I’ve been going to Dream Body Fitness for about a month now, and I can confidently say that my time here has been amazing. The gym is very clean and organized, and the trainers are so kind and encouraging. When I first started I had no prior experiences in a gym, but the owner Nate carefully broke everything down for me, and before I even began any of my sessions I knew I was in good hands. I’ve been doing the personal training sessions with my trainer Mike, and he’s absolutely awesome. Mike is very encouraging and pushes me to do my best. Dream Body is truly more than just a gym, and I would highly recommend coming here.

Just joined Dream Body about 2 months ago and already see amazing results. The trainers are so kind and welcoming and motivate you nonstop. I am so happy I found Dream Body online, they are an amazing gym and community overall. I’m only in NY for a month and they accommodated to me regarding everything. The classes are perfect and after each one I feel more motivated and can’t wait to come back. I’ve never been very active and have always been intimidated by going to the gym alone; Dream Body has changed my lifestyle and made me feel comfortable to work out in a beautiful, clean, and state of the art space. Dream body is honestly the best gym I have ever been to! The energy is amazing and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming! All of the trainers take their job so seriously and are always there to help and accommodate everyone. They are all so motivating and caring and I am just so happy I was able to be a part of that. I look at their posts on instagram daily and I say to myself "I wish i was there now working out with everyone" they really make working out fun! Hopefully ill be able to go back soon!

I started to go to Dream body personal trainer. This is my second month coming here and I see a tremendous change in my body. The staff is very hard working and they give all their personal attention in their work. I feel very energized and comfortable. I am super happy to come here. I am coming here mostly every day. Great place to be if you want to get fit and encouraged to work on your body and meet your desired body goals. Elli, Emily, Sarah are the best and I always look forward to being in their class. I have seen changes in my body from being here and it really makes me happy that i chose this place. You can train for as many months here and then move on to regular gym if you like or take personal classes from any trainer and meet your desired goals. They are different packages available. It's closed on Saturdays. You will be given an app where you can choose your days and times with different trainers. Very flexible and convenient!

I came here as a guest to try with my sister, not expecting much out of it as I have been to many gyms before. I can honestly say this gym was WAY better than expected. Nathan who was the owner I believe was as friendly and accommodating as can be. Yehuda was our instructor and I couldn’t have asked for a better class to start with. The music was such a vibe and the workout was amazing! The hours are also great for people who work during the day. This gym is a YES for me and I will be back.

Dream body is not only aesthetically pleasing and packed with cool new machines but is also equipped with top notch trainers that want you to get killer results. I’ve been with Dreambody for the past 5-6 months and lost a total of 25 pounds and not only gained muscle but strength as well. Eli is consistently engaged throughout the entire process — making sure you’re eating the proper foods, have the best form and are serious about your goals. Amazing gym! I really love coming here to work out after work. They have small group exercises based on weight training. The coaches are all really invested in your success and offer exercise modifications depending on your fitness level. I especially love Nelly, she pays attention to everyone in the class and help you if you are struggling. Nate, the gym owner is awesome!! He is always super motivating and pushes you to perform your best and is so friendly to new comers! I have lost a total of 35 pounds in just a span of a couple months and I am amazed with my results. Nate is super motivating and really cares about my success. They have various group classes & a weight room to choose from & they also do personal training. Even in group classes the trainers work with you individually. I’ve been with DreamBody for almost a year. While the classes are great, my experience with Nate has been incredible. I have worked out with other trainers in the past but Nate’s passion and desire to help others has been like no other!! He kept in touch with me as much as possible. He made sure I was on his schedule everyday. He made sure if I felt like cheating on my meals to be the support I needed to NOT cheat! I highly recommend the personal training. The classes are great too but for me the personal training worked best!! I was about to lose 15lbs with Nate’s coaching and attentiveness in 5 WEEKS!!!! He made sure that my goal was not a goal to laugh at but a goal that I can and will achieve. Overall I feel amazing and have Nate and DreamBody to thank! Totally recommend this place

Where do I begin?!? I’ve starting with DBT 3 years ago around the same time they opened up this great place. Initially I started with group classes. The idea behind the classes were great - you get variety of trainers which means variety of workouts with different goals to achieve. When I wanted more 1:1 sessions I opted for personal training sessions, again because there are many different certified trainers you get to choose from, all of my health and fitness goals were addressed. Right now I attend both personal training and group sessions to keep myself fit and toned!!!

The trainers are amazing. If you buy private sessions they are there for you every step of the way. They make you feel motivated and excited to come train. The classes are so much fun, the dim lights really take away any insecurites while giving you a good time working out. Dream Body For Life!!! Seriously one of the best decisions I’ve made in the past 2 years and in life! I recently started my fitness journey and have been training with Nathan. I didn't know what to expect, as I have never had a personal trainer before. My greatest struggle was to lose my post-baby weight. So I started to train one on one, three times a week. I also really listened to and followed his diet plan for me. I lost most of the weight within 3 weeks. Nathan is extremely professional, knowledgeable and motivating. He's not intimidating (as I thought personal trainers would be). He is very easy to talk to and truly tries to understand your concerns, realizes your strengths/weaknesses, what your capable of and communicates with you what works for your body, how you should eat, and really what you need to do to get to where you want to be. The training sessions are always different, individualized, targeting the muscles that I need/want to work on. His workouts are always fun and creative, using different things like weights, TRX, and mixing in cardio. He pushes me beyond my limits, and lets me realize how much more I am capable of doing. Without him as a trainer, I would never be able to successfully do any of the workouts (on my own). Also, I wouldnt know what kind of exercises to do to achieve the look/goals I want, and that's probably the main reason why I hired him as a trainer. He knows his stuff and can get you to your goals quick!!! He is a really good support system. He is meticulous about every detail, and I have learned that it's because every little detail really counts (you move your feet a bit closer and you're working out a complete different muscle group). This guy know his stuff and its quite impressive. Honestly, I have gained so much more than the dream body I wanted. I gained back the love for my body, as a result, my confidence, stamina and strength improved. I can run after my kids without having to stop to catch my breath, and that's a great feeling. I feel lucky that someone recomended him to me, it's been the best decision I ever made in terms of my health. And really for anyone out there, your BODY is your TEMPLE, treat it right and take care of it!!

Nate, Sarina , Ely and Sam are all dedicated trainers that push you past your max to help you become more comfortable with your body. Working with Nate for the past 13 months has been nothing but progress. From the start Nate ( and I’m sure the other trainers do so as well) sat with me and got an idea of what my body goals were and what my diet should consist of (and given cheat days 🤣) . Dream body has it all, from cardio to resistance training and even CrossFit . They offer 1 on 1 training and group training for those who want a buddy. Great experience by this great team! I was physically out of shape so I contacted the Dream Body Team and they invited me over for a quick body assessment, they then gave me a solid time frame that I needed in order to physically get back into shape.
