with me or make me feel bad about myself. I'm here for me and that's it. I do wish the hours were later on the weekends but during the week they're open until 10. If you need a gym that gives you exactly what you need, here is the place. The machines are great, it's never super busy so you can use whatever you want.

I've been coming to this gym for several years and it has had its ups and downs. Lately they are trending up. They weathered the covid year and managed a bankruptcy combined with a change of ownership and kept things going. Currently the gym looks as good and is as clean as it can be given its age. If you're looking for amenities and fluff you won't find it here, but if a workout is what you're looking for you can certainly do it. I trained with Dustin several times a week for almost a year before I felt comfortable enough to train on my own. It was an expensive year, but it was worth it. Dustin showed me that I could do much more than I believed I could, and in my book that's a pretty good trainer. Gymns come and go and have their ups and downs, but Youfit is still there many years later and I'm glad they are.

It’s a gym, so they ain’t lying! Decent equipment. called to cancel membership, was told to come in. So I came in, they then told me to call, and the number you call takes a good 20 minutes to do so. It’s 2022, this should be much easier to do.

My boyfriend and I have been YouFit regulars for well over a year now - we love it. They've got everything we need to have a great workout. With the amount of equipment, we are almost never waiting for a machine, bench or weights - stark difference from an LA Fitness or Eos where you spend half your time waiting around to use one of the two benches. Super friendly staff as well - shoutout to Sheri for planning our gym wedding!!!!

Facility is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They've got all the weights and equipment needed to get a great full body workout. And the space is large so you never feel crowded.

I really like this gym. Plenty of equipment for my needs, and seldom have to wait long to use the stations of my choice. It sometimes takes a minute or two for the showers' warm water to kick in, but that's fairly minor. I enjoy the gym immensely.

It's ok if you dont mind the dirt on all the gym equipment. Very heavy dust in all the corners and where machines are bolted down to the floor. Most of the machines squeak from the dirt inside them. Told guy at front desk it needs some oil but he said he would get to it later. Always something out of order, waiting to be fixed. Should have taken a picture of the heavy dust. Nobody ever cleans the machines. Other than that it's better than planet fitness that doesn't have a bench press or free weights. Next time I will take photos.

It's an inexpensive gym, but you get what you pay for. I don't have any complaints for this gym. They have everything for me. I don't need group exercises, pool, child care nor sauna. If you expect more, then go to LifeTime or Village.

Youfit has all the amenities and the gym is clean. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately I had to move and there wasn’t a location nearby my new residence. The manager Coult helped me with the cancellation process and made it quick and seamless. I would for sure rejoin if I lived closer.

Staff is great. 16th & Bethany has only 4 recumbant bikes. For the last 6 MONTHS, bike #1 has been "temporarily out of service ",bike #2 whines and clicks. Bike 3 only has 2 TV channels. The other bikes have multiples of the same channels plus infomercial channels. The heart monitors either don't work or are sporadic. Desk says they note all this but no one can get corporate to do anything about it.

Not gonna have all the bells and whistles of some gyms, but this place has friendly employees and enough equipment to get into shape and stay healthy. Can't ask for much more than that.

Youfit is a great place to exercise. Colton is cool, and Cruz is the man! Prefer the mornings because the music is better, and Sherri & Dustin are encouraging. JJ is cool too.

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. Managers & Staff are always friendly and helpful. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Last but not least the gym is always clean and everything is always stocked up for members to use their maintenance team is awesome! Check this gym out you'll love it!💪

Best front end person- Sherry, she takes a personal interest in every member, always greeting and when possible cleaning the equipment. Weekend manager is in Office most of the time and could assist with cleaning. Dustin is and has been their best trainer and helps all that ask and his clients recommend him. One Request — with Direct TV you can select channels- many business folks are upset that CNBC is not available - just add the channel and eliminate a entertainment one. This is important to all following the stock market — should be one call and Direct assists in adding CNBC. THANKS! T. KELLER

Great place, has 2 squat racks and could use a third but it's not always an issue. Clean and neat, with staff who are the appropriate amount of friendly for the position and not too gregarious, which health club employees sometimes can be. I recommended it to a friend just a day or two ago.

You Fit is great! The staff is very friendly, especially Clint. They have a large variety of equipment and the facility is clean. I'm not a super fit person and I feel very comfortable and welcomed here by the staff and fellow gym-goers. The members are all very friendly and it has a diverse member base, so everyone feels included here!

I've been going here for about 5 years, now, so I obviously like it here. Everyone on the staff is friendly and welcoming. This gym is clean and keeps workout stations spaced apart, per COVID rules. I truly enjoy working out here and will continue to do so.

Really friendly staff. The morning workout crowd is super nice. The trainers are experienced and very good with their clients. If you're looking for a juice bar, swimming pool or the latest yoga craze, this isn't your place. If you want a clean atmosphere with plenty of equipment and solid trainers, all at a fair price, then maybe this is your place.

The staff are super friendly and willing to help anytime I need assistance on any machines to make sure I'm doing my workouts safely. The bathroom is kinda stinky but it's because the air conditioning is focused on the workout area and there isn't much air flow in the locker area. Otherwise it's very clean and tidy.

I love coming here! The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone is so nice, whether you’re talking about the staff or the other people doing their workouts. Also, it’s a great location! It’s right off the 51 freeway and across from Starbucks (yay)! Even at the busiest times, you can still complete your workout with fighting over the machines and free weights. I would never go back to my old gym. 😊

I really love this gym. It has everything you need to achieve optimal fitness and the personal trainers are the best I’ve ever worked with. I train with two different people and their skill sets and list of certifications are amazing. I love the focus on not just better energy and lower body fat but also the improvements in mobility and reduction of chronic pain. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Been a Youfit member at this location for a couple years now. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They have an ample amount of machines where I am never having to wait for anything which is a breath of fresh air compared to other gyms I have been to. Cannot beat their monthly cost either. It's so cheap that I opt to paying for a year at a time. My only negative review and reason for only 4 stars is the smell of the men's locker room/bathroom. It does not seem that they have been able to rectify that situation even though they added automated scented sprays in the bathroom. I think it is a ventilation issue.

I recently signed up at YouFit, and I have really enjoyed the experience. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly. They do not have a lot of the extras that some of the bigger gyms have like basket ball courts or swimming pools. But they do have a wide range of workout machines that are state of the art. They offer both non contract plans the require a down payment, and contract plans that allow you to bring a guess to each workout as well as get discounts on drinks. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get into shape without spending a mint.

I will mention the good things about the Youfit located at 16th and Bethany Home first. The gym equipment is clean and in good working order and there is also a wide range of equipment to use. The hours of operations are accommodating to my schedule. Lastly, the price is affordable for individuals that live paycheck to paycheck, like myself. Now for the the reason why i gave this gym 3 stars. First, the staff is not knowledgeable concerning (elliptical/stair climber) equipment and stated a third party vendor addresses the issues of the equipment. The water from the fountain is tap water and rarely gives cold tap water.... YUCK!! There is no place to put my water bottle or towel while I work out so I am forced to place these items on the floor of the the gym. This causes me a lot of aggravation. This is not a bad gym for someone on a budget, but hopefully this will make you aware of what this affordable gym accommodations are before agreeing to join.

I am so shocked by this gym!!! So I ended up leaving a gym closer to my house to come to this one on Bethany, (which is 30 minutes further from me) because of how amazing it is! The staff here is so awesome and always super amazing, but I really have to rave about the ops manager Francisco. I went and signed up with him and he was so optimistic and happy to help me that it encouraged me to drive the distance and make this my home gym! I even got a great deal on becoming a lime card member! So happy!!! Thank you Youfit and Francisco for making a believer out of me! Sign up for this gym guys you won’t regret it!

I go to a few YouFit locations and this is my second favorite. It's closest to my house so most convenient and I see a great trainer there who I love working out with. She kicks my butt! (Thanks, Karla!!) overall it's pretty clean and lots of machines and free weights. I really wish they had a few stair masters, though! The Scottsdale location does so I miss using that. The staff are mostly all friendly so I always feel welcome. There are only two negatives in my opinion about this location. One is that many of the treadmills break down pretty often and take a while to be fixed. The second, the woman's bathroom always smells really gross. Luckily I rarely use it. Great gym overall and I enjoy coming here.

The Youfit on Bethany Home is super spacious so you really never feel crowded in the free weight section. I like that there is a wide range of members from super fit to elderly. More squat racks would be killer ;) Also, just read all the one star reviews about this place and wanted to say that staff has always been really nice to me. And I have canceled and restarted my membership before with no problems. I don't really write reviews ever but I feel pretty at home at this gym and wanted to shout out.

I don't know where all the low reviews are coming from. I've been there for two months now and think it's great! Tons of cardio and even at peak hours, it never gets too bad... Certainly not as packed as places like LA Fitness. The front desk, for the most part, is very accommodating, and I LITERALLY have yet to leave the gym without one of them wishing me a "great day." seemingly a small thing, but I notice it! Sure, they don't have all the amenities stone gyms have (classes, steam rooms, etc), but you're also paying 10 to 20 a month and should know that when you check it out. HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.

The good: Nice facility, its clean for the most part and has a good variety of machines. There's a circuit area (which is separate from the rest, there's a green and red light to guide you through the circuit). The other equipment is color coded. Purple equipment is for upper body, green is for lower body. They also have several Smith machines, which most gyms lack. There's obviously plenty of cardio machines. They also have an open space with yoga mats, medicine balls and yoga balls. Even on its busiest day you can always find open equipment, so that's always a good thing. The bad: The customer service is horrible. Its rare when employees greet you with a smile. On weekends the napkin dispensers are always empty and the disinfectant spray bottles are empty. The floors are uneven. I dont have a personal trainer, but aside from an older gentleman, all of the trainers look like they don't care much for their job or clients. I've had personal trainers before and they always engage or verbally motivate me during each set. Here the trainers are practically mute during their sessions. The bathrooms/locker rooms are old and grungy looking and it doesn't have a separate room to offer group fitness classes. Over all its servers it's purpose for a low price. But it you're looking for friendly faces and a motivating gym. I'd look elsewhere.

The location itself I like. It’s always been very clean and convenient before COVID. They’ve been accommodating so far with all the changes really. The company itself it frustrating with how corporate handled the shut down and minimal information and lack of communication with billing. I thankfully was able to stop payment and defer them until it reopened but it took honestly a couple hours and over a dozen phone calls.

This gym has been wonderful for me. I had a stroke a little over a year ago and am now back to my pre-stroke body strength thanks to the amazing facility and my trainer Dustin. They were patient with me and devised a program that was tailor made for me. I gradually gained my strength back and can’t thank You Fit enough. Although my trainer was Dustin, all the trainers are so great and very qualified. My wife also belongs to You Fit and works with Dustin to strengthen and tone her body. We go to the gym together and really love the environment and the staff. They are very helpful and friendly.

Great gym at lunch for me. However one stairmaster went down about 4 months ago and the other one month ago. Was told several times over the last month that machines are under warranty and waiting for parts. So four months waiting for parts...... If I do that in my business I won't be in business very long. Sad but considering canceling my membership.

Good sized gym, lots of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. Pre-COVID it used to be pretty full but now it's mostly empty. Masks and towels are required. For the money it's a solid gym.

Great gym for what you pay. Contains all the basic equipment necessary for a nice workout (free weights, bench press, 2 assisted chin up/dip machines, TRX, row machines, cardio equipment, ropes, smith machines, etc...). The front desk staff and trainers are also so friendly and eager to help. They do not, however, offer any classes and I would advise to pass on the bathroom showers

Ok. Its 10 bucks. Had this gym in FL for about a year..? Was going to quit and they had a new location with a sauna and classes and such. Moved to PHX and nada. So I joined LA Fitness. 30 bucks and I have all the classes and sauna. 10 bucks gets the job done but really creepy men at all the locations I've been too. Or really young. Maybe I am just old lol. Staff is always chill though. The green and purple decor can become tiresome to look at as well.

As a founding member of this club, I have lived the Experience. I have gone from a Doubting Thomas to a Participating Patricia. My current trainer, Annemarie, keeps me going even when I get discouraged. In my 100-lb weight loss journey, I have hit several plateaus. The trainers and managers have kept my spirits up and supported my determination to reach my goal. 25-lbs to go! I am certain I will get there because with help I have changed my food habits, my exercise habits and in turn my life habits are healthier and my PCP is as delighted as I am. My size and health numbers speak louder than any words: size 20 to a 10 and 154/94 to 115/70. I particularly appreciate the can-do, upbeat yet realistic attitude of all the staff. I have tried other chain fitness clubs over the years and have had twice the success here. YouFit begins with me. YouFit can begin with you, too!

The whole gym is fairly nice in the morning and I do not take notice of anybody really when I am training. I keep seeing people complaining of getting negatively looked at by the staff or people and I rarely see this. Most people here keep to themselves really. My only complaint is why does the gym only have one squat rack and 5 smith machines. I only have four places to dead lift and I dislike having to use only one squat rack to do my exercise. At least one or two of those smith machines should be replaced with squat racks. Even if nobody in that gym ever does legs which is depressing. Put more Squat racks. The smith machine in the corner should be replaced. I highly doubt exercising without activating your nervous system to do basic natural movements is good. There should be smith machines for the beginner but we also need to do squats/OHP/bridges/deadlifts without assistance.

I love this gym. It's nice and quiet and affordable. I'm so sick of gyms ripping me off. Thank you YouFit. I work out waaaay longer than I did at 24 hour fitness (not to say anything negative) but I love being able to choose what I want to watch. It keeps me on those cardio machines twice as long as normal.

The amenities at the location on 96th & Camelback were great, the price was cool but the entire gym is this hideous vomit green color and ‘Barney the dinosaur’ purple. Yeah just like Barney, he was green and purple. Lol. It’s SO ugly and disturbing. I can’t. Who thought that color scheme was a good idea. Get it together YouFit. It’s just hideous. 🤢😲😵🥴😖

I personally have tried to reach out to the manager of 16th Street and Bethany and no such luck. There was a gentleman there that rub me the wrong way and I wanted to make sure that it should gets addressed. To this day I still have not got this issue resolved. Clean gym equipment along with enough gym equipment for everyone that attends this specific spot.
