Just finished my second class at Fit therapy! It’s been an awesome experience so far. Just moved back to New Orleans and was looking for a good place to start weight training and I’m very glad I went here. Emile is a wonderful trainer and you can tell he actually cares about your form and that you get the most out every class! Can’t wait to continue this weight training with Fit Therapy, Emile, and their team!!! *** UPDATE ON MY REVIEW : *** Just finished glutes and full circuit with Natalie! What an amazing workout! I feel so much stronger after a workout with Natalie!!! She is a great trainer and takes the time to help you with your form and encourages you throughout the workout!!!!! Fit Therapy has been such a life changing space for me and can be for anyone wanting to take small and big steps with their health. The trainers are supportive, informative, and encouraging throughout each class. For someone who gets overwhelmed by what exercises to do when going to the gym, just know that Fit Therapy will have a variety of exercises thoughtfully planned out for you ahead of time, and each class starts with an overview of how to approach each exercise covered. Emile genuinely cares about your progress and improvement in his classes (always encouraging and motivating), and Matt brings so much joy to each workout. The playlist are also always on point! 10/10 recommend - especially for the glutes!

If you’re looking for a good, challenging, and supportive environment to exercise, try Fit Therapy! I had health challenges that kept me from being active for a while and finally started to ease my way back into being more active again. I was nervous and feeling like I was starting at zero but decided to show up to a class and try my best. Emile was an angel and took the time to understand my concerns, limitations, and helped guide me through each part of the circuit. I felt challenged in the best way and can’t wait to go back. My favorite studio in the city. Emile and Natalie, the owners, are so friendly and welcoming. All of the trainers are really hands on with everyone and make sure you get the most out of each class! I suggest Fit Therapy to all my friends.

I was briefly in New Orleans and decided to stop by the studio to get a good sweat in and wow was I blown away. I did the glute therapy class and it consisted of 12 stations which you stayed at for 3 min, all focused on your glutes. I frequent a lot of gyms and never have I had a class like this where 4 days later I still feel the burn in my glutes. Emile was super helpful knowing that I was new he gave a lot of attention and corrections to ensure I was doing every exercise properly. This studio was def a highlight of my trip! I only wish I lived in NOLA so that I could frequent here.

Fit Therapy is an amazing gym with an amazing focus. So far, Glute Therapy with both Matt and Emile were great. I was given an extensive overview with each class before the class began, which was very helpful. I was also assisted during the class at many different stations making sure my form and positioning was correct. I am excited to gain in-depth knowledge of this workout. The gym is clean, beautiful - the music and company are both great too! Natalie signed me up for my first class and politely followed up with me in assisting with purchasing a package - because you will want more classes! Excited to try circuit and sweat therapy as well as abs and arms! I am a Barre3 fitness instructor in New Orleans and can say the staff here and the studio are top notch. Well done Fit Therapy!

Unlike any studio I’ve been to in New Orleans! What stands out the most about Fit Therapy to me is definitely how welcoming and friendly it is. It’s accommodating to all fitness levels and modifications are totally welcomed. It’s really nice having a professional program your workout so you aren’t just mindlessly hitting machine after machine and the atmosphere is so amazing. My classmates have become some of my closest friends and I can’t say enough about the RESULTS!!! I promise you will not regret trying a class here. If you are intimidated to do a weights class, all of the instructors will make you feel at ease immediately with how helpful they are.

I love this gym so much! It’s a dream as far as idealism goes in a great workout. There’s no planning on your part. You waltz in care free and have it all laid out by the trainers ready to rumble! It’s arranged in a way that makes it fly by. You can feel confident about form as the trainers are keeping an eye on you. Results come quick and they push you just enough to find an edge you’d never find on your own. It’s very clean and contemporary. 10/10!!

I am visiting from out from out of town and decided to try out Fit Therapy. I took the Glute Therapy and class with Casey and it was amazing. She was a great teacher and thoroughly explained all exercises. She really cares about her clients and makes sure everyone is performing the exercises correctly. The music was also great! I highly recommend this studio and instructor.

Emile and has crew are absolutely killing it! They have innovative equipment and some of the most creative exercises I've ever done. They really know how to target muscles we miss in our regular routines. I try to squeeze in a class every time I visit New Orleans!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves a challenges and sore glutes.

AMAZING WORKOUT!!! Fit Therapy is like nothing else I have ever experienced. I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years and never in my life have I experienced a Glute workout like the one I recently had on Saturday and still feeling my muscles 3 days later! The studio is beautiful, the equipment is outstanding and the instructors are the best. Emile, Jessica, and Matt care so much about the members and making sure each individual has correct form on each of the exercises as well as pushing each individual in a safe and effective way to get the best workout and results out of you. Highly recommend this gym for beginners and advanced and cannot wait for my next workout!

Emile’s Glute class is great! The class consists of cycling through multiple short, but challenging workouts (anything is attainable for 3 minutes, right?). Emile really knows his stuff. He balances being motivational and challenging, while at the same time understanding and respecting an individual’s limits and fitness level. There’s a good community feeling in the class. The space itself is great, with brand new and specialized equipment. Well worth the money!

I've been to several Glute Therapy classes here and they have all been great (both with Emile and Jessica). Super clean facility with the nicest machinery I've used in NOLA. The classes are hard but fun-- the time goes by fast. The classes are also very small and personalized. Would recommend to fitness enthusiasts of any level!!

Nobody does glutes like fit therapy does!! All the instructors are incredible with cueing and making sure you’re doing the exercises with proper form. Studio is clean, with some really cool an innovative equipment. The exercises are always very unique. Can’t say enough good things!

I took the Body Burn/ HIIT class. Phenomenal sweat! Heat rate really got up. There were 2 other people in my class. I'd say this class was like a more personal, accommodating, Orange Theory class. The instructor was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful throughout the workout, changing resistance and intervals to target optimum training. I enjoyed this class, and will definitely be taking more! Also the facilities are very clean and have good equipment.

I loved working out at Fit therapy with Emile. I make an appt to work with him every time I visit Nola from NYC. His latest workout venture, Fit Therapy is great. I did a whole session focused on glute training. Between specialized machines and Emiles knowledge - I'm ready to move to Nola to do this all the time. I don't have great genetics for fuller glute muscles so I do a lot of glute and lower body training in NYC. This workout was perfect. It was so focused and technically sound, it hit every angle. The next day my glutes and outer hip was sore and my thighs less so, a good indicator that I hit the areas I want to. I recommend it👍😊

I love this studio! You will not find equipment like it has anywhere else in the city! The classes are small and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging! I definitely do better and more efficient work in these classes as opposed to working out by myself! Highly recommend the glute therapy class and the abs and arms class!

I love going to Fit Therapy. It’s new and different and gets my heart rate up like nothing else. I feel strong when I go and I almost crave another workout. Jess is great and she works with me to address my concerns with old back injuries so I feel safe. She listens and is really helpful with making a workout that works for me.

Best glute machines in the city, probably the state. Great workout even for someone who usually does a weightlifting style training program. Buy the multi class pack and supplement your usual training with some training here.

I started a journey in February 2019 with Fit Therapy on a private one-on-one cardio training basis to improve my physical health. The trainer I work with, Matt, is truly amazing, patient, knowledgeable, explains things and has me doing sets I never in my life imagined I could do at 56 years of age. I feel so much better about my health both physically and mentally. I’ve even worked on my glutes and strength building – enjoy that even more! We took a pause for Covid 19 and I truly missed my time at FT, once I started back it was just as before with of course precautions for everyone’s sake e.g. wearing a mask. If you are looking to jump start your physical health – put yourself in the hands of FT and Matt and you will not be disappointed. Superior facility and equipment too!
