Coming from someone who has never before been consistent with any other workout/program- I can proudly say I have been coming to workout at YE for more than 6 months now. By far the best fitness studio I’ve been to!!! I’ve tried many other places before YE Trainings and this is the only place that I was able to stick to for over half year now! The energy is amazing, the music, and overall vibe! They’ve got everything you need in one place, sports clothing, accessories, protein snacks and complimentary self care products in their bathrooms to freshen up before/after workouts! I’ve been working with Yoav an Anna since April, 2021. My first experience with YE Trainings has not been disappointed! I train here about 3 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class and create a perfect workout environment. One of Yoav and Anna’s strengths are in providing a program that never gets old or stale. They have the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness equipment. Love love love Ye Trainings!! It took me a while to find the type of exercise that I enjoy doing, and I honestly thought I would hate every minute of it, but Yoav and Anna know exactly how to make you “suffer” at the exact capacity that brings results, make you leave with a smile, and can’t wait for the next class!! I drive 30 minutes each way despite my very busy schedule but I get so much done in one class that it’s definitely worth it. I attend smaller sculpt classes as well as larger group classes. I love every minute of either session I attend. I’d like to start by saying if you are looking for a great weight loss journey, this is a great place for it. From my experience with ye trainings I would recommend starting with their 8 week challenge program. It was really quite wonderful. I did the 8 week challenge and now doing the group workouts. But the reason why I am saying to start with the 8 week challenge/ nutrition program is because they really guide you and explain to you the proper portions and the proper foods to eat to speed up your weight loss journey. Pairing that with the workouts really speeds up your weight loss. I was successfully able to lose almost all the weight after having my 4th baby. Thank you to Ana and yoav. They have a wonderful support group. Now I have a healthier lifestyle. In terms of the group workouts Anna and yoav are great at guiding you during the workout sessions and they make it fun. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to lose their weight.

Literally THE. BEST. WORKOUT. EVER. The ambiance and energy is incomparable. Yoav and Anna are such an amazing team and create an energy that constantly makes you want to come back! I do the “Better together” program (for now) and love it! I've worked out with various personal trainers in the past and I have to say Yoav and Anna are the best of the best. NOTHING compares to the results I have achieved training with Yoav, while implementing the meal plan Anna has set up. Her nutrition advice is easy to follow and practical. I find most diets are hard to stick to because they are so restrictive, but her philosophy is all about making sure your body gets the nutrients it needs and in moderation. I've been training with Yoav for the last 8 months and I'm extremely happy with my progress and results thus far. Yoav is incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of fitness & knows exactly how to accommodate and modify workouts for each individual. He is dedicated to his clients and always makes the workouts creative & enjoyable. No two classes are ever the same! Life isn’t the same without YE trainings! I have been going to YE trainings for 4 years now. I was always into fitness and sports. I had memberships In two gyms but was never really motivated to go. So after having my third child my husband pushed me to start working out. Then I discovered YE training. After my first trial class it then became an addition. I loved the motivation the workouts and the vibes. I was never pushed and challenged the way I was at YE trainings. I started to feel different , became more leaner, and became more confident. I never realized I could be pushed and do these workouts. This became my new lifestyle so I started a new Instagram page to motivate moms to workout no matter what circumstance they are in. After sometime I went and got certified as a personal trainer and also started training from kids ages 3 to adults. I wanted to motivated and inspire kids of all ages to workout and have fun at the same time. And that’s when Gymtots on wheels came about. Thank you Yoav and Anna for inspiring me and pushing me. Even though I became a trainer I still come to YE because they are part of my life now and every trainer needs a push as well 😉🙃

YE trainings is the best, Yoav and Anna are very attentive to my needs, questions and concerns. When I first started in February I wasn't sure about the meal plan and how it works, however, they provided detailed information on what to eat, amount, or what products to buy. Their classes are super intense and worth it. Each day Is different and one can never know what to expect from them to challenge us. I take their zoom classes since I live in PA and I love it. I have lost 20lbs in 5 months and now once I reached my goal I'm just trying to keep my body toned. You will not regret taking their class - they are truly the BEST!

I gave birth few months ago and coming back to YE Training, feels like heaven and ready to work out and get my body back in shape. Happy to feel the energy back, great people with lots of support and motivation. The team and YE training helped me bring back my positivity thinking that I know I will loose weight, tone my body, and change my lifestyle. It all takes time and patience and consistency is the key and be consistent with your meals and you will see quick results. Mondays are my favorite days; obliques day. I find it helpful with my body because I see results quicker , and feel the pain in good way because I know the body is doing it’s job. Obliques gives me stronger body curve shape, stronger abs, muscle toner, tightens your sides of your upper body, you name it and it’s all out there for you. Last but not least, yoav makes you work those obliques all the way till you feel the burn, fire building up in your body that gives you the results with sexy body curve. Without Ye training, and the team helping you motivate , I would never be able to get better in terms of my IBS, body shape, and everything he does for the team. If you make a mistake or doing the workout wrong, YoAv and Anna both there to support you and correct you and watch you until you do the workout correctly and that’s why the money is all worth it at the end . Totally recommended the Ye training CLaSS!! You’ll thank me later !

Found this place driving by and excited to see that a place that offers the type of workout I am looking for so close to home. Booked my first trial workout tonight. Even with the weather, cold wind and rain, I was committed only to stand in the cold rain outside the locked door waiting for 30 min with no person in sight. Rang the bell several times with no Answer. Called all the phone #’s advertised on the door, on the website, the email and text confirmation with no answer. Texted the phone # that stated it was the gym’s main text communication with no reply. Can’t say I was impressed with the level of customer service provided by this establishment. Especially with the cold weather, you would expect a return text or call to indicate they were closed. Did not indicate it was closed on the website when booking. Update: owner noticed a glitch in the system and contacted me. They were apologetic and even offered additional classes for me to experience the gym and the different classes offered. They were really nice and helpful. Love the coaches energy. The workouts are challenging and really worked my muscles and sweated out. Also, I am an amputee, its critical for me to have a good coach that can work with me as some movements are limited and the coach has been amazing. Worked with me closely on alternatives but still be able to achieve working the muscle group! Glad we were able to resolve the mishap and am super happy with Ye training! Would totally recommend!

I am so glad that I finally decided to sign up. Great work outs with variety every time. The energy level is off the charts which keeps you going. There is no pressure, especially if you are a beginner, you go at your your own pace. They also offer modified work out moves during the class for less advanced people. Love the fact that they offer a late class and also zoom is an option for those that can’t attend physically. Highly recommended!!!
